Visited Phoenix for the first time this week and Gooder Goods was the first place my husband and I ate at. Being plant-based from SoCal means we have a pretty high bar for finding delicious veg-friendly places and GG was one of the best places we've eaten at ever! The staff is so friendly and bubbly, we felt instantly welcomed. The place is clean, bright, and very comforting. The food itself is incredible! I ordered the Jackado Fruchavo burrito with tofu and and my husband got the Beany Baby burrito with tofu. Easily some of the best breakfast burritos we've had... we loved them so much we visited twice during our 4 day trip. So so sad to see that they are closing this location due to the owners recent family tragedies. I sincerely wish them the best and hope they're able to recreate GG by the next time we come to visit Arizona. If we lived here, we would totally be The Madison PHX regulars.

Being fairly in touch with the vegan scene in Phoenix, not quite sure how gooder goods is just now hitting my radar. So glad it finally did! We visited for brunch, Saturday morning. It wasn't too busy, and there was a nice outside patio that allowed dogs. Counter style service was friendly and timely with drinks/food. It appears that their menu is primarily vegan, however they do offer eggs. I did note a good amount of GF options as well!I ordered the jackado fruchavo: jackfruit, tofu, vegan cheese, avocado, spinach, mushroom, whole wheat tortilla in rice bowl form. 10/10 would order again. It was very macro friendly and I felt like it was a meal that I would opt for at home, but so glad that I didn't have to make it. Tofu was well seasoned and the flavors were great! My partner had the bean-y baby burrito which consisted of egg, black bean, seasonal veggie, onion, oyster mushrooms, tomato, avocado. She seemed to enjoy it.The space is shared with a spin/gym of sorts, so the parking lot was packed one minute, but empty by the time we left. Getting to the bathroom through the sea of sweaty people trying to get dressed was honestly the only con of visiting gooder goods. Can't wait to come back and try the other goodies at gooder goods! :)

This place has options everyone is sure to find something they love . The staff is lovely and talented . The Jackavo fruchado comes with salsa which is one of the best I've ever had ! Amazing flavor with perfect amount of spice . Joe's toast has such a nice flavor and is very refreshing. Don't worry if you are gluten free, because they have a delightful bread for you just ask for it . The waffle is standard gluten free , I wish their were more because I would find a way to eat it every day! You must try it for yourself , and thank me later

Great food and drinks! This is a cute lil vegan shop along East Indian School Road, and it's near Essence Bakery (another great shop and a wonderful place to get pastries if you're nearby!). This coffee shop is located behind The Madison Improvement Club, and you'll have to walk through the storefront to get to the cafe. I typically get a matcha latte with honey and oat milk when I'm here -- I like how their drinks aren't too sweet and just the right amount of creaminess. Their food is good as well! I've tried The Stoic (a chickpea sandwich), which is quite tasty. There's also a small selection of vegan pastries available to order. They have free wifi available and restrooms, and there is some cozy seating inside and outdoors if you'd like to sit and hang out. Overall, I love coming here to just grab some food and get work done.

We came and got the wise you are and the funky monkey. Wise you are was pretty good but funky monkey disappears very quickly! The business itself is inside of some other place so it was a little confusing but we figured it out and saw a cute dog on the way in. There's lots of food options here and even though we didn't try any I like that there seemed to be a lot of healthy choices available. The worker was very patient with us as it took a minute to figure out what we wanted.

My friend suggested this vegan spot for lunch and so off we went. The parking lot has plenty of spots and is shaded with trees which is nice especially during the AZ summers. It's located in the Madison Club and is next door to Essence bakery (different parking lot FYI). We decided to get two dishes and split them: the bbq y'all sandwich (noble bun, bbq jackfruit, cole slaw, avocado) and the spicy shrooms bowl (organic brown rice, black beans, mushroom birria, cabbage, carrot, cilantro, avocado). Both were delicious! I loved how the sandwich had a few ingredients but tasted like it had more packed in. The bowl was strong on spice and had a variety of ingredients. We decided to get the cookies for dessert and tried one of each: peanut butter, chocolate walnut, and chocolate chip. The PB and chocolate chip both had a sprinkling of sea salt which was tasty, and the two chocolate cookies were surprisingly light and airy. The peanut butter tasted just as it should and was more dense due to the size. It was a great way to end our meal.Loved the vibe here and there are a couple tables inside and one outside with some couches. The staff was friendly and we enjoyed our lunch.

I'm giving 5 stars based on the Joe's Avo Toast and vegan salted chocolate chip cookie alone. Absolutely amazing -- I want more of both! The oat milk vegan mocha latte was chocolaty goodness, and the Stoic chickpea and olive salad was delicious plant-free protein. Highly recommend.

Honestly one of the best vegan/vegetarian friendly cafes I have been to. Their food was delicious and all organic. The service was impeccable! We ordered the fluffle which is their version of an organic gluten free waffle. I am not a waffle person but that was the best dam sugar free waffle I ever had. It came with fruits on top. And it's huge. My boyfriend ordered the beany bean burrito with eggs it was so good and healthy. We also ordered lavender latte - just DO IT! Trust me the taste of lavender with coffee is just delicious. They have books for sale and grab and go items as well. The ambiance is a regular cafe. They have outdoor and indoor seating. They do have a yoga and cycling area attached where they offer classes so the inside can get a little noisy but it's a great spot to work out of. Definitely coming back when I'm in town.

Great coffee shop with good food and vegetarian and vegan options. In fact all coffees are made with almond or oat milk, which is an interesting twist. Specialty lattes are little pricey, but you get what you pay for. Interior is super cute, which I would say is an interesting feature for the coffee shop: building is shared between the coffee shop and the spinning/yoga studio so there is a lot of traffic that's already in the building. Outside seating area is just as nice as inside. Full kitchen and friendly staff!

Gooder goods is extremely hard to find. There's a large sign that says the name of the place, but ignore this and move past the head towards the standing sign, because the first sign is misleading and the cafe is not in that first white building. This is a tiny cafe hosted within an exercise business. There's only a couple of seats, but it was nearly empty when I went. It's quiet, but if you want to do work here, it might be awkward because it's so small. Also, I tried ordering on their website from multiple phones using their 15% off coupon, but it did not work.I got a rose latte, and I have to say that it was very smooth, but the rose flavor was so strong that I could not finish it. It was literally like drinking a container of soap. Oh, well. I'll try their other flavors next and see how that goes. Overall, forgettable experience and not worth driving a long way for.
