Brand new Filiberto's . First review. Just what you would expect from every other Filiberto's.Drive-thru is really fast.

It's good food. For all the fast food Mexican places around this area, this one is a good choice! Service is good. Nice people. The food is great when you eat it there. Fresh and hot is best! They are not stingy with the hot sauce and pickled carrots and jalapeño. The ambiance is same as all the other fast food places like McDonald's, Wendy's etc. they play Mexican music in the kitchen. I'm sure that helps with the workers and the cooks keep in good mood. Inside the chairs and tables are clean. No garbage anywhere, even on the floors. Probably won't be using the bathroom so go on your own risk. Lol But over all, I'll be back again. Carne asada fries are pricey but well worth it. Rolled tacos has a lot of cheese! Fish tacos are great too but don't get that togo. Eat it there! So much better fresh. Horchata is not too sweet, just right.

My friends frequent this place and we decided to get something quick and good since we're doing dinner later. We ordered 3 breakfast burritos and 2 Horchatas. The food was good and hot but the service, HORRIBLE! Whoever was at the Drive thru today at 1:20 p.m. needs to take customer service classes. She was super rude!!!

I have visited the Laveen location and have ordered a carne asada burrito and carne asada fries before and they were pretty yummy. So when I saw that they opened a location closer to my house I figured why not try it out. I've ordered the rolled tacos , carne asada burrito and carne asada bowl from here which were all pretty good. The last time I came I ordered the carne asada fries and I ended up throwing them away because for whatever reason the fries were still raw. I didn't have this issue at their other location. Other then that little hiccup the food is good. I haven't had any bad customer service here like the other posts mention.

Absolutely disgusting, I hope the owner takes these reviews in to account. Food was absolutely bland and full of oil. Never coming here again.

I went to pick up an order and the cashier was so rude she told me to confirm the order I did and she didn't want to give me the food because she want me to put the address and everything and she started saying if I have a problem while she was holding the food rude... horrible service

I had to give a star but didn't really rate you with a starThe food and service used to be good Very rude people work here ! We asked for sour cream after our order was ready The one guy said the order is already done Then gave us sour cream but he just threw it in the plates Called someone after we came home and we were told to talk to Cesar the next morning I went to the restaurant and Cesar wasn't there Up the quality of service and food please

Honestly the best Filiberto's I've ever had. The service is always great, everyone is always super nice. They've never messed up my order. And the food is the best. I will drive a few extra minutes just to come to this location !

truck driver passing through stopped for meal. over priced food. drinks not included with combos. very rude staff. don't wait your money here

Place is great, but this specific worker there gets on my nerves, she don't be doing anything right whenever i go there and she happens to be working the day i go sometimes. Today i had went Monday, June 26, 2023 at 10:40pm and she stresses me out on what i want to order all the time and we had asked for sauce and didn't give us any when we had told you her. We had asked to get different orders in our burrito one of them being only rice,carne, and beans only. Not only that she got it wrong but we still got charged for it so yeah. Can't have her around cmon.
