Never had Fatburger or even heard of it but my friend asked if I wanted to try it. Came in on a Wednesday evening - no wait although a lot of people started appearing after us so maybe we just beat the rush? This one's in a mall though so I'm not sure how busy it gets. They had a promo for free milkshakes online with an online order - I had an issue kind of redeeming it but the cashier and manager helped me out no problem. Service was really good from the cashier to the cook who gave me the food so really satisfied.Food came out like 15 min later which apparently they cook it to order and have signage up so I was prepared. We ordered the large fatburger and man this thing was good. I got literally normal fatburger with "The Works". It reminds me of an In N Out where the food is clean and fresh. The lettuce and tomato had a great snap to them and tasted great which I feel like fast food burgers really neglect for no reason. Beef obviously fresh and crispy and well seasoned. The odd thing was the bun but not in a bad way. It was so large and really did not get soggy even with THE WORKS. It was a great burger nothing to complain about. The onion rings though were very clean which not my cup of tea. They were lightly battered and not seasoned in any way so I mean not bad at all but like I'm not used to those types of onion rings. The milkshake is the best thing I had. Oreo milkshake was made fresh in front of my face and man it hits. Not too thick and not too liquidy. Only leg up it has on In N Out in my opinion. My only concern is the price. It's good but i don't think it's that much better that I'd spend the extra money on Fatburger than In N Out but it's a good damn burger.

Well I haven't tried this place in California but I need something quick and they served beer and wine. I wasn't impressed. The single burger was okay though I have a feeling it was undercooked. The color looked grayish. The skinny Fries were good and the beer came in a can so no comments there. I ordered at the counter and it was pretty smooth. I think my combo with beer was about $20. My server did a good job but seemed distant. The dining area was open seating and a bit noisy. Probably not coming back.

Always love when a location has an impossible burger and this was one the best I've had! Love this option when visiting Arizona Mills, and will definitely return. The service was friendly and the food came out in a reasonable time - good food is worth the wait! There's some seating in front of the restaurant, but you can always sit within the food court. The only problem I had was that the soda machine is out of order and you have to go to Sbarro's next door. Not only is it a walk, but there is a line as their customers are getting beverages as well. Hopefully my next visit this is fixed as it would be a 5 star experience if so!

Never disappointed with the food at Fatburger. A must stop whenever we are anywhere in the vicinity! The burgers are always fresh and juicy. The fries are a tasty compliment. So happy that they serve Pepsi products. Shannon was helpful and friendly. I truly wish this chain had more locations as I only am able to get it to and from Cali from Tucson.

Worse experience ever the cashier was very slow, waited 30 minutes just to place my order. The fountain drink area was messy had no ice, only 2 flavors were working and the limeade stand was dry with no limeade. I being to other Fat-burger with no issues

I had an incredible experience at Fat Burger! The burgers were mouthwateringly delicious, and the generous portion of fries left me completely satisfied. The service was top-notch, and the atmosphere was cozy and inviting. I can't wait to return for another round of the juiciest, most flavorful burgers in town. Five stars all the way!
