Tucked away inside an industrial park is this wonderful bakery and cafe! I am so happy I stopped by this morning before heading back to Mesa. I walked in and saw the line-up of pastries and if I had a bunch of money, I would have had one of each!I always order a chocolate croissant wherever I go and for my husband, I ordered a pecan chocolate chip cookie. My drink this morning was an iced honeycomb latte with whole milk. The croissant was amazing - so soft and buttery! I honestly think this was the best croissant I've had. The PCC was also very good and I regret sharing it. I hope to come back to try more of their drinks (and get more pastries) but the latte was very nice for my drive this morning. The parking lot is shared but definitely order online to grab and go!

This tiny coffee shop has delicious pastries! Not a lot of space to sit so be prepared to take it to go but it's so delicious that it's definitely worth checking out!

Experiment Coffee & Pastry: A Culinary Delight! As a devoted husband, I embarked on a mission to satisfy my wife's craving. And where better to indulge her taste buds than at Experiment Coffee and Pastry? It was my first visit to this charming spot, and let me tell you, it left us utterly impressed.Kouign Amann: Oh, the Kouign Amann! It's like a sweet, buttery whisper from the heavens. Each flaky layer cradles a caramelized sugary goodness that dances on your tongue. I'm convinced it's a slice of paradise baked into existence.Croissant: Friends, brace yourselves. The croissant here is not just a pastry; it's a revelation. Imagine a golden crescent of buttery perfection--crisp on the outside, tender on the inside. It's the kind of croissant that makes you question all other croissants you've ever had.Chocolate Croissant: If the regular croissant is a symphony, the chocolate croissant is a full-blown opera. Rich, velvety chocolate tucked within those same flaky layers--it's decadence in every bite. I may or may not have shed a tear of joy.Experiment Coffee and Pastry isn't just a bakery; it's an ode to flavor, craftsmanship, and pure delight. Their commitment to quality ingredients and impeccable service shines through. Whether you're a seasoned foodie or a curious explorer, this place is a must-visit.So go ahead, treat yourself. Life is too short to miss out on Kouign Amann and croissant-induced euphoria.

I love stopping in this spot! They have great pastries - I especially enjoy the strawberry rhubarb and their cookie is delicious! Their coffee shake was very rich but very tasty, and I've enjoyed many iced lattes from there and have never been disappointed! I can't wait until it cools off so I can sit on their little patio.

3.5 stars for us as there were a few great items and a few not so great items. The good: we really enjoyed the cinnamon roll and fruit danish. Cinnamon roll was nice and soft. Glaze was good and cinnamon flavor good. The fruit danish had crispy edges and a nice custard in the center!Just OK: the caramel roll was really soft like a classic American cinnamon roll would be but not much flavor going on. The almond croissant was most surprising. For some reason there was this super sticky glaze all over it that made it difficult to hold and eat. The croissant was really soft rather than having some crispiness. I was surprised to find no almond filling which I typically see in almond croissants. The location of this spot serves local businesses well since its located in a business park. I wouldn't come out of my way to return.

Oh my god, Experiment never disappoints. It's been awhile since I've stopped in since I've moved away from Tempe, but I had a hankering for a pistachio latte and a pasty. Of course I couldn't choose just one- this time I got a goat cheese and fig danish, and a lemon meringue croissant. MOUTHWATERING. Despite the line out the door, service was quick, kind and efficient. I cannot recommend it enough.

I am a coffee and pastry girl all the way and as such I have tried so many good places with this spot being one of them. It's a quaint tiny coffee and pastry shop in a business park. They offer breakfast and lunch options. For lunch they offer mainly sandwiches from what I could tell. For pastries, mostly croissants, but they do offer other items like muffins, cookies, and cinnamon rolls. I had a chance to try their espresso croissant, chocolate ganache cake, breve coffee, and London fog tea. All of them were delicious. They had a variety of coffee and tea options including some seasonal items. The place itself it's very small. No seating inside and very limited seating outside. It's definitely more of a takeout spot. They are open 6-2 PM M-F and closed on the weekends. Their pastries are really high quality and so are the drinks. Service was fast and friendly. Can't wait to go back!

Oh my gosh yes! 10/10. This is a small place set amongst industrial buildings and warehouses, so it can be easy to miss. You should be able to get to it from southern, but check your map to get to the right location. They have really inventive drinks and pastries. I got an egg, cheese, and bacon sammie on English muffin and it was delightful. So much flavor, which can be hard to achieve in something as simple as a breakfast sandwich. I also got an espresso croissant and OH MY GOD. Pure happiness. The staff were so friendly and I'll be back.

I've had this place on my radar for a while, but it's been difficult to get here because they aren't open on the weekends. It's a very tiny place with no indoor seating, but they have a large covered table out front. Their pastry selection is unmatched. I ordered a cinnamon roll that I was skeptical about because it looked like it might be dry due to the shiny outer layer. Boy, was I wrong! The roll was perfectly moist and full of cinnamon. The muffin was the same way. It looked crispy on the outside, but turned out to be moist and full of delicious berries. I would love to try their lunch offerings because if they are even close to the deliciousness of their pastries, they will be amazing. This is a little hidden gem in the industrial area of Tempe.
