What a fantastic dinner! We started with the freshest of bread including an awesome rosemary focaccia bread. The sourdough bread was equally delicious. We shared the Sumaya salad. It was refreshing and with fruit surprises. My wife had the Buffalo Short Rib. I told our server AJ that I'm looking at that and the Filet. He said the filet will be your best choice and he was correct. The best I've had in a year. Thanks AJ, So much energy from the team at Ember!!Thank you

Our first time dining here, great experience. Our server was called "Frenchie" and had a fantastic personality! Very attentive to our needs, as well.Party of 4, they started w/meatball app, sauce and cheese vere very good (was told the meatball was, too). 3 in our party had steaks, lobster risotto and mashed potato sides; I had the Seasonal salad w/out pancetta and it was really tasty. The soft goat cheese was great! Side of broccolini with garlic was yum!The bread they serve along w/the butter and chives was awesome, too. We shared a tres leches dessert that had wonderful banana sorbet on the side, perfect after-dinner treat. If I was a meat eater, I'd go back again for my hubby who only gets to enjoy steak 1-2x/year, but the vegetarian choices weren't great. However, I made do just fine, and it was a fun experience!

We've been to Ember's Happy Hour on numerous occasions. While it's still a beautiful setting and the quality of the food is still really good, the Happy Hour options have become smaller and they sneak in up charges. While they list oysters for $10, that's for 3. And the wedge salad is half the size of one a couple years ago. In addition, if you want blue cheese olives for your martini, it's $2. Bread service is now $5. We enjoy coming there but Happy Hour isn't as happy as it once was.

Ember restaurant was simply one of the best dining experiences ever! We were greeted by a hostess who was friendly and led us to our patio table and then our server, Chanoy, greeted us and asked if we were interested in wine and suggested that the Sommelier, Dennis, come over to discuss wine options with us. We selected Pazzo, a red blend from Sonoma and it paired excellent with the pork chop. The pork may have been the best I've ever had. We were dazzled when Chanoy brought us Champaign simply because we were enjoying a date night at Ember. The chef sent us a small appetizer and he prepared our meal to perfection! Our dessert was the Chestnut Crème Brûlée and it was magnificent! We cannot say enough wonderful things about our dinner experience here! The best we have ever had! Thank you to all who made our evening spectacular !!Suzanne and Will

Amazing experience!! It was nice having a sommelier to recommend wine for us! All of the food was very delicious. The customer service was also some of the best that we have had at a restaurant. Will definitely be visiting again.

We dined at Ember while at WeKoPa Resort for a conference. The ambience was great with the live piano music in the background setting the mood. Our server, Frenchie, brought us some free champagne and provided exceptional service. I had the bison tenderloin and paired it with whipped potatoes and chipotle roasted cream corn and it was all delicious. I have to say that it was without a doubt the best steak I've ever had. Their wine list was impressive as well. Overall, it was a great experience and amazing food. Go there!

We LOVED this restaurant!! A bit of a splurge, but worth it if you're looking for a truly Special experience that you and your companions won't forget. From a delicious amuse bouche through a fabulous raspberry crème brûlée at the end, every bite and sip (the best espresso martinis) was delectable. The service was absolutely superb, and you won't forget that either. You'll get all the formal attentiveness of the finest of the fine, but without the stuffiness. It feels more like being a regular amongst the elite. We Will be Back SOON!!

A must go to restaurant if you are in the area looking for something special. We make a point to eat here when we come to the valley. The food, particularly the steaks, are some of the best we've had. They have a nice but not overwhelming selection of other dishes as well. There is something for everyone. Service is better than any other in the valley. Our waiter, Frenchy, knows his way around table service and makes sure his customers are taken care of. I saw the other servers working just as hard at their tables as well. The manager touched our table several times during the evening and also made sure everything was up to Ember standards. The bartender is a craftsman and will not disappoint. I strongly suggest the Smoked Manhattan to start with. Are they pricey? Well, you get what you pay for. In this case. It is worth every penny. Keep it up and we'll keep coming back.

The meal at Ember was excellent. I had the veal chop, brother-in-law had the sea bass, and my wife had the filet which were all top notch. The service from the entire staff was the best experience in a very long time. I mentioned my birthday in Open Table, and they started off with a birthday card, then a glass of champagne for all of us, a sampling of soup, a small salad for each of us, a chocolate dessert, and a Filipino dessert. Overall an amazing experience making it our new go to restaurant when visitors are in town. I highly recommend them!

Had dinner there with a buddy of mine service was excellent the shrimp cocktail came out chilled and delicious the bread and butter were tasty. I ordered the bone in rib eye the steak disappointed in the amount of fat and gristle that was inedible and even uncuttable the meat part of the steak was cooked properly and tender the lobster tail was spot on also did the creamed spinach and mashed potatoes both were delicious overall had a better steak at Texas Roadhouse .
