Service and food is amazing! This is our go to favorite spot to eat before we go to a concert at Talking Stick Amphitheatre!! Daniel and his family always treat us like family every time we are here!!! The green sauce is sweet and spicy and the red is fire!! Service is always delicious and the food is authentic Mexican food! Shredded beef is flavorful and always good! get the sour cream on side for your enchiladas, you won't be sorry! Great find, worth the drive out from the East Valley to come here!!

Stopped in for breakfast with my family. My hubs had the menudo, my son had the Chicken Florentine crepe, I had the Machaca platter. The beans are good, Machaca was delicious. My husband said the menudo was decent. That was the first time my son had a crepe and he wasn't sure what to expect and I wasn't any help because I have never had a crepe myself, but he liked the sauce and said it was pretty good, he's not a fan of mushrooms and said next time he would skip on those. The staff were friendly. We would go back.

New Spot that serves Delicious FoodToday was my first visit to El Pueblo Mexican Restaurant and it was very good. El Pueblo is a very family-friendly place with good atmosphere. The restaurant is spacious, clean, and the staff are welcoming. The food was delicious. It's rare to see an entree served as advertised on the menu picture but El Pueblo does it. On this visit we shared chips/salsa, Birria Tacos, shrimp/steak fajitas, rice, beans, and queso fundido, The Quesabirria tacos were delicious. The order comes with 3 tacos, and it will get you satisfied. The fajitas, chips/dip, were all perfectly prepared and presented. Everything was layered with flavors, the salsa was great, a few people in our party thought it was on the spicy side. The service was excellentt, both our server and the owner came to check on us to make sure we enjoyed our meals. Delicious food, large portions, reasonable prices. Stop by you won't be disappointed.

Visited on a rainy Monday evening in the 6 o'clock hour with plans for ordering to go. There was only one other table occupied in a very large dining area. Immediately greeted by a genuinely friendly gal behind the counter who offered menus and a seat near register since it was our first time in.She patiently gave us time to look over menus and allowed us to order when we were ready. She tended to the seated table in the same friendly manner.A gentleman took our order and answered our questions about the food items (they had 2 different shrimp burritos which sounded the same on the menu). He listened well and got the order correct. We ordered enough for 5 adults. He warned of the items that were spicy...and THEY WERE!The food was package very well, in a sturdy paper bag, they even stapled the edges closed so rain would not enter on the way to car.Looks like a nice place to visit again. I would probably eat in with family sometime. Don't let the exterior deter you; it is in a strip mall on a busy corner and there are people hanging around the parking lots, but great interior space, friendly staff. Food was all very tasty. I had the cheese enchilada and beef taco combo plate. The enchilada sauce was SPICY and good. Taco was stuffed with shredded beef and great with their green salsa, which I added. Their shrimp burrito fair it's style was delicious. The shredded beef burrito combo was also spicy and looked like it could use more meat, the the one who ordered it was happy with it.Pricing is fair considering what's happening everywhere. I can't eat out that often. It was $80 for 5 adults, to go. I'd rather sit inside and enjoy next time. They have music on Fridays! I think it was karaoke. Looks like a fun place.

Best Mexican food we've had in the Greater Phoenix Area since we moved here almost two years ago... and we have been searching like burritos and tacos would bring world peace. We have obviously been searching in all the wrong places; Scottsdale, Mesa, Gilbert... too bougie to be authentic Mexican. Glendale is where the flavor lives! As soon as we exited our vehicle and heard competing Latino music blaring from multiple vehicles in the parking lot, we had a feeling that authentic Mexican food awaited our eager appetites. We were greeted in Spanish with friendly smiles, seated, and immediately provided water, chips, and two types of salsa - verde y rojo. The salsa was picante, but delicious. Hubby's face was sweating. We both ordered adovada chimichanga dinners; one with green sauce and one with red sauce. Dios mio, this heavenly food is blessed. Amazing flavors, crispy tortillas on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and not one hit of fat or gristle in heaping mounds of pork stuffed to the bursting point in those chimichangas. The flavors in each portion of the plate were distinctly delicious, perfectly seasoned, and excellent complements to each other. I also love that their rice doesn't have any veggies in it. Veggies are a side, not a rice-filler IMO (#saynotopeasinrice)I almost didn't want to write this review because we were able to walk in at 5:30pm on a Saturday, sit at our table, and eat within 45 min. I don't think this secret gem will be secret for long, and we may be fighting the crowds for this amazing food in the near future.¡Buen Provecho!

Stopped in with 3 friends for Sunday dinner. I had the El Pueblo Shrimp Platter, so delicious! My guests also enjoyed their meals. Just wish it wasn't so annoyingly loud. At first it was recorded music, then a live singer. If the intent was to keep us there, it had the opposite effect. Ironically, we were on our way to the Rob Zombie concert down the street. So, when I tell ya it was loud, it truly was.

I stumbled across this place because my mom was craving machaca. I did a quick google search and this popped up as suggestion, we have passed this place SO many times and we regret not stopping by before! We came in on an early Sunday morning it was calm and quiet with good music playing in the background. The service was good the restaurant started filling up as time went by but we still got all the help we needed. The food is amazing , reminded me of my favorite restaurant in California, I promise you will not regret stopping by.

Ate here for the first time yesterday. We met two of our adult children here as it was a good mid-point between our locations. I have never had more delicious Mexican food in my life! The flavors of everything were incredible. As a very white girl with extremely low tolerance for spicey heat, both of their salsas were too hot for me, but the flavors were awesome. Service was so friendly! If I had any complaint at all it would be that our drinks (all soft drinks) weren't monitored closely enough and we had to ask for refills throughout dinner, but other than that minor detail, everything was excellent! Clean restrooms. We will definitely be going back!
