So, I usually do my reviews on my cell, but for this one I HAD to pull out the laptop!! So I love Mediterranean food 1. Because it's good and 2. Because there are always a lot on non meat options! This place is tucked away in a small little strip mall that you wouldn't notice unless you just by chase make a wrong turn or need something specific from the other surrounding businesses. I needed a part for my mower and that's how i stumbled on this little mom and pop spot... And I'm always down to support local businesses! So as I was thinking of what I wanted for dinner after the gym, I thought "I should try that little gyro spot", with that I sat out on a mission to try a new place or falafel and hummus maybe take home some home made pita. BUT... unfortunately before I even walked in it was clear that I was an outsider. But I thought to my self "it's cool I'm nice they think I'm funny and the hummus will be so delicious I come back so much they'll know me by name"... NOPE they hated my presence inside just as much as they did outside...and that feeling SUCKS. Besides the fact that my money is GREEN and spends just like everyone else but I HATE THE "YOUR NOT WELCOME" here feeling... I forgot to add what actually happened so I walked in I walked around towards the deli and I saw that they were olives and there's fresh pita bread and all types of delectable that I probably had never even seen before I went back to the counter because that's where the server or the manager or owner was standing I said shut order food from here any so what do you want and I said I just like to have some fresh hummus and a falafel sandwich as I was saying this some other gentleman of the same background walked up and put his stuff on the counter right in front of me the guy looked at him and started to take his items an began to ring his items up! I just took a step back because maybe he was there and he forgot something so maybe he was already first but then some more guys from the back who were just buying some soda did the exact same thing to me...I politely took two more steps back... right out the door because that was super rude and inconsiderate and it was not okay needless to say they would never get any of my green spending money there nor the opportunity to treat me poorly EVER AGAIN! I'm not TRUMP I love everyone I love culturally different experiences even if it is "just from the food"... Moral of this rent...JUDGE ME NOT...MY MONEY IS GREEN, I TIP AND I LOVE TO EAT.... SO BE NICE.... LET ME SIT AT YOUR "TABLE"....

This place is great. The gyros are amazing. They make their bread fresh everyday and have a lot of stuff that is hard to find in normal grocery stores.

I just walked out of this place. Absolutely worst customer service. Gave my husband and I attitude when we asked for two sandwiches to-goThe man making them made the kabob sandwiches and placed them in a microwave to heat them. Huge bread and one small screen of kabob. Then...I asked about some baklava in "English" and I asked what was inside of it and what was the outer layer made of? He replied. " this is nothing". I said how is this nothing? Is it kahee? Is it bread? (Kahee and khubus I said in Arabic and he's replied " oh you speak Arabic. I relied yes I do. Then he said. Yes this kahee. Which is an Arabic pastry type of dough. Then....I seen him organizing fresh made baklava with his bare hands after touching kabob. . Disgusting. So I deciding to grab a couple baklava piece for my husband and I anyway. And I used a container they have there specifically for that purpose and when I went to the register the lady who replied rudely when I asked about the sandwiches spoke in Chaldean/Assyrian language. And said " these people kill me using these containers for only a piece of baklava". She and her husband or worker. Totally assumed we were not also middle eastern and we're absolutely rude. Worst attitude. No customer service skills. And def dirty. I will never go there again. I am Iraqi American. I speak Arabic and Chaldean. This place is a disgrace to middle eastern markets. Go take a visit to Michigan and see the cleanliness and beautiful customer service. Learn something then come here and open a business.

My whole family loves the bread. My favorite is the samoun? I have no idea how to spell it, really, but it's not the name that matters, it's the taste and freshness. You can't go wrong!

My friend and walked in to pick up some Kinafa sweets we asked the lady if they were fresh she said yes they were made today. I ordered four pieces when we got home to eat them they were old and tasted like they were made a week ago. We tried calling to let them know but no one answered the phone during business hours. I thr them in the garbage and will never go back there again.

Small bakery filled with unique imported goods. Wonderful customer service from a delightfully warm gentleman. We'll definitely be back.
