What's up humans! On a bit of a roll here, back with one of my fav cuisines, Chinese. No need to yap, let's get to the hap, here it is:Cucumber Salad (Dumpling Mate) - Kind of crazy, I know, but this was my favorite dish. Super refreshing, loaded up with all the right fixings and sauces, yoooo, listen when I tell you, order this. I'd go back just for this salad. Bone Broth Mapo Tofu - My second favorite dish!! Super silky, soft tofu, topped off with a legit house sauce and fresh veggie toppings, flames for sure, another must order for me. The sauce was so good I started sipping my food in it haha Chong Qing Noodle - Awesome dish, on the spicy side, kind of reminded me of a beefed up Dan Dan noodles (which I love). Broth was hot and spicy, hit the spot and would be an awesome winter dish. Bone Broth Chili Dumplings - A lot of dishes had Bone Broth (which they make in house over a 16 hr process) and peanuts, which I love. These were solid, nice kick to em, again the sauce was delish and I preferred them over the steamed dumplings but both were good. Steamed Dumplings - 1800 year old recipe and it didn't disappoint. Good flavor, steamed nicely, good app for sure. Herbal Tea - I'm on a tea crazy right now since giving up coffee, this drink beats out coke in China every year in sales (according to the restaurant). It was refreshing, good balance, hit the spot for me. If you're in the area, check em out, neat little spot, service was great and the food is good. Let me know. Ciao!!

The menu was v packed with so many options!!Small intimate place. I tried the canned tea and it was too sweet for me. Maybe because I thought it would be unsweetened and wouldn't have to shake..Food was good would be worth checking out with bigger party to share food. Very filling. I would possibly return during the colder months

Unique desserts! We shared the Dragons Breath dessert. A cross between dipping dots and wafer cookie. Kind staff, they are very busy. Quick ordering through phone. Cute patio and heavy decor inside give the feel of little China. Menu looks delicious! We just came for dessert will be back for lunch/dinner or a protein shake.

Delicious fresh food with great service. My friend took me to this place and I really enjoyed it. We had the lemon chicken, ramen, fresh dumplings and dessert. What I love about the food is the natural flavors and I did not feel bloated afterwards. The place is small so it gets full fast but it is so worth it.

I will never come back again. All the food are overly salty. Popcorn chicken is over fried and is hard to chew.

Could not enjoy food when roaches were hanging out around us!I'm mad that I'm required to put 85 characters in this comment because I feel the fact there was roaches it's pretty self-explanatory. I'm sure this place was breaking both fire code and health code regulations. I was pretty disgusted so we left.

One of the best hidden gems in Arizona! Small quaint Chinese restaurant in Tempe with friendly staff. You order on your phone and the service was pretty fast, which was nice. We loved everything we ate and enjoyed all the authentic flavors. Our favorite items were definitely the Steamed Dumplings and Pineapple Chicken! Portion size was perfect. We really did love everything we tried and cannot wait to come back to this restaurant with friends!

Finally a trip in the U.S. and can post a review. Went way different in Phoenix and was in the mood for Chinese. Dragon Flame is located on the campus of ASU in Tempe. A relaxing vibe endured. Had to scan the QR code to see the menu which I am not a fan of. After placing my order on the phone was served the Mapo Tofu & Chili Dumplings both in Bone Broth. The flavor was strong and the bone broth provided a rich flavor. There were other dishes I would like to try and will be back

We came here super late night while visiting Arizona and we were surprised we were able to even find anywhere still serving food, let alone sit down. We ordered enough food for a family and enjoyed everything, but the skewers. The flavor was there, but they were extremely chewy and hard to bite through. Aside from that we'd order everything we got again, family even enjoyed the leftovers. I liked that although late night the environment felt lively because of the decorations, the people in there around that hour we learned can be very interesting so be ready for people watching!
