Chilli King Chinese Food

I'm at work so my picture isn't the best, however the food was to die for! Probably some of the best Chinese I've had in a long time and I ordered through Postmates so you know it's good when it travels to you and still rocks!!

Chilli King is a small Chinese-Asian Fusion restaurant located in Glendale near to Old Town Glendale. They have only four tables for dine in and offer soft beverages. The food I tried was all VERY GOOD. I've dined here and more recently I did take out. Proteins are tender. The food is very flavorful and delicious. Portions are also very large. You can also upgrade your steamed rice to fried rice, steamed vegetables, or chow mein.One problem here. This is a small family restaurant. On both my visits they left their young son in charge of the restaurant. He takes orders and payment very well but doesn't explain their take out policy. They won't make your take out order until they are paid. If you call in an order you must pay by credit card for your order to be ready for pick up. If you pay with cash they tell you 10 minutes that is in real life more like 30 minutes....It's best to call for current hours because they have changed them several times already.But the spicy boiled chicken is really great!

This is probably the best Chinese food with the best noodles here in AZ. The portions are big, the taste is amazing. And the service is good as well, kind and polite. Highly recommended

I ordered the sweet and sour pork. The pork was dry and mostly coating. Sweet and sour was to sweet and sugary. I will never order it again. I ordered it from Uber eats.

My boyfriend tried to order a to go order online at 9 pm and they said it would be ready by noon the next day. Okay, obviously that's not gonna work. So he calls and makes an order over the phone and drives to go pick it up. It's only 2 miles away from our house but it took him 35 minutes because when he got there the food wasn't ready. Something weird is they had him show his ID to prove it was him even though he used his credit card that had his name on it. ANOTHER weird thing is they had a kid working the register. Well, we finally get the food home and it was not worth the wait. My boyfriend ordered the house low mein and I got the wontons. His noodles barely had any meat on them and they looked/tasted like ramen noodles. My wontons were fried nicely but there was a dime size of meat on the inside which was disappointing. It could've tasted good if I there was enough to actually taste it. Won't be going back here. Sadly disappointed/:

Chili King is a culinary gem with fantastic food! Their General Tso Chicken is a mouthwatering delight, and their delicious Chow Mein is simply irresistible. The portions are generous, ensuring you leave with a satisfied belly. The food's high quality is evident in every bite, especially in their General Tso Shrimp, where huge, succulent pieces of shrimp steal the show. The Boneless Ribs are sliced thin and bursting with flavor, making them a must-try. You'll be impressed by the overall dining experience and the top-notch taste at Chili King.

We have been stopping by this place in a small plaza for 3 years now and wondered how it was since we were new to the area and finally decided to give it a try. Quiet small place clean and quaint. Young man at register which is more than likely the son. When ordering he asked and informed of all the choices and payment was fast which for his age he seems efficient! Food was hot and fresh we ordered the sweet and sour chicken with white rice and soup. Portions were big for the price. Flavor was bold. Rangoons were tasty. Overall it was a nice place to get food on the whim. We will more than likely return and give another item a try as we love supporting small businesses run by family.

I ordered the Singapore rice noodles and it tasted ok at first until I ate a piece of the chicken and then it ruined my entire experience. I usually don't go out of my way to order food outside of DoorDash or UberEats but this time I decided to look up Chinese food on Google and this place was close and, being a Dasher for DoorDash, I've picked up several orders from here over the years so I decided to try it out. One of the worst decisions I have ever made if not the absolute worst. Chicken tasted old and sour. Turns out, based on the slight pink color found inside the chicken, it was undercooked. I still believe the chicken was old though and not fresh how all restaurants are supposed to keep their food. To add, this restaurant would not provide me a refund. Apparently the order was placed through a DoorDash service that Google offered and I was unaware of this. Anyway, after trying to find out who should be responsible for providing the refund, I believe it to be the restaurant as that was the only thing I could find on the order confirmation page was their phone number. I will never ever come here again and I wouldn't recommend anybody else coming here either.Good luck to all who reads this.

The food was not very good, it all looked pretty greasy. I got shredded potatoes with spicy oil as I thought it would be the hardest thing to screw up. It was okay, I mean it was literally shredded potatoes in chili oil. It was hard to stomach without rice on the side.

I used to love this place but I won't be going here again because they charged my account then refused to refund me when they wouldn't make my food even though they charged my card and I showed them on my phone that it indeed did go through! they also raised there prices not worth your money don't go here!
