My friend and I went on a Thursday at 10:30am. No wait, wasn't busy inside and we both got parking spots easily. I will say there doesn't seem to be a lot of parking in front from what I saw. Unless there is some behind the restaurant but I didn't look. A lot of private parking for the church and other businesses around it. So I can imagine it being like hunger games looking for parking on the weekend. Lols The decor is modern and cute when you walk in. We were greeted and sat at a table right away. It's pretty specious inside. Our waitress was nice with answering all my questions I had. They have a good variety of drinks and food, it's not just chilaquiles. I like how you have the option to customize your chilaquiles. I went with the chilaquiles rojos with birria and it was good. My only complaint is they were they were on the border of cold and warm but I'm glad the chips weren't soggy. The waitress gave me a side of the spicy molcajete sauce to try, I'm glad she did bc I didn't like the taste. The rojos sauce is better. The serving is a good size but pricey for $20 when you can make it for cheap at home. Lols But eating out isn't cheap. I also tried my friend's churro French toast and it was delish.

I have brought family and friends here a bunch bc it's so yummy!! It's my favorite place to hit during the weekdays. (Weekends you can't even get a parking spot ESPECIALLY during brunch hours, so I highly recommend making a reservation). The week days tend to be a little on the slow side with service so anticipate that. The food is pretty good. They have pretty good drinks as well. My partner loves the Chef Juan's Cocktail & Jaritos. They have a yummy Birra Ramen and lots of other options besides Chilaquiles as well. It's a cute spot for a date or friends brunch! Marked down the stars due to service could use some improvement/ parking situation when busy.

From start to finish it was bad. The wait was 45 min so I thought ok must be worth it. We sat down, the server came up and said "what would you like" no hello welcome nothing. Okay, she took our order I ordered the guacamole to start. First, my dad's food came out... 15 min later the other 2 plates cameOut with the guacamole. Everything was horrible. The guacamole was nothing like the pictures on IG it was a total catfish. Yeaaah it was fresh but it had no flavor. No salt, no cilantro, no lime. Nothing. Next. For a place to be called chilaquiles you would think they would be the best thing on the menu. Nope. Canned sauce and maybe 1/4th cup of meat. Then the beans.... Canned. For guacamole, 2 teas, 1 milk, and 3 plates $109.... Garbage. Don'tCome here

Positives - A cute establishment with neons and fun decorations. The food is beautifully arranged and the portions are very generous. Service was excellent, we had a very friendly and attentive waiter. Love that they have breakfast food all day! Plenty of parking.Negatives - The food tasted just ok to me. It looks better than it tastes, I think. I was also a bit weirded out that the big TV by our table was airing the Republican National Convention (weirded out that it was playing political content, I would have been equally weirded out if it was airing the Democratic National Convention). Not necessarily the content I have in mind to play in the background while enjoying dinner with friends.

The strawberries and cream pancakes were delicious. I wish they were a little more on the fluffy side. They're very dense/thick. Chilaquiles is definitely generous on their portion sizes!I did like how there is an actual strawberry shortcake icecream on this as that is one of my favorite icecream bars. I would come back to try other items on the menu and just so you know, Thursday they have ceviche for $6! Great service and loved how nicely lit and decorated the inside is! I highly recommend to check them out.

I had been eagerly anticipating a visit to this restaurant after seeing it on TikTok, and I was so excited to finally try it! Unfortunately, our first attempt on Mother's Day didn't go as planned. Even though they claim to be open until nine, we arrived around 6 PM and were told they had sold out and closed early. This only heightened my expectations, as it had to be amazing for them to sell out so quickly.I finally got my chance when my friend took me there for my birthday breakfast. We arrived at 8 AM and were immediately taken by the wonderful atmosphere and chic decorations. The vibe was great, and we were seated within a couple of minutes. Our server was fantastic, answering all our questions and providing excellent suggestions. The food was delightful, We even added a shrimp cocktail midway through our meal, which came out promptly. Everything was fresh and delicious. The mimosas, though a bit warm, were easily fixed with some added ice. The highlight was the strawberry shortcake pancakes, which had actual strawberry shortcake ice cream in the middle. They were fluffy and perfectly balanced, not too sweet, and didn't even need syrup. We also had the trio breakfast Chilaquiles with an over-medium egg and Birria, which was equally delicious. The only minor drawback was that the restaurant was a bit warm, but it wasn't unbearable.A word of advice: get there early. By the time we left, the restaurant was completely packed, and the waiting area was bustling. This restaurant offers unique, fun, and flavorful food, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a special dining experience.

If you want to try this place, you have to get there early because it gets packed fast! The food was really good and so were the drinks. This place is a bit small considering how busy they get but it is worth the wait!

Went last Saturday and was well worth the drive from San Tan Valley. It was busy and a wait but again well worth the wait. Food was amazingly delicious. Drinks done perfect. When you see a place like this as busy as they were you know it's great food. We will go back for sure.

Amazing and lively atmosphere! Would come back just for that! We sat at the bar, shockingly had no wait, walked right in when there was a line 30 people deep! Service was a little slow, even at the bar, but friendly nonetheless. Birria was delish and the torta was toasted to perfection. The trio was good, green sauce the best. The carne asada was ok but would recommend the birria instead as they were a little dry. Overall a fun experience would come back!
