Casa de Plata

Upon entering it seems more like a bar than a restaurant. In general most of the decor, background music, and lightning also screamed bar. I will say however that the waitress Teresa was very sweet and attentive. I also enjoyed the shrimp tacos I ordered. I come back for the service and the food but was not a fan of the ambience.

I came here on a Thursday night about thirty minutes before closing. It was a pretty good experience. The waitress was attentive and she appeared right when I needed her. The street tacos were excellent. I got the Pastor, Pollo, chorizo, and asada street tacos. They were packed with meat so you won't be lacking. And if you're feeling super hungry, they give you two corn tortillas per taco, so you can undouble them and make eight tacos. It might trick your mind into thinking you had twice the meal.

This place was fine. Just fine. We came for lunch, got a carne burrito and a green combo molcajete with a sangria and a margarita. Everything was just fine, but nothing was exceptional. Seems like they have a really interesting variety of options here, even a tomahawk ribeye on the menu! We might go back sometime to try those out, but nothing else really amazed us. This place is a classic example of a restaurant that does a lot of things pretty well but nothing fantastic.

The service was great and the server was very attentive. There are good options of food available. The tacos and sushi were very tasty, especially the carne asada tacos. Inside ambiance was nice, with a bar to sit at and good choice of drinks to choose from. If you are looking for a good happy hour with food and a drink, this would be the place.

No thanks. Went in on a Saturday night. Mostly empty. Karaoke was just starting up (strike 1). Looked like Mexican food but they had pasta (strike 2) and sushi (strike 3) on the menu. This area around here is a freaking dead zone for food, but we walked out anyway and found something else.

Shrimp fried tacos were on fire. I also had them grill some pineapple and OMG I couldn't stop eating them.

I'm only giving this place 2 stars because our server was cool , but the food on the other hand was trash . I ordered a pastor burrito , it tasted like canned food, no flavor, I'm convinced they cooked it in the microwave . Also very pricey . Wasn't even offered a discount on the burrito. Definitely won't be returning.

I'm usually not the type to leave rude reviews but I really don't appreciate howls they treated me earlier today . So yesterday I came in and ordered carne sada fries I asked for no guacamole because I am allergic I didn't realize until I left the restaurant . I then called today when I got off work to see if I could have my order replaced, the lady on the phone was highly rude ,tried to make a fool out of me then hung up in my face and stop answering the phone. I come here a lot so it really upsets me how they do there loyal customers is there a corporate number? I still would like my food replace

Disgusting. No flavor. I was served a stuffed red pepper and my husband ordered a taco plate. Never again. Pricy too

They are now making the beef fajitas with shredded beef instead of carne asada. Also, they haven't been able to get dry vermouth for at least two months. So they can't make martinis.
