"My goodness! Now... I saw the photos and said this looks just like the food I used to eat when I ate meat... let me see how good it is. First of all, everything on the menu sounds delicious. I got the General Tso Chicken and that first bite... oh my. It had a good crunch on it and then went tender and the flavor... ON POINT! If I was staying in AZ longer, I would have gone back and tried all the things. The drinks are also delicious. I grabbed a pink passion. Since I dined in, I had to control my food dancing but trust me when I say you need to visit this spot. Seems like they do a lot of to-go orders but sitting inside is peaceful. When I came in I was greeted and seated instantly. The staff was very attentive. I also appreciated the level of care around cleanliness. This will be a stop every time I'm in town. I was looking for something light but filling and good and I love me some Mediterranean so this seemed like the place. I'll start but saying I was pleasantly surprised when I saw they offered a bowl for $12. In the end I did added feta for +$2 but in the end, well worth it. I got the chicken gyro with salad base and tiziki. OMG!! This bowl was bomb! It was so delicious. Every bite was packed with flavor. The chicken gyro was so tasty I would 100% get it again!Decent amount of seating inside. Street parking is what you get here so could be hit or miss."

"My son was in town and one of the places we had to hit up before he went home was La Santisima, so off we went!I have been a fan for years, so if you haven't been here yet, you really need to go! We arrived during lunch time and got a table right away. Service was great and friendly. The salsa bar is fresh and has a great selection.One of my favorite go to is the chicken Oaxacan Black Moie Taco, its shredded chicken simmered in this amazing sauce of blend of spices, chilies, nuts, Oaxacan dark chocolate. The mole here is one of my favorites in the valley. So dang good! I have tried almost all their tacos, they even had vegan/vegetarian that are all tasty as well.Go get you some tacos!"

"I can't believe it has taken us so long to return to Charm Thai! My husband and I stopped in on a Friday evening around 5pm (we were both starving after busy days at work!), and there were plenty of open tables. There was only one server when we came in. Once we ordered, everything came out quickly! We had the tempura coconut shrimp appetizer - it was SO GOOD. Huge shrimp fried to crunchy perfection. It didn't even need the sauce it came with, although that was yummy too! When you check in on yelp, you get a free Thai iced tea - it was light and refreshing, and had a unique (to me) flavor. For our meals, I ordered the Pad See Ew after seeing it in someone else's Yelp review - it was friggen BOMB. I loved the garlicky sauce and everything about it. It was even good leftover the next day. My husband had the crab Thai fried rice. He enjoyed it, but he liked my dish better (as did I!). He cleared his plate!The food is definitely 5/5 stars here, and I would highly recommend, but service after we ordered was not great. No one checked on us once we got our food, and we waited about 15 minutes after we finished our food before anyone returned with our check."

However, Green New American Vegetarian really killed it and will definitely be on our go-to restaurant list in the future.We had a niece visiting who doesn't really like meat, so we thought we'd take her to a vegetarian restaurant (these don't exist in her hometown). We were shocked at how good the food was. I started with the crab puffs, which is my typical order at any restaurant with them on the menu - I honestly couldn't tell the difference between this fake crab and real crab. Followed it up with a mouthwatering Golden Curry (I may be weird, but I love tofu). I took a bite of my niece's Damn Dan Noodle, which was a little too spicy for a 10 year old but had great flavor. My husband's Big Wac was absolutely delicious.If you've tried "impossible burgers" and fake meats before and are worried about the menu here, don't be. This place knows how to cook."

"Vegan and Vine is my new favorite Vegan joint in Phoenix! As more and more Vegan brick and mortar restaurants open up and survive. It will bring diversity to the Vegan restaurant scene in Phoenix! My hope is that we will have plenty to choose from and that competition raises all their games up!V & V has tons of seating, plenty of parking being neighbors of the Safeway strip mall and a really decent list of items on their menu. I can't speak to the alcohol situation, but they do offer it. There is no need to reinvent the wheel when preparing your favorite item Vegan style! V & V executes it very well. The beignets were very delicious. My family and I were all happy with our selections and cannot wait to go back!"

"There are so many restaurants in the area. If looking for fast and fresh, Mad Greens has you covered. From order to checkout, the whole process was under 5 minutes. Much like Chipotle, salads, bowls and wraps are composed in front of guests. Dishes are ordered by name, but are easily customized. Mac and cheese is also available. I did not see anyone ordering them. Not sure if the Mac takes a little longer. If really in a hurry, ordering may be done ahead of time on the app. I ordered a regular sized Edgar Allen Poe. Salads may be upsized to a large for $1 more. The regular was the perfect size for me. Greens were fresh. While the scoops looked a little small, every bite had some variation of toppings. Chicken wasn't dry. Light amount of dressing still had all the greens coated. The salad was perfect for a warm day."

I was in the mood for something other than pizza and burgers. We underestimated this establishment!!! We walked in and it's a small dining room with tables and a few booths. The menu wasn't super huge but had some great options (my gf is vegetarian so I love that they had the veggie pita) the prices were right on point so we ordered. Man.... The food was SOOOOO good. The wait wasn't bad, and the food came out piping hot. You know it was freshly made. The French fries reminded me of high school, you know the good battered French fries?? The veggies in the pita were grilled but still crisp and delicious. The falafel was the best I ever had, moist inside with a crisp outside. Not dried out like most! And My rice bowl was huge for $14! And came with all the toppings. The garlic side sauce was delicious as well. I had to get extra before we left. We thoroughly enjoyed our food. I will 100%. Be back!"

Service was so friendly and attentive. My food was fresh and my Mahi was perfectly cooked and tender inside with a nice crust on the outside. The vegetables, salad and hummus were all very fresh and delicious. On top of everything else, after I checked in on Yelp, I received a coupon for free baklava. I got to take my baklava home with me. The cocktail names were inspired from Chef's travels and legacy book titles from Asia. And that the menu is inspired from the array of street food in Asia. That sort of story telling is one that elevates a place."

"Hot damn! You can work for Yelp and still realize that you know very little about the F&B scene! For some odd reason, I THOUGHT Atlas Bistro was a relative newcomer to the scene, opening a couple of years earlier. Reality? 20 years in business! I can assume that I must have heard some buzz about Atlas a while ago and attributed it to them being new in town. The more important point is that when a place is still generating buzz (and revenue!) after two decades in the game, this is a restaurant well worth checking out. I LOVED my dinner here. Everything about it was flawless. From the service to the wines to the courses, this was such a great experience. It's been some time since I've had a meal I'm genuinely enthusiastic about. That says something when I visit so many restaurants. To be clear, I came here as part of a dinner group and I'm not sure how much our meal deviated from the norm, but I don't think by much. Everything is a prix fixe menu. I was told that Atlas Bistro is one of the few restaurants in town with a BYOB policy (corkage: $25). As a bonus? They have an incredible selection of wines available for purchase at decent prices. I enjoy wines but am by no means a connoisseur. However, one person in my group is a wine expert and was simply raving about the wine selection. The only thing that I found a little odd is that even if you buy the wine from them, the corkage fee still applies. But whatever. Since the menu rotates, I'm not going to address many of the dishes that we had other than to say they were excellent. Everything was prepared with heart, portions were good, and flavor was front-and-center. I can't imagine coming here and having a bad meal. Our dessert course was a cheese plate which I found odd but it was delicious! Due to the set menu nature of Atlas, I would recommend checking what is being served in advance if you have dietary restrictions or preferences. Someone in our group requested that the steak be swapped out for fish which they were able to accommodate, but I personally found inappropriate given the style of the operation. Another thing that I loved was the intimate environment. Reservations are key for a few reasons. One is that they're only open a few nights a week and they take off most of July and August (book those reservations now!). Additionally, there aren't a whole lot of tables which I found to be a plus. Atlas Bistro works for everything from an intimate date to an intense business discussion. It's rare to find that. As if you couldn't already tell, I am a convert to the cult of Atlas Bistro! Don't tell anyone I didn't know about this local gem before. Haven't been? Book now!"

All soooo good. You order at the counter and they bring it to your table. Counter person was super helpful and friendly. She later came by to check on us and take trays. It's definitely a hipster contemporary vibe. A place set up for selfies in a low key kind of way. Strip mall parking and it was a breeze- no issues. You can order at the counter and there is plenty of staff to check on you and bring out orders. I had the farmhouse which consisted of eggs (your choice), sautéed veggies and toast. It also comes with protein and they're able to substitute tofu.
