Ashley W. "I'm absolutely in love with this sweet Italian mom & pop shop! Imports from Italy include meats, cheeses, sauces and probably more! It's hard to come here and not order the whole menu or take home a whole shopping cart of ingredients or sweets! The go to is easy - The Italian Combo Sub! The bread is so fresh and it's the perfectly sliced and portioned sun of meats, veggies and condiments. I've had it picked up for lunch and fresh - both are exceptional. My biggest pet peeve with subs is sogginess - nothing to worry about here if you can't dine in. They also serve Pizza which is also, guess, so good! It tastes lite and fresh... and like I can eat a whole one by myself and still feel perfectly okay. The owner is so grateful and kind. I waited my whole pregnancy for an Italian sub and wanted to come here! He was very appreciative and just speaks to the hospitality of this location. Please try and support this amazing spot! One of my PHX favorites!!!"

As I looked at other items, I thought to myself that prices seemed higher than their competitors down the street. I also noticed that they were hardly any shoppers here. I am sure that this store is fine for others. The appeared to be well stocked. I will continue with my tried and true stores."

Kaikeali'i C. "I am not from Arizona, born and raised in Hawai'i. Our son went to GCU and all the students had to be out of the dorms by May 1, 2023. We rented an Airbnb and cook instead of going out to eat.When you step in this place it will smell like a seafood store, so if that's gonna be a problem this wouldn't be the store for lol. ALL HAWAII RESIDENTS, well..look no further for food for the kids lol. This place practically has everything, it reminds me of seafood city-ish in Waipahu. I jokingly scolded the kids, "now you tell me after running around kingdom come." This is right around the corner of GCU campus.Unfortunately I was told about this place too late in the week that I FINALLY found fufu which is equivalent to pa'i'ai."

I have been here twice and the food has been good both times, but there have also been issues both times. The first time I came when I got home, I realized that they had double charged me for two of the grocery items. At that point, I wasn't able to go back so I just let it be.I went back again today and ordered two subs . About 20 minutes after ordering I was asked if I had been helped and I told them I was waiting on my subs. They told me the ticket wasn't printed and started making them . It took another 10 minutes for them to be ready so I waited 30 minutes for two sandwiches. I was there with my two-year-old so obviously not ideal. Nobody apologized for the inconvenience or anything . Unfortunately, I probably won't be back just based on the issues I've had.

My niece can't get enough of the hummus!! From the meat counter to the deli, everything here creates the perfect dinner party, pool party, or just a nice meal at home! The usual suspects for my table are the kebab, fresh feta, hummus, and tabouli. Garlic sauce, cucumbers, pita, baklava....the list could go on, but those are notable mentions!

My mom got me a fermentation kit for Christmas that I still have yet to use, so today I decided to come here to get ingredients to make kimchi to put my kit to use! Usually I go to H mart, but with how big and busy it is I do tend to get overwhelmed there. This is a nice less busy and smaller place to find awesome Asian products. Didn't have to wait in line at all, got my stuff and checked out pretty fast, was easy to find everything I needed! Would for sure come back.

I love American grocers, I love Fry's, Stater Bros, Trader Joe's and Sprouts but coming from a different culture, I can get most of the ingredients my family needs at these shops but I definitely need to visit the Asian market for items like Lychee and Durian for desserts or fresh Calabash and Taro for our soups. Not to worry though, Lam's got it! I also like that it's not too far from where I reside in the West Valley and the parking lot is HUGE. Another service they have that I like it, they'll fry up a fish for you for a small fee, makes dinner that easy!The reason that I deducted the 1 star is because the place is definitely a little more run down, not too modern and it's not all that aesthetically pleasing. It can set someone off, but in all honesty, Lam's makes it work for my family so I'm sure it'll work for you.

It's a good stop for Filipino food. Lots of choices. The Bicol express and pakbet are my favorite this time. I hope to try Laing next time. I love the veggie dishes. There's also lots of cookies, pan de sal, frozen sausage items, Buko pie. I was excited to see Beng Beng chocolates so I got that along with peanut butter sky flakes. When I tried the chocolates at home I noticed it's expired since May 2023. Be careful what you buy, but there's lots of choices in the grocery section. The service is good. Everyone was helpful and happy to be of service. And there are plenty of seating to eat there. Or they wrap it up nicely for to-go. I'll try again.

This restaurant has a great theme and lighting where it invites you to eat inside. The food was delicious! I ordered the chicken biryani, chicken tikka masala, beef nehari, and tandoori chicken. If you're looking for halal indo-pakistani food, I suggest eating at this restaurant.

This food bar is good for someone familiar with Indian food and likes spicy food.This is my friend's favorite place.Since I didn't recognize the food for sale, I wish I would've went around the corner to the grocery store and picked up some fruit or vegetable I recognized and then asked them to rinse and cut it up for me.I don't know if they would've accommodated that, but if I go back again I'm going to try.I failed to find a vegan meal without salt, oil, and sugar that was not hot and spicy to me.I wish I could have ordered brown rice with steamed vegetables with mild curry sauce or spice.They sell a lot of mango items in the grocery portion of the store.Staff was friendly, I'm just not sure if there was a language barrier or not.

It is set back behind the Brakemasters. You also enter from the East side of the building which is farther away from the cross streets.It has a fair selection of Indian Groceries and also some prepared Chaat and other hot food for take out. See photos of menus. There may have been tables previously but it appears with COVID that it is all take out.We got the Baingan (eggplant) which was well done and mid level spicy. A reasonable option for Indian food and groceries."

Haneen O. "Stopped in here for the first time. It had a decent amount of parking and it looks new and inviting. The store is a good size and the Arabic music was blasting, loved to hear it. They were donating a part of their proceeds to a humanitarian organization when I visited so I felt good about supporting a local business and helping people in need in Palestine. Their produce department was well stocked and they had great deals on their squash and cucumbers. I even picked up some veggies on clearance. I walked around and also grabbed some salty snacks, cookies, halal marshmallows, and labna (Middle Eastern yogurt). There was a lot of items to peruse through and they also had a bakery/dessert section as well as a meat area, and a restaurant with seating. Several people were dining in and shopping when I was there. Cashier rung up my items and was nice, and I was on my way. I'd come back another time!"
