"Food truck was not here today but no updates on operating hours I was really looking forward to having the fish!"
"Originally wasn't sure what to expect because the restaurant isn't in the best part of town. With that being said, the inside of the restaurant is very nice and clean! There is plenty of parking in the little plaza. The food and service were both amazing! I ordered my favorite of all time Jamaican dish: stew chicken. I did not disappoint. I love that you get to pick 2 sides and there is a variety to choose from. They are opening a spot closer to my house in Laveen and I cannot wait!"
"Wow. This place is amazing. I got two Danish dogs and a Sprite. The customer service was great. They were kind and personable. I got my food crazy fast. I think this is the best hot dog I've ever eaten. The Danish dogs are a perfect mix of sweet, salty, and sour. I will definitely be back!"
"Been wanting to try them out and Sunday I finally did! They came to Anthem which I was really happy about cause I wanted to go to the other locations they go to but it's a bit far. I hope they come back to Anthem! I will definitely buy some more! They are so delicious omg!!!! It reminds me of my moms doughnuts she makes. I got some for my mom too, the mixed berry filling and she loved it too. I love the traditional powder! Also I got cinnamon one which tasted like a churro/Wetzel's cinnamon bites. My brother liked the cinnamon one. By the time I got there they were sold out! Good thing I preordered."
"Yummy Mexican style seafood! Very flavorful and good portions. Parking isn't the best and service is average. Chipotle sauce they offer is yummy with everything"
"Some of the best tacos from a food truck in the valley! Top-notch service! Nice outdoor ambience."
"I've been to this place a few times a week since I discovered it a couple of months ago. The food is FANTASTIC! I highly recommend the garlic parmesan fries, cheesecake and, of course, the grilled cheese.Yes, the hours are funky and it's a small spot without a lot of seating, but it's worth it!The owner runs the spot with a lot of pride and care, which also means it's going to take a minute to get your food. But again, it's worth it!"
"This tiny food cart situated in downtown Gilbert offers mouth watering carne asada tacos and other traditional favorites. After leaving one of the bars on a Friday night, this taco stand hit the spot. They have a few tables set up next to their stand which is nice and our order came out fairly quickly. I ordered three carne asada tacos and my friend opted for the nachos. The carne asada was flavorful and these were probably some of the best street tacos I have had. The nachos were good considering they had the carne asada and fresh toppings on top but the nacho cheese and chips were nothing special. There were also a couple of salsa bottles on the tables as well. All in all Midnight Tacos is wort trying and I believe they have an actual location in Gilbert which I will definitely try to stop by."
"I tried Two Hot Chicks at the Goodyear Food Truck Round Up. There were several food truck options to choose from and I chose Two Hot Chicks because it looked the best. I'm glad I did! I ordered the loaded motherclucker. The food has a lot of flavor and you get your bang for your buck. I would definitely visit again!"

Ocho Rios Jerk Spot located in Glendale is a MUST! Located in a small shopping center that offers indoor, bar, and outside seating. This location is LEGIT authentic Jamaican food, vibe, and people! Customer service was amazing from Ms. Aliyah! Food was so flavorful and delicious! Vibe was chill while you hear reggae music playing in the background and conversations with strong Jamaican accents!Caution...their spice level ain't no joke and ain't for the weak! We had the mild as we love spice and it was HOT! It was so delicious in flavor I couldn't stop eating it even though it had me tears and sniffling. They offer sweet, mild, and hot for their jerk wings. If the mild was HOT for me I pity the person who orders Hot, get ready for flames coming out your mouth. LolIt appears they have their own food truck and also a catering van.We ordered:HH Jerk wings (mild) with festival (which is a type of fry bread that is slightly sweet) - AMAZING! Delicious flavor, moist in the inside, and comes with a side of sauce if you can take the heat! LolOxtail plate entree w/rice and peas and plantains as my 2 sides - AMAZING! Tender oxtail, thick sauce, and flavor was amazing. Plantains were thick, cooked perfectly with crispy edges!HH jerk wings (sweet) w/festival and a side of rice and peas and plantains - sweet sauce was delicious. I would suggest getting the sweet jerk wings and ask for a side of mild sauce to still get the heat/spice but, your able to control the amount of heat so you wont be in tears Lol. Sweet and mild sauce together was a good flavor profile!Jerk chicken entree w/rice and peas and plantains - Delicious! Just FYI, they use whole chicken so be prepared for bones. If you don't care for thigh bones and such you're better off ordering the jerk wings. There is another location I think in Goodyear but this one in Glendale is the OG location!I hear the one in Goodyear is a hit and miss as far customer and food quality. One day they are amazing and on point, the next time you go you may not receive what you actually order. So do yourself a favor and take the drive to the Glendale location.

Beignet Babe is a true gem for anyone with a sweet tooth, but you'll have to be quick to catch them! This hard-to-find pop-up is worth the effort, serving up some of the most delicious, fresh, and creative filled beignets you'll ever taste. I found them on Instagram and they update their schedule there. Each beignet is perfectly golden and crisp on the outside, with a soft, pillowy center that's filled with a variety of mouthwatering flavors. Whether you're in the mood for classic options like chocolate or something more adventurous like seasonal fruit fillings, Beignet Babe delivers on flavor and quality every time.Part of the charm is the thrill of the chase--finding out where they'll pop up next and making sure you get there before they sell out. It adds a fun, almost exclusive feel to the experience. The staff is always friendly and enthusiastic, making the experience even more enjoyable. If you're lucky enough to spot Beignet Babe, don't hesitate to stop by. The beignets are always fresh, delicious, and totally worth the effort to find. It's a sweet adventure you won't want to miss!

Food was very good. I really enjoyed it. Customer service was good. However this place is charging the same amount paid at a restaurant , without it actually being a restaurant and does not have many amenities a restaurant can offer. This spot is a truck stand. No a/c but they do have coolers. 3 coolers in total but not cool enough to cool down some of the center tables. The place is small with many tables, making it hard to move around. The food was very good and refreshing for a hot summer day under this AZ heat. The menu has old prices, so i ended paying $10 more due to that. To me that is not how any business should be ran. I was so disappointed because the food was food and customer service was good but i will not return because I feel as if they cheated me out on money.Bottom Line I Do Not Recommend.

MUST TRY VEGAN GRILLED CHEESE This is a new place that just opened up I believe a month ago or so, there is an extensive grilled cheese menu with different side and drinks available.Amazing friendly fast service by two nice gentlemen. There is limited seating - one bar top at the window (4 or 5 bar stools)*a little hard to find just look for the neon grilled cheese sign next to the barber shop and it's about 500 ft away from the Phoenix Public Library*

Our experience here like most was great! Food is authentic and delicious. Service was great, ambiance is that of a typical "Hole in the wall" taco shop which is exactly what you want. Their Alpastor must be ordered on corn instead of flower and they do a really tasty bean and cheese taco where they torch the cheese to crisp it up. They also serve old-school bottled soda to wash down the delicious tacos. The person that door dashed tacos had a poor experience because this place is meant to be eaten in person, fresh off the grill. Just my two cents.

"Within the last few years, I've become more and more obsessed with savory crepes. I've been fulfilling this desire with hunting down the best French bakeries and brunch spots, but this place came across my feed and I became so excited! Today, I finally got to try this Mexican crepe place with 6 of my friends and they nailed what I've been craving!Their menu keeps you on the edge since it changes monthly. It gives you good reason to return since you wonder how something unique will be executed next. My friends loved the sweet crepes, like the classic and the Red Velvet crepe. I didn't expect an actual slice of red velvet cake to be on our crepe and loaded with frosting. It was amazing! My favorites were the pizza one and the huevos rancheros crepe. I love these entrees by themselves, so to have them as part of crepes made it much more special. While waiting for the crepes to come out and the café (coffee) horchata drink that I ordered, I explored around the restaurant and there were little local gifts for sale like jewelry, Mexican candy, and other fun things. They do paint and sip days too! The order took a little bit to come out but it was worth the wait, especially since it was a bit busy this morning! The staff is so nice too! I love this place!"
"Absolutely loved my late night meal from this spot. Was out with a friend meet some new friends and decided we needed some food but also another pint. Headed to wondering tortoise remembering that there was a food truck outside every time I had passed by prior. Glad we went as this place is now a "permanent" spot holder to the already great space. A unique take on a cubano sandwich which had pulled pork with pickles melted cheese and a toasty roll perfectly crafted with one of the best hot sauces I've had. All the flavors truly meshed well. Rarely do you think to go to a bar that has no food hungry but with sink or swim always outside the tortoise next time be sure to give them a try it's worth it as these guys are ready to make your new favorite cubano sandwich and even better with every purchase over $10 the tortoise gives you any draft pint for only $5."
"You know you've seen them as you drive by construction sites...it's the snack shack, the roach coach, it's Ralph's Snack Bar!! Ok, so I was a little skeptical when HR sent out an email that Ralph's would start doing daily runs to my building, but I they gave me 2 free Ralph Bucks to spend and I couldn't resist, being the cheapskate that I am. Honestly, we were all waiting to see who ran to the toilet first, but everyone was fine and had really good things to say about the food. Can someone say yum! My food was awesome with the exception that it was a little salty for me. I got a rice pudding cup and the rolled taco special with rice and beans (it's only $3.50!) and it was really tasty! They also sell Mexican cokes (think the real sugar stuff - no corn syrup here) and all sorts of little snacky treats.Hit up my parking lot at lunchtime (40th St. & Broadway) if you ever need a Ralph's fix."
"Love it! My all time favorite is passion fruit. It is hard to find this flavor at any other places. My new favorite is mango on top of coconut. This combo made me feel like I has mango and sticky rice with less calories. All sorbet made with real fruit ingredients so it is natural sweet. There are many delicious choices of sorbet flavors. I always want to get the root beer float or affogato, but always got distract by the fruity sorbet"
"Outstanding little Sonoran dog truck/tent with wayyyyy more than just hot dogs. If you're looking for a unique spot where you can try Sonoran Mexican food, look no further. Food is delicious- I had the traditionally Sonoran dog and bacon wrapped, cheese stuffed peppers. But they have snacky type treats too! Ambiance is chill, it's a literal tent setup, but don't be shy...it's totally worth it!"
"Everything I hoped it would be and more! Got a pita sandwich with chicken and all the fixins, every component of the sandwich was fantastic. I wolfed down a 1lb sandwich in less than 5 min it was that good. Great sauces, I'll be back to buy a few 4oz bottles of the infresno & schug. Place is legit."
"Who doesn't like hot dogs? Mystery cuts of meat throw-away, sluiced & squeezed into a phallic form--in a way, it's Ouroboros of Man eating his own "tail" so to speak--that ancestral Gods would nod appreciatively to. With almost as much versatility as the wheel or Betty White ( love my Golden Girl ), hard to mess up & difficult to perfect, the Hot Dog is the under appreciated meal substitute to white linen dining. I had the signature Voodoo Dog, and if you've never had it for breakfast, give it a try sometime. Filling but not that thanksgiving kinda full when you feel the need to purge & pray. Saul ( Goodman? ), the guy knows his market, good product and the way to return business is customer service. Hit all points. When you're just craving a Voodoo Dog, you know who you need to call: Better Call Saul."
"This place is amazing for so many reasons!First, the customer service is beyond amazing. They are the kindest couple & are willing to answer all the questions you have about their menu. They are so happy to entertain the kids with friendly comments & smiles.Second, the hot dogs are grilled & so fresh. Plus, they are huge! The kids split a basic hot dog, which my son said was the best hot dog he's ever had. I had the hot dog with fried onion on top. We were the last customers due to selling out, so they gave me some chili to try. I'll definitely be ordering a chili dog next time. The chili is so flavorful & has an excellent spice to it. Definitely a great family business to support. Who doesn't love a good hotdog? Family friendly, and good prices. It's outside so, we just opening our tailgate & had lunch! Cant wait to go back & have another."
"JP is an awesome guy who makes wonderful tasting late night food. His creative ever changing add-ons to his dogs, brats, and quesadillas and just overall quality has made me an instant regular."
"So we went to our favorite brewery Wrenhouse to check this place out since we love German food. We were a little nervous when we got there and saw it pretty much looked like a hotdog cart. We got a Reuben sandwich, the pretzels and cheese and the Das Brat. The biggest winner was the Reuben. I cannot say enough about this sandwich, the corned beef was AMAZING (my husband was chatting with the owner, and apparently he MAKES it!!) the bread was perfect, the cheese was mixed in with the meat... the kraut....man...it is literally the best Reuben or any other sandwich I have eaten in my 50 years of life. The brat was also good, was a little heavy on the aoli and onion for me, but the kraut, mustard and sausage were excellent. The beer cheese was awesome, and I am sure the pretzels were amazing when they came out of the oven, but didn't travel or age well. They served as a passable vehicle for the amazing beer cheese. Don't let the humble appearance fool you, this man is doing the Lord's work."
"Hot Dog Hot Dog Hot Diggety Dog! The dogs and sausages that are being served off this pull behind are phenomenal. I recommend the Carli Special, the snap from the sausage and combination of fresh toppings is delicious!"
"Desert Dawgs is great. Only there on Saturdays so be sure to hit him up then. The guy running it is Mark. He is about as friendly as they come. Sonoran dogs are great. I love the nacho dog. The Chicago dog is great and has a very authentic taste. Stop by Art Frank's furniture while you are there."
"Absolutely nothing bad to say about this Phoenix gem. The authenticity is present the moment you exit the 101. The people are so kind and helpful (shout out to Tony!) and the food was more than stellar. It is all outdoor (no seating) and cash only, and I went with the bean and cheese taco for $6. One of the local vendors in the parking lot was offering homemade banana nut bread for $5 which was heavenly. Will I be back? You're darn right...probably even as soon as this week!"
