"As a lover of espresso martinis, I knew I had to check out AZ88's. Afterall, they landed number 7 on Yelp's "Ten espresso martinis you'll agree are worth the buzz" blog in 2023! We had a friend visiting from out of town and thought it was the perfect opportunity to check it out.We arrived on a Sunday evening. AZ88 does not accept reservations, and fortunately for us, AZ88 was not packed that evening. The space is inviting. The dim lighting makes it a little sexy and romantic. We chose outdoor seating and were seated immediately. The server came to greet us shortly after and took our drinks orders. I ordered the espresso martini and my husband and our friend both ordered an old fashioned. The drinks arrived promptly and wow, their espresso martini is one of the best I've ever had! I enjoyed it so much I ordered another one halfway through the meal. It had just the perfect amount of creaminess and sweetness to me. The guys also enjoyed their old fashioned drinks and ordered seconds.For food, we ordered:Shrimp ceviche $17Dipping fries $13St. Petersburg Potatoes $14Halibut entree $36AZ88 Chicken $18The first three items are appetizers. They were delicious and great for sharing. My favorite was the dipping fries. It came with waffle fries with remoulade, spicy chili ketchup, and buffalo-bleu dips. Hubs and I split the halibut entree. It came with half a pound of Atlantic halibut white-fish, pan-seared with lemon, capers, white wine, and garlic butter then served with baby red potatoes and grilled green beans. The kitchen split the entree into two plates for us, which was appreciated. After starting with three appetizers, half of the entree was more than enough for us. Our friend ordered the chicken sandwich and had no complaints!Food and service were excellent. I highly recommend AZ88, especially to espresso martini lovers!"

"Crust Brothers was an awesome spot for great pizza and without a doubt the most delicious ranch we've ever tasted!! We were seated quickly and had our drink order taken. Our server was super friendly and efficient. We got the cheesy garlic bread, meatball appetizer, steakhouse wedge and a meat lovers pizza. The garlic bread was cheesy with a crispy crust. The meatball, omg that meatball was literal heaven. It was so flavorful and juicy and I could eat that by the bucket with their ranch lol. The meat lovers pizza was piled on with delicious meats and a crispy crust. The steakhouse wedge was so fresh and did I mention had the BEST ranch?! FYI- I asked if they sell their ranch and unfortunately they don't! :( Literally every part of the meal was amazing. The service was great, the restaurant was clean and most importantly the food was amazing. Cannot wait to come back!!"

Wait: It was a busy Friday night, we were seated in about 15 minutes. But it took longer for the food to arrive, I think they were prioritizing takeout orders. Lots of patrons sitting around and not eating. Ambiance: Dim lighting with dark ceiling, floors and furniture. Marble tables with a mix of chairs, wall benches, and wooden booths with minimal back support. Menu: Standard Thai fare. Various appetizers, curries, soups, salads, fried rice, stir fried entrees, and noodles. A few dessert items like ice cream, mango sticky rice, and fried banana. Chicken Skewers (satay) - Six small and skinny pieces. Some were a little fatty, all were not grilled long enough. Drowning in sauce that should have been served on the side. Beef Pad See Ew - Didn't have much soy sauce flavor, kind of bland. Meat and noodle consistency was fine. I understand why they use broccoli instead of gai lan (Chinese broccoli), but it's out of place with the rest of the dish. Chicken Fried Rice - Some grains were hard to chew, protein was tender at the very least Complimentary Sorbet - Sweet and tangy Verdict: Entirely forgettable experience"

"We have been trying to incorporate more vegan and non dairy items into our diet due to hubs needing to keep that cholesterol lower. This place popped up with awesome reviews for their vegan offerings. This place smelled so good walking in. Like straight garlic and I love that. We put in an order over the phone and it was ready within a minute or 2 of arriving. The staff was friendly and offered us a drink while we waited. Now, the food. We have never had a fully vegan pizza and didn't know what to expect. We were happily surprised it was delicious!! No one really cared for the "pepperoni" but me. The cheese was melty and gooey and the bottom of the crust was not soggy which we like a crispy crust! They do not skimp on the toppings. The angel bites we got for dessert were super good too! I will add the cheese gets a little weird when cooled and reheated so we will definitely dine in next time and try the vegan ziti. Overall, an awesome experience and food was great!!"

Unfortunately it was very hot inside since they were having AC issues; not at all ideal for these 110+ degree days, so hopefully that's remedied soon!We kept it simple and opted to get wings and fries for our meal. The 10 piece can be split into 2 flavors so I got honey hot & garlic parmesan and my husband got lemon pepper & mango habanero. We liked the honey hot and mango habenero best but I did really like the garlic parm also, although I did wish they were a little more garlicky. The wings were fried perfectly and super crispy, just the way I like them! "Great tacos! The birria is where it's at! It is so juicy and well-seasoned, and is filled with toppings. The Cuban Crisis was also delicious. I had bites of my husband's Captain Jack, Middle East, and Rosta Man, and they were all so different from one another and so tasty. I really appreciate the unique, creative flavor profiles of each because so often, tacos can all blend into one and you can't tell them a part, but looking back, I can distinctly remember the taste of each. We also got the fajitas for our baby and those were great (we ended up eating them, of course), and the elote bites are a fun little snack.The place is pretty casual, colorful, and young. The dude running the place is awesome and was so welcoming. He kept making faces at my baby, which is always appreciated. Overall, it did not disappoint and it was well worth the long drive! We ordered:One large "the works" pizzaOne order of 6 boneless wingsOne PepsiOne rasberry iced teaThe wings were brought out first and they were good. They were the perfect hot level and they were breaded perfectly to where we could see that there was actually chicken inside. The pizza was then brought out right as we finished our wings. It came out very hot and it was cooked perfectly as it had a nice crunch to it. The sausage was delicious and the onions were yummy. The slices are big! We had two left over and they still tasted great the next day. Service was great throughout our meal and our server was friendly. They were pretty busy the entire time we were there and most people had to go orders. The inside was clean and the mural / pictures they have up on the walls were fun to look at. The main doors to come in are pretty cool as it is a picture of a subway."

"I got some take out from sneakybird this past month. I had wanted to check them out and the perfect opportunity arose after an event. I took advantage of their online platform. I found it overall super easy, they make it easy to customize, modify and add or remove things. I ordered I believe, "naked tenders", which you can choose from a number of dry rubs. I went for the jalapeno garlic ranch and got a side of sweet potato tater tots and a salad. The tenders were delicious. I loved having a healthier option that didn't sacrifice on flavor. The extra seasoning was delicious. I had trouble picking sauces to dip, as they have so many delicious ones! Depending on size it comes with a few. I went with ranch, sneaky and the bee siracha. The ranch was delicious and herby, the sneaky was more buffalo forward and the bee siracha had a real unique flavor, but enjoyable. I prefer fries over tots, but did enjoy them and love a sweet potato option. The salad was a bit of let down, really just shredded iceberg, but nice to have as an option still. I would enjoy seeing a mixed green more hearty veggie option. I really enjoyed having a tasty and flavorful healthier option and would definitely return. Take out was still great after a 30 minute drive and pit stop. They packaged everything well. I definitely look forward to trying some of their other flavors and offerings!"

I walked in to the sound of throwback hip hop and koolaid being mixed! Definitely my type of vibe. I ordered the catfish with a side of mac and cheese, bbq wings with a side of mac and cheese, another side of Mac and cheese and a side of peach cobbler. As you can tell I love Mac and cheese and was pretty excited to try it!! I waited around 20 minutes so not too long at all and the food came out hot and ready. Let me tell yall something about these wings. Idk who was back there cooking their heart out but these wings are no JOKE. I don't even clean wings off like that... but these wings?!? When I was done all there was left was bone. Pretty ashamed of myself but that's how good they were. My partner loved the catfish and said he'd definitely eat it again! The reason I gave 4 stars because I absolutely love Mac and cheese but for me unfortunately it was dryer than I like. I love my Mac and cheese extremely cheesy and full of flavor. The flavor was there but not cheesy at all. So I was a little sad, but the wings definitely made up for it. The peach cobbler was absolutely AMAZING! And with a side of ice cream... omg I would've been in heaven . This place is soooo good and I'm happy o tried it. Can't wait to go back and get a BUCKET of wings next time. "Had booked marked this place and been wanting to try. Had some downtime in downtown yesterday before having to get my daughter to the Phoenix Airport as her flight was delayed. We decided to go ahead and get a late lunch here. Since it was the weekend, (late afternoon) we had no problem with parking and were able to get fairly close without having to walk far which was nice because it was extremely HOT outside. That said, keep in mind that during the week and peak hours: it maybe harder to get to and you will have to pay for parking. Really neat decor in this spot. Very clean open concept and inviting. Plenty of seating and a nice bar area as well. Also, have a nice patio option for those cooler days. Specialty offers are featured throughout the space on chalk boards and lit wall fixtures that include their fabulous flavored chicken wings & drink items which also highlights their Happy Hour options.Our server was Christina. She was sweet, engaging & attentive. We had 6 in our party & we all chose a different hamburger amongst us. One person chose the Don Pastor Torta, Two got the TB Burger, One Ame's Burger, a J Chew Burger and lastly a spicy BBQ Burger. Each plate included a choice of fries, tots or a side salad (additional charge). Wait time wasn't bad as our group was enjoying a few horchatas and a cold beer. All the burgers were really tasty. The TB Burger (if you like mustard) is a delicious choice as its patty is cooked in the condiment & makes it extremely tasty. The Torta was a disappointment. The texture of the chicken was off putting. Had a slimy texture and hard to bite through. I questioned if it could have been bad and my husband didn't think so as it didn't taste or smell like it was, but it was kinda questionable IMO. The BEST burger in our group was the J Chew Burger. Hit the palate with many notes of sweet, salty, savory and spice. Complements to the cooks as ALL burgers were cooked medium as requested. For dessert we had to try their horchata cheesecake. It's a thick slice of delight. We all had a spoon to taste/ share and it was the perfect finish to our meals.One discouraging thing was that at the end of our lunch and prior to receiving or paying our bill- our server told us that with a crew of 5 or more there is an automatic 20% gratuity. This is generally what we pay anyway with good service, but did not like being told this as their menu specifically states it's for a party of 8 or more (see pic). As she was telling us this I almost called her out of her flawed statement, but refrained. Overall food was good, the atmosphere pleasant & a place we would consider again if in the area. This location has been here for several years, seems to do a profitable business and are in talks about expanding the menu for a brunch selection which is a wonderful idea. The owners also have another restaurant in the area that serves Mexican Food and that site seems to be known for their super tacos too!"

"So I'm not really sure how to rate Vito's for various reasons. First, the girl who answered the phone and took my order was extremely pleasant. Ordering was a breeze and we were told it'd probably take about 45 minutes for one medium deep dish with pepperoni and sausage, 10 mild wings, two extra ranch.Order was ready as promised and the pizza was still warm the short drive home. Now it's been about 20 years since I've had Chicago style pizza and I wasn't a fan then, but tastes change. A medium easily feed my family of three with substantial leftovers. Sauce was flavorful but reminded me of spaghetti sauce and there was lots of it. Pepperoni and sausage in every bite, good amount of cheese which seemed like good quality. Wings pretty good sized with a decent mild sauce. Nothing special here, just an average chicken wing you can get at any local pizza joint. If, a big if I was a fan of Chicago style (which I'm still not, New York style all the way for me) my review would be 5 stars. Vito's was a great take-out experience for us. Good pizza and wings just not our style. If I ordered again I'd probably ask for easy sauce or try the thin crust. It is a little on the pricey side but the medium easily could have fed 5 people with average appetites, maybe even 6. We all only ate 1 slice each. Give this local joint a try. If you like deep dish Chicago style you will love it! If eating in it's BYOB!"
