"I'm a sucker for creole, and this joint was near where I was staying...Jolie Blon, so creamy, so filling, so tasty...Had to sample the banana pudding and it was thick and cool, dotted with sliced banana and covered with the mills wafers...sweet!Ambiance is strip mall bayou, service was friendly and helpful, and prices were slightly above expectation.fish was over cooked or this would have been a 5 star joint...so I'll give this another shot if I'm back in the area, but at first glance this joint does not make the list..."

"I loved this place! I was visiting the Phoenix area with my cousins for a girls weekend and we really wanted to dig into pots of seafood. We explored yelp for a couple different options and decided the Angry Crab met the parameters of what we were looking for, both in experience and food. We wanted to be able to order a variety of crab, shrimp, lobster, etc. and Angry Crab offers it all. The seafood here is delicious. It's expensive once you get going, but for an "every once in awhile meal" it was worth it. For me, the snow crab and shrimp were by far the most delicious of our meal.Plan to get messy. Really really messy. They have a trough in the back of the restaurant to wash up and don't hesitate to recalibrate and ask for new gloves halfway through. Our server checked in on us regularly and was really helpful in bringing out supplies as we needed them and emptying our bucket of waste as it filled up. She also helped get the lobster out of the shell and with breaking up some of the crab too.If you're looking for a fun, yummy, and casual seafood experience or crab boil, don't hesitate to visit the Angry Crab."

"Loved this experience! Getting hit with the jazz guitar music walking in, the art on the wall, and the smell of the food was unique and memorable. I took a spot at the bar and was attended to quickly, even though the place was packed. I ordered the Duck and Andouille Sausage Gumbo (cup) and the Catfish Dinner. The gumbo was packed with flavor and had the perfect kick. The catfish was flaky and cooked perfectly. On a scale of 1 - 10, I'm totally gonna hit this place up again....there's lots on the menu I must try!"

"We were in the area to get a haircut and since we were waiting for Supercuts to open we came in for beers and beignet bites. This place just recently opened so it's new the beer is nice and cold there's a huge selection and a full service bar. The beignet bites were nice and warm now the customer service was lagging considering it wasn't very busy but it wasn't a bad experience either all in all coming here for happy hour or a sporting event is definitely a fun time. Make sure you bring plenty of money the food is a little expensive so with all of this being said it's a fun family friendly place."

"I love seafood boil and have a few places in town that I stick to, but I was in the area and decided to give this spot a shot and WOW am I glad I did. I got headless shrimp, potatoes, and a hard boiled egg with a mix of all the sauces + spicy with a side of hibachi fried rice and a side of the Krazy fire sauce. The food was very flavorful. I loved that they have a unique add ons like: broccoli, mushrooms, noodles, and hibachi fried rice (served on the side). I love the Asian and Cajun fusion, very unique. They have a ton of other entrees like: hibachi, fried seafood baskets, noodles and rice dishes, salads and soups, and a solid kids menu. They have a variety of drinks including beers. Service was prompt and friendly. The restaurant looks clean and well decorated. Highly recommend this place, can't wait to go back!"

A good amount of people were there, but not packedService: Fast and friendly. There is a sign that indicates where to order at the bar. You then find a seat afterwardsFood: The menu is pretty good. Not large, but has a lot of options. I opted for Jambalaya. It came with rice and cornbread. Mine contained both sausage and shrimp (the shrimp were extra). It was really good - a bit of spice on the end, but not overwhelming. Portion size was good as well. They were kind enough to give us free dessert - carrot cake. It was very good!N*joy!"

When you walk in you are greeted and even though i ordered to go, the waiter came by and asked if i was okay!!! The staff were extremely polite and helpful!The prices are amazing! You definitely get great quality, good service and amazing food! Right now they are have a grand opening cupon.I ordered shrimp fried rice, shrimp, jalapeno chicken wings , and fried rice!!! I ordered to go but i could smell the delicious aroma all the way home!!! The smell of the food did not deceive me!!! The shrimp was fresh and the food was scrumptious!!!! "TastyI've driven by Zydeco's truck often, and just not had time to stop, until today. I wish I would have stopped sooner, this little gem is serving up some delicious food.We order a shrimp po' boy, catfish po' boy, shrimp po' boy, few fried platters, and dirty rice. These po' boys were large full, and spiced and seasoned perfectly. The fried platters were also excellent. Battered but not heavy. If  you're looking for authentic Louisiana creole food, this is the place. The prices are wallet friendly, the food is delicious, and the customer service is exceptional. I xan't wait to go back."

"My husband and I found their location in Tempe and we were excited to give it a try! Tried their Gumbo and I had this moment, where my eyes just about rolled into the back of my head! It was OFF THE CHART delicious! I highly recommend their food and NOW try out their new standing location, in Phoenix. He's classically Cordon Bleu trained, he creates his own meats and spices. It's literally a visit to New Orleans without leaving Phoenix."
