I was expecting a brewery in terms of making beer in house but this is a tap house. The selection is vast and I love that the selections are color coded as to type of beer. It made it easier for us out of towners to order. I was thrilled to see a few Toppling Goliath beers on tap as well (being from Iowa and all). Staff is friendly and knowledgeable, made us feel right at home. The patrons are of the younger variety so we were a bit above average. Don't get me wrong, it is a refreshing bit of youth that was needed."

They somehow managed to get a hold of some amazing craft beers I haven't seen since living on the east coast and other beers I've only encountered while visiting Chicago. I asked some locals how the owner is able to acquire such beers and they just claimed the owner is a wizard. Lol ok. They also offer wine, mead, sake, and other drinks. I'd stick with beer here. ___F O O D___If all you want are snacks, they have you covered. No meals here, but you are free to bring in food. ___A M B I A N C E___It's a neighborhood spot. Plenty of boardgames. Seating around the bar. There are no tables so the space isn't great for large groups. ___S E R V I C E___Friendly and efficient. I always had something to drink. "We came by The Theodore by on our way to a concert. We decided to stop by for a drink. This was my first time here at this place on Roosevelt Row.In fact I hadn't been on Roosevelt Row in quite a while.The Theodore has outdoor seating as well and I am pretty sure it can accommodate a big crowd on a busy evening. Has plenty of seating inside and I noticed it has a lounge seating area too. Has a big tv screen to watch sports for the sports fan.The servers are very sociable with their customers as well as helpful to make your stay a good one.I would recommend a visit here if you are in the area. Parking is a bit challenging but you can find parking. The Light Rail does have a station on Central Avenue and Roosevelt Street, if you would rather not drive here.I'm sure a lot of the locals come here to cool off on a warm day."

I first came to Sushi 101 as a wide-eyed freshmen at ASU and have been back plenty of times since. This is pretty much a staple place for all ASU students to go but now Sushi 101 has relocated from being right next to the ASU campus to a mile or so away. Did the relocation hinder their business? I'll let you decide.Get the ASU Roll, The Monsoon Roll, and even a Philly Roll if you love salmon with cream cheese. Get whatever you want but just get yourself down here. If you're a Sun Devil, you have to pay homage to this spot. Will it be the best sushi of your life? No. But you have to come here. Period."

"The best kept secret in The Valley. All of the locals in Verrado know this place very well, but I think it's a little off the beaten path. However, its well worth the drive to Verrado to sample the cuisine here. Their steaks are legendary, and the pasta is great too. I had the chicken French, which is an excellent lightly breaded chicken breast with wonderful seasonings, served with mashed potatoes. My wife had the fresh halibut, which was just outstanding. Comes with a choice of sauce, and she tried the lemon caper sauce as well as the champagne tarragon, and they were both very good. They have other seafood selections as available, and I also enjoy the meatloaf on occasion, and the short ribs are my go to on most nights. We were one of the first customers when they opened probably ten or more years ago, and have been there regularly ever since. Say hi to the chef and owner Steve, and ask for our favorite server, Edgar. As you can tell, we love this place!"

Although Yelp says that they opened at 1:00pm, a bartender stated that on Sundays they open around 2pm due to the low traffic on this day and at this time. We were waiting in front of the doors to find another place to go and the bartender went ahead and let us in at 1pm! The ambiance is always nice to me. The lighting in here just gives me good vibes. I haven't had the food from here but I plan on it when I come back!"

"Our family and I went to this location yesterday on Saturday, June 8 a little after 5 PM. There are a lot of people at this location because it just opened up in the past few days and once the hostess takes the party down, she will and put your phone number and text you when your table is ready and you will also have to confirm your table when you receive a message via text messageWere able to stand outside by the cool spritzer until our table is ready and we had to wait about 30 minutes or so for a party at three which was fine because they were very busy. Once seated, our waitress was very attentive, friendly kind, and I even asked her for suggestions and she went down the suggestions with us and even explained that they had to try items before starting to work. We order all the steak House burger, two well done and one with pink we chose fries instead of chips but just a tip there is a charge of $2.50 to add fries, sweet potato or salad to your order instead of the traditional chips that come with the food which we found out after our bill came. Chips must be the signature with a burgers, but for any sandwiches that we have we prefer fries over chips. There meals range from $16 and up depending on what you order. For the price point fries &Or option for chips should be available w/o any up-charge for fries unless it's an speciality like sweet potato fries. They have a special of the month which is Modelo and we also saw they have happy hour specials Monday through Friday 3 PM to 6 PM. We would love to take advantage their happy hour specials one day soon. Overall, great service, great ambience, and multiple of TVs to watch any and all sports ."

"Fun place if you want to play some games and eat/drink with friends....Parking - there are open paid lots and meters around the area. I ended up parking at a meter that wasn't too expensive, it's free after 10. A few friends and I went here on a Saturday night for my friend's bday. Pinball machines and pool tables ($10 per hour) are first come first serve. We did the duck pink bowling, I recommend making ressies online for that. It is just smaller pins with a smaller ball and shorter lanes, still fun! It is more expensive at $20 per hour for an online ressie vs $15 for walk in, but it gets busy on the weekend so it's nice to not have to wait. There are 3 lanes for ressies and 3 lanes for walk ins. You can eat and drink at the lanes if you don't want to pay the extra $12 to reserve a table online for their "Hollywood" booth that is off to the side. I just don't like how you have to reserve it online instead of over the phone. For free. Lols We just ate at the lanes which I think is better. One of our friends was late so our server was so nice to offer we wait with our food at the Hollywood booth until our friend came. Free of charge. Otherwise it would have cut into our hour reservation with the bowling! My friends said the bulgigi beef nachos and Beijing pork roll were pretty good. I didn't eat it since I hate cilantro and it's full of it. I had the yummy sweet potato waffle fries, popcorn chicken with honey butter five spice and curry fries, delicious! I recommend, great snacks for bowling. My friends ordered some foo foo drinks but I don't remember the names. They said they were ok but the shriveled, droopy, spotted brown basil used for a garnish was funny. I recommend Cham Pang skipping that bc it just makes the presentation look sad. Hehe Overall a good time! Service and servers were great. Food was good, bowing was fun. I'd def go again..."

You order at the counter and then sit at one of their comfortable tables and your food is brought out to you. Their wine selection is decent and we ordered the Hey Mambo flatbread. We also ordered the simple Italian salad to share and it was the perfect meal. The flatbreads are good sized with generous toppings and the crust is tasty as well. Its fun to be able to pick and choose small samples instead of committing to one full glass at a time. to In addition, they have craft beers and ciders available too (in cans, no taps). Small light bites menu complements the drinks. Definitely a good happy hour spot if you don't have a large group. Space is precious here, the largest table fits maybe 8 adults. If you're able to remote work, they offer free wifi too. The bar/wine tenders know their wine and each time I've gone have been able to give solid recos based on what I was wanting to drink."

The Green Woodpecker is a craft beer and taco bar concept that was founded by the people behind Gadzooks Enchiladas & Soup and Wren House Brewing Co. These are establishments that I frequent often and enjoy. So my expectations were somewhat high coming here and I wasn't disappointed. This place is pretty chill and I enjoyed my Friday night here.The menu here is quite simple - street tacos, burritos and chips & salsa (they also have vegetarian options for protein). Green Woodpecker has a number of craft beers on tap or you can grab a bottle of wine or canned beer to-go. Sometimes simple and delicious is all that you need for a relaxing evening out. Seating is both indoor and outdoor (with TV screens) and the customer service is fantastic. This location was once a flower and gift shop and Green Woodpecker pays homage to the past by selling floral bouquets."

I parked on the street and walked in.Once inside, it's a community oasis. Lots of people inside having coffee, beer, working.Barista was very nice and welcoming. I ordered a 12 oz iced latte with oat milk with some caramel. Total came to under $10 with tip.I sat outside and batista brought me my drink. Wifi available and lots of neighbors definitely come here.
