"Love love love this place!! The food here is always fabulous and the atmosphere is always lively. The place is very small so it's not good for groups. Also, there is no sign outside that says Dicks Hideaway! You just have to know where this restaurant is. It's in between the hedges. But back to the food because the food is really the star of this restaurant! The sausages, the bacon wrapped scallops the steaks the enchiladas everything here is absolutely fabulous and you can't go wrong with whatever you decide to order. I highly highly highly recommend this place especially if you like very spicy food. The food is always flavored so well and the drinks are always on point! You gotta give this place a try!"

"True to its namesake it is a bit spooky which I love. Feels like you've entered a bar at the turn of the century. Great service, Anna was knowledgeable and nice. Enjoyed my Green Chile Queso and Cream Ale. The Smoked Prime Rib Wedge salad was okay, I felt I mainly got the fat from the prime rib.Lovely inside, and upstairs patio on a beautiful day is also enjoyable, but make sure you make a reservation for the patio because that was popular on a Saturday! And they have their own parking lot."

I first came to Sushi 101 as a wide-eyed freshmen at ASU and have been back plenty of times since. This is pretty much a staple place for all ASU students to go but now Sushi 101 has relocated from being right next to the ASU campus to a mile or so away. Did the relocation hinder their business? I'll let you decide.Get the ASU Roll, The Monsoon Roll, and even a Philly Roll if you love salmon with cream cheese. Get whatever you want but just get yourself down here. If you're a Sun Devil, you have to pay homage to this spot. Will it be the best sushi of your life? No. But you have to come here. Period."

"The best kept secret in The Valley. All of the locals in Verrado know this place very well, but I think it's a little off the beaten path. However, its well worth the drive to Verrado to sample the cuisine here. Their steaks are legendary, and the pasta is great too. I had the chicken French, which is an excellent lightly breaded chicken breast with wonderful seasonings, served with mashed potatoes. My wife had the fresh halibut, which was just outstanding. Comes with a choice of sauce, and she tried the lemon caper sauce as well as the champagne tarragon, and they were both very good. They have other seafood selections as available, and I also enjoy the meatloaf on occasion, and the short ribs are my go to on most nights. We were one of the first customers when they opened probably ten or more years ago, and have been there regularly ever since. Say hi to the chef and owner Steve, and ask for our favorite server, Edgar. As you can tell, we love this place!"

"I got some take out from sneakybird this past month. I had wanted to check them out and the perfect opportunity arose after an event. I took advantage of their online platform. I found it overall super easy, they make it easy to customize, modify and add or remove things. I ordered I believe, "naked tenders", which you can choose from a number of dry rubs. I went for the jalapeno garlic ranch and got a side of sweet potato tater tots and a salad. The tenders were delicious. I loved having a healthier option that didn't sacrifice on flavor. The extra seasoning was delicious. I had trouble picking sauces to dip, as they have so many delicious ones! Depending on size it comes with a few. I went with ranch, sneaky and the bee siracha. The ranch was delicious and herby, the sneaky was more buffalo forward and the bee siracha had a real unique flavor, but enjoyable. I prefer fries over tots, but did enjoy them and love a sweet potato option. The salad was a bit of let down, really just shredded iceberg, but nice to have as an option still. I would enjoy seeing a mixed green more hearty veggie option. I really enjoyed having a tasty and flavorful healthier option and would definitely return. Take out was still great after a 30 minute drive and pit stop. They packaged everything well. I definitely look forward to trying some of their other flavors and offerings!"

"Fun place if you want to play some games and eat/drink with friends....Parking - there are open paid lots and meters around the area. I ended up parking at a meter that wasn't too expensive, it's free after 10. A few friends and I went here on a Saturday night for my friend's bday. Pinball machines and pool tables ($10 per hour) are first come first serve. We did the duck pink bowling, I recommend making ressies online for that. It is just smaller pins with a smaller ball and shorter lanes, still fun! It is more expensive at $20 per hour for an online ressie vs $15 for walk in, but it gets busy on the weekend so it's nice to not have to wait. There are 3 lanes for ressies and 3 lanes for walk ins. You can eat and drink at the lanes if you don't want to pay the extra $12 to reserve a table online for their "Hollywood" booth that is off to the side. I just don't like how you have to reserve it online instead of over the phone. For free. Lols We just ate at the lanes which I think is better. One of our friends was late so our server was so nice to offer we wait with our food at the Hollywood booth until our friend came. Free of charge. Otherwise it would have cut into our hour reservation with the bowling! My friends said the bulgigi beef nachos and Beijing pork roll were pretty good. I didn't eat it since I hate cilantro and it's full of it. I had the yummy sweet potato waffle fries, popcorn chicken with honey butter five spice and curry fries, delicious! I recommend, great snacks for bowling. My friends ordered some foo foo drinks but I don't remember the names. They said they were ok but the shriveled, droopy, spotted brown basil used for a garnish was funny. I recommend Cham Pang skipping that bc it just makes the presentation look sad. Hehe Overall a good time! Service and servers were great. Food was good, bowing was fun. I'd def go again..."

Usually, it's a wait to get inside and then another wait for cocktails (which I don't mind). Luckily we were able to get drinks quickly from the bar, and the timing after 2 rounds worked out as we grabbed some seating towards the side for a few more rounds. I rep for the "season" crew & I never feel like that old man in the spot... Mainly because all the people I meet that night earlier at different places came through and we kept celebrating round after round... And you thought you could outdrink me JR!!! hahaI was dialed in that night on various margaritas so fitting to have the Stealth & Mushroom Margarita... Still a fan of the Burro Tropical... not a fan of the bathroom wait!!!"

"This is a great little neighborhood hang out! It reminds me of a small town bar where everyone knows each other. I love that atmosphere, and you don't get a lot of that around here. Don't expect anything fancy or classy. The drinks are served in disposable plastic cups (except for the beer) and the food is a bit pricey for what you get but they've got some tasty burgers and the onion rings are great! Also try the steak sandwich, it's one of my favorites. If you're a beer fan, their beer list is huge! This is also a great spot to go watch a game. The walls are literally plastered with tv's, including a couple of huge projection screens. There's also lots of outdoor seating. I'd say the food is average but I rated this place 4/5 for the friendly service, selection of beer and the small town vibe."
