Love this place. The manager works so hard. He has worked there as long as I've been downtown so obviously he keeps it chugging along. It's tidy, plays good music and usually fairly busy. Food is great. I like the chicken kabob, the rice and the house salad combo. The falafel is really yummy and so is the gyro. I haven't eaten anything I didn't like from here.One of the downfalls of moving is being further from this food spot!

Such a lovely spot to grab a healthy bite! Staff is exceptionally kind, ingredients are incredibly fresh and prices are super reasonable.

This was one of the places I tried while staying in Downtown Phoenix. It's located off of N. Central Avenue and E. Taylor Street. Being around the ASU Downtown Phoenix campus, this place is probably bustling with students during the school year, but it was pretty quiet at the end of June.It looks you can phone order or order online, but hubs and I decided to walk here from our hotel for a late lunch around 1:30p on a Friday. There were two kiosks inside for placing orders. We each got the grilled chicken breast entree ($12.95 with house salad, but we got the roasted veggies for +$3.00), and the crispy chicken sandwich for our kiddo ($9.95, crispy chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, and honey mustard sauce). They also have salads, pasta, pita pizza (cauliflower option as well), salads, and smoothies.The grilled chicken entree was yummy! The chicken was tender and spiced just right, as well as the roasted veggies (cauliflower, broccoli, and sweet potato sticks). The rice was a tad hard though. Not sure what was in the sauce that came with my entree, but it was good, too, and paired well with the chicken and veggies. The portion was more than enough that I had some leftover to eat for dinner (hubs left some of his, too, so I had a full dinner, hehe). Not sure why they call their sandwiches "sandwiches" as they're more like pita wraps, but it was big and came with seasoned pita chips, which were delicious, too!I may be biased as I really like Mediterranean food, but I thoroughly enjoyed my entree. The staff were really friendly and nice, too. I just wish I had more time to try their other menu items.

This was my go to place in college. Even used to drive down from work to get it on occasion. Came down only to find out they don't toss the salads anymore. Bought it anyways and it was disappointing. This is unfortunate, as I used to brag to people about this place.

This place is great! If you're downtown, this has gotta be one of the best stops for healthy food. I especially love their rice and the spices they use for their meat and sauces. And don't ignore their smoothies either, I usually like my meal with one.Plus I had the privilege to do some humanitarian work serving some less fortunate thanks to their generous donations of leftover food on weekends. All in all, it's nice to see a place not only be passionate about its food but it's community as well. Highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area!

When you walk in it's very dirty and food all over the place on the counter and very cluttered. Prices are wayyyyyy higher than online. Food was ok.

Okay this review update is to help my future self! Yes we conquered yet again. We are that crazy to drive all the way from Surprise to get a salad from here! One of mine and my mom's favorite places to go!Customer service was awesome once again. You can see they really try hard. We realized after this second visit it is their sweet tasting balsamic vinegar dressing that makes their salads the bomb! So, note to self: arugula salad with balsamic dressing for me, for mom: cobb salad minus the corn and also balsamic dressing! It was funny to see as we too joined in on the adventure with many others picking up salads on how to get our salads by dropping one of us off at the door and driving around the block for a quick swoop to save $4.00 on parking for a well worth it salad. I don't mind at all, but my mom just can't get past it. Many food service drivers were parking right in front under the no stopping here sign. Haha I picked up my mom playing Judas Priest (Breaking the law). If this place ever has issues with foot traffic, do not close just relocate!

This was a great find. Based on some reviews, we ordered a grilled chicken entree and a lamb kabob entree, as well as a mint lemonade and a couple of smoothies. I had the grilled chicken entree and absolutely loved it. It was a lot of food for $10.95, and everything was nicely cooked and flavored. I would have liked more sauce, though, so I'd recommend ordering an extra cup of sauce with it. My daughter said she enjoyed the lamb kabobs. I liked the mint lemonade (herbaceous and fresh), as well as the strawberry/banana/OJ smoothie. My husband got the spinach mango smoothie. He liked it, but I did not care for it. I gave this place four stars because the server forgot the smoothie and we had to ask after waiting a while, but he offered us another smoothie on the house to make up for it, so A+ on the customer service.

The salads are good but the best part has to be the smoothies and juices. Cozy little place to chill and get lunch.
