Pho Vy - Aurora

We had the Bun Bo Hue and the Grilled meat - beef. $27.The Bun Bo Hue was a refreshing take on pho. The flavor was less meaty and more vibrant. It contained the same meats as the combination pho with the delightful taste of lemon grass.The grilled meat was terrific! The flavor and the scent stayed strong and amazing during the whole dish. I couldn't be happier and may try to come back to try the pork or chicken next.The service was terrific as was the an ambience.

Wanted to give this spot a chance after hearing good things about it. It's definitely not the best, but it wasn't bad.Service was good, restaurant looked clean. The food was fine. I thought the pork chops were yummy and tender. The pho broth was okay. Disappointed by the spring rolls as they were a tad too firm and the sauce was a little bland. I think their rice dish might be worth going back for.

This is my family's go-to place for pho and other dishes. I always ordered the pho tai, but lately the Mongolian beef has been on repeat. The quality of meat impressed me. Tender cuts with perfect amount of sweet and salty. To finish off every meal, we always order the mango slushy with no boba. Exceptional service and the food comes out promptly. Definitely my neighborhood favorite restaurant.

My partner called in to find out what their hours were today and some rude guy answered the phone. Here is how the conversation went:My partner: "Hi, what time are you guys open until today?"Rude guy: "If we were closed I would not have answered the phone. Just come whenever you want."I was sitting next to my partner and heard the conversation and decided to call back because the man that answered the phone was incredibly rude and speaking in a condescending tone in response to a very simple question. He didn't even answer our actual question.We planned on ordering take out but since it's a holiday, we wanted to make sure what their hours were so we can order later if we needed for dinner. We've ordered take out from this place multiple times and dined in once as well. This is unfortunately not the first time we've had rude/condescending service and there's plenty of Viet food places in Denver that won't serve you with a side of attitude. I'd suggest taking your business and money to any other place.

The pho and chicken dumplings here were both quite good. Service was fast and friendly. It's a convenient option for a reasonably priced meal before or after a movie at the theater nearby

We love this spot!!! Food & Service is top tier!! The food is cooked fresh fresh !! You can legit taste the quality!

Food was not the best (pho and dumplings) and the Asian male server was annoyed that we came in I'm guessing. He never came by to refill our drinks and when we asked for forks he got even more annoyed lol. The young Asian girl however was super sweet, she was the only pro about this place!

QUALITY FOOD! This spot doesn't miss !! You will not be upset . It is hard to find good food in Colorado ! This is a go 2 spot

This afternoon, I came in to get some Pho and had a terrible experience due to the poor customer service of the wait staff. I noticed that the chair I was to be sat in was very dirty and kindly asked the host/waiter to wipe it off. He was terribly rude, telling me to sit down and calling me picky. He then asked if I was going to pay, like if was going to pay him to clean it off? He finally just switched the chair out. We got our food, and it was good, not great, and then when we got the bill, I noticed that it already included a tip. I paid it, but will not return after this experience.

Horrible food legit gave me food poisoning. Meet was green and look so old. Don't go here or you be on the toilet for hours!
