Pho Today

I was a bit skeptical coming here as I have heard mixed reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised by how good this was. Place was very clean and pretty big.I did not get the massive short rib pho that people talked about, but I did get their regular pho. The broth was delicious. Very flavorful without any added ingredients.The wife got the bun bo hue and her bowl was tasty as well. Nice and spicy! My son got a rice dish and my niece ordered a dry rice noodle dish. Meats were flavorful and cooked perfectly. He did complain that his egg was too crisp, but I honestly love my eggs that way.I will surely be back!

I've found most places offer no options, so this was a happy surprise.--My latest visit to Pho Today was after disaster struck in my personal life, and I was craving quick and hearty soup. I was happy to see that there were vegetarian options! I got the vegetarian pho with special mushrooms, and though I wish the broth was a little more flavorful, the quantity and quality were perfect! The variety of mushrooms was nice and the quantity of noodles, broth, and vegetables was excellent. The oxtail soup was very hearty while the BBQ roast pork bahn mi was also good value for the price. All the food for my table arrived after maybe 10 minutes too! The restaurant is large and clean and my friends and I were happy to be seated fast, have our food arrive fast, and be able to sit and chat without being rushed out. It was quiet, which we appreciated. There were plastic cups which were a little strange. My friend who dined just last weekend commented they must be new. However, it didn't impact dining, it just felt out of place for such a nice restaurant. Overall, Pho Today saved my day with their tasty food and I would highly recommend a try, if in the area.

Pretty spacious restaurant. We had a larger group and had no trouble finding a table for us during lunch on a random weekday. We tried their pho, broken rice, banh mi, 3 colored drink, and viet coffee. We found prices a bit pricey, especially considering portions as well. I enjoyed the viet coffee, but everything else was just okay. The pho was not as flavorful as I would've liked it to be and portions were small for rice plates, banh mis, and pho. Service was friendly, but food was probably closer to 3.5/5 for us today.

Another delish meal full of flavor! Really enjoyed the special vermicelli, a plentiful combo of perfectly grilled beef, pork & shrimp, noodles, spring roll & fresh crispy salad veggies! Get it!

We've eaten here over the years and the food is always consistently good, and they seem to do a lot of business. I just realized the other day that they are affiliated with the one in Lansdale. I love a good soup and their pho is very good- You can never go wrong if you start with the summer rolls or spring rolls. Some of our other favorites are the grilled pork chop, bahn mi sandwiches and papaya salad or any of the grilled proteins over vermicelli. The iced coffee, fresh lemonade and smoothies are must haves too. If you happen to see one of their other locations- give them a try- there is so much to choose from on the menu. Everything is always good.

food: 10/10service: 10/10Environment: 10/10food was amazing, the broth is super flavor full. i love that they have the option of creating your own since i'm not really a fan of thin sliced beef. the broth is already good on its on and with a hint of lime it enhances it rather than having to create the flavor like other shops. my first time having quail eggs in pho but it similar to hot pot. there are other options other than phomy server was Tien who is amazing and charismatic. not only did she check up on me multiple times but as well as the other tables here. came here alone for this visit but she did not fail to make its seem like i was here dining with someone. the place is clean there isn't a speck of sauce to be seen on the sprout of the sauce bottles. you can see reflections on the tables and chairs. definitely recommend this place if you're in the mood for pho. service is fast!!

This place is much better than Viet Huong (previous restaurant), it is cleaner, nicely renovated, looks more spacious, good service, good price point, and food tastes much better! We just got the mainstream vermicelli with grilled pork and spring roll, and pho, and we enjoyed eating these a lot. Will definitely come back!

One of my favorite places to get pho in the city. I love they have short rib pho option as well as oxtails. All their other food were also very good. The service is spectacular and I didn't wait long for food.

We randomly stumbled upon the newly opened Pho Today a couple of months back, and it's where we've been going to satisfy our Pho and Bun Bo Hue cravings now. We always order for takeout, and they pack everything very neatly. The garnish is fresh and not stale. The portions are fair with not too much noodles. The broth in the Bun Bo Hue is flavorful and spicy. Right now, I really like their Bun Bo Hue more than their neighboring Vietnamese restaurants. As for the Pho, I thought it was okay. I'm not a big fan of Pho. The only Pho that I like is from a restaurant up in Montgomery County. Anyway, my husband seemed to enjoy Pho Today's Pho, though.Also, their spring rolls are super thicc, definitely one of the fattest rolls I've seen. They don't premix the crushed peanuts in the peanut sauce. They pack the crushed peanuts separately so you can mix it on your own when you get home. This way, the peanuts don't taste grainy, and you still get that crunchiness from the crushed peanuts.
