Pho Saigon Star

4.5 out of 5 stars. We shall round up to 5.Parking may be limited. The interior may be on the verge of a hole in the wall restaurant. The service was very ordinary.However... the food was very hot. There was a sense of pride felt from the cooks in the kitchen. We enjoyed crab cheese wontons for an appetizer. The teriyaki chicken with veggies for one meal. And the spicy chicken curry for the other meal. The food portions were wonderful. Enough to take home a healthy amount for a second round. Our server packaged our meals when we were done. We will definitely be back for more in the future. It was not packed with people inside. It's probably a hidden gem to many in the area.

the central pho shrimp here is so authentic, tasty, and flavorful... it's the perfect meal for a cold day or for when you're feeling under the weather. i've been coming here for 10 years and the food/service never disappoints. HIGHLY recommend!

Ordered the Pho Rare Beef, and it came out literally within minutes. Ngl broth was dynamite, and it cooks the beef/veggies as you eat. Ambiance is also nice; clean place.

It's a nice, easy going atmosphere and a great location. The older gentleman who waited on us was super nice and friendly. He brought out our orders within mere minutes of ordering and the food was piping hot and spot on for flavor. My Panang Curry was all that and more.I also really wanted a Jackfruit Boba, but didn't have any room left.Pro Tip: They only have well drinks, no beer so be prepared if you're wanting to get your Kirin on.

Fantastic spot for a bowl of pho. It is a go-to spot for my friends and I. The service is very quick, almost always get seated right when we walk in the door. The food is excellent and always comes out rapidly. Nice little spot close to DU campus. Highly recommend!

So this restaurant came up on my instagram through Denver_Foodie, so I had to check it out because I loveeeee Pho! The one in the video was Spicy Beef Pho! Absolutely delicious, the perfect amount of spice, and a great amount of meat! We ordered to go, but the restaurant was cute and tidy on a busy street with other food options. Would love to go back and try a new dish!

We had never been to this restaurant but we were craving some spring rolls! We love spring rolls. So we call ahead to make a take out order. The lady on the phone was rude and couldn't understand us. I repeated our order and then she hung up and we actually had more food to order. We ended up having to make a new order there. The food was ready fast but in my life I have never had disgusting spring rolls! Idk what they do or how they make their peanut sauce but it tasted like sh**. It was like watery and I couldn't even eat it after my 1st initial bite with my roll. My friend said the same thing about his order of spring rolls. I usually am not one to even post a review but it was costly and we both didn't even eat our rolls. Pretty disappointing but we won't be going there again.

I'd previously gone here and found everything good but the noodles. My previous complaints didn't re-appear. The noodles were perfectly adequate! I had the central style pho and it was tasty!The only reason I'm giving four instead of five stars is that I wish my soup had more substance in it!I feel like I didn't get as many noodles as I would at other spots.If you want some good pho and are near DU, this is the spot to go to!

A favorite when I used to work nearby. Delicious food, attentive service, and FAST. Great for a work lunch. They have a decent ambiance and small patio. Recommend pineapple curry, pad Thai, or royal chicken.

Food at this place is divine! I've lived in many places and have had lots of different pho experiences, but this is the best I've ever had. The flavor of the broth is un matched!
