Pho Peoria

Cute quiet spot! Super large portions. We got the eggrolls (which were fire) and pho. The soup is really cinnamon-y but I personally liked it. Staff is attentive and service is great! It has a parking spot and is right across from the Anschutz Campus on Peoria (duh). Clean restaurant and clean bathroom if you care about that!!

I got the medium pho tai nam. This place for many of my peers burning the midnight oil. It tastes just as good post-pandemic as it does pre-pandemic. It's a good sweet and savory broth. Their sides for the pho offerings not pictured are the standard bean sprouts, basil, mint, jalapeño, and lime. Their cafe sua da is provided with the filter phin over condensed milk with as much hot water you could ask for to extract all the coffee you want. Side glass of ice provided as well.

Got the bun Bo hue ($15.50) here and it was super flavorful with pretty good portions of beef! (Coming from a Vietnamese person, I was surprised at how good it was!!) only thing is that the pieces of beef could have been more tender. The bun Bo included cha lua, cartilage and no blood/huyet which I prefer! Tried their cafe sua da and it was great. Generous amount of side vegetables too. My friends got various versions of pho and all seemed to enjoy their dish!

I visited this restaurant because it was close to university hospital and my friend recommended it. Thank goodness they did!! Their crab cheese wontons are out of this world delicious!! I don't usually order wontons at a Vietnamese restaurant because phô is my favorite, but I'm glad she suggested it!! I had Phô #5 and it was also sooo good! I ordered a small and they have generous portions so it was even enough for leftovers. Highly recommend this cozy spot!! I will definitely be back when I'm in Colorado again!

Solid pho spot. Pricing is reasonable and everything was good. Waiter was friendly and good with the baby we brought. The pho was very good and had the authentic mix-ins to go with it. Everything looked good so I would love to come back and try something other than the pho next time. Great spot :)

I came In because my friends posted about this place and I needed something to sooth my throat. The place itself is cute. The service was good and friendly. Now let's get into the food. Shrimp spring rolls: they were delicious and the peanut sauce was bomb 10/10Wontons : the best wontons I've personally every had 10/10 the were crunchy and full of goodness. My daughter got the chicken and shrimp fried rice : she wasn't a fan. Shrimp and veggie pho: this is why I gave this place a 4 because it's a pho place but I personally didn't care for it.

All the food was super tasty. Some of the best pho I've ever had, with generous portions of everything. The spring rolls were also perfect and the combination rice plate very tasty. The food came out quickly and the service was excellent. Thanks so much!

Service is always fast friendly and clean. Avocado shake was made with real avocados! I love how they have multiple pho sizes!

While I'm sad they didn't go with "Pho-oria" given their location, I did enjoy my first meal here. The location was spotless and welcoming. Service was friendly and attentive. Parking lot is a bit tight, but nothing too difficult.Had the pork dumplings, fried and was very pleased with them, as were my sometimes picky kids. Also got the crab cheese wontons, and while I cannot say these are the best in the state, I can say that in my life never had better! I'll probably make a special trip just for them at some point. Also got the "spicy meat" pho, which was a marinated and cooked bbq beef. It was pretty tasty and just a little spicy. Broth had a very slight cinnamon(?) taste that was very nice. Small was a perfect meal with no leftovers. All in all, I'm disappointed in myself for not eating here sooner. Having this, Top Pho, and Bahn and Butter just down the street (among others) really helps to hit my Vietnamese cravings, as I'm five minutes away. Check them out!
