When you expect bad service from an Asian restaurant and they somehow exceed your expectations.The waiter was slow, forgot a few requests and found a way to baffle my girlfriend and I. He finally brings out the limes and small bowls to dip sriracha/hoisin when he walks past me and dumps the limes onto the trash plate (see attached pic). Caps on the sriracha and hoisin were dirty, no one in the restaurant and our food still took 10 minutes. My girlfriend didn't tip. SHE ALWAYS TIPS... this was a rare occasion. Soup is solid though.

I drove past this place a few times and finally went in to check it out after seeing the reviews.I agree that the food was great! The pork spring rolls were pretty big and tasty. The Pho broth was amazing and my wife loved it! The guy working was super nice and quick. We got everything quickly and made sure we enjoyed our meal.The only feedback is that they should create a better atmosphere for ppl who dine in. I have suggestions but I'll leave it to the pros.

Wanted bahn mi, but then saw all the great pho reviews - so decided to try both- which I Highly recommendThe pho was great- broth is flavorful and portion sizes are large. Tried then pork bahn mi - the pork is insanely good and bread was fresh. Overall really great experience. The owner seems so nice- he came and checked on us to make sure we were enjoying the food

I got the bun bo hue. The broth was really good. The service was great. Super attentive. The time we went was not very busy so it was quite enjoyable

Come get a yummy Bahn mi at Pho Kim! I had one delivered last week and fully intended to on,y eat half....which I did...for like 20 minutes and then had to go eat the rest! Today I took a friend there for lunch! It was terrific again. I got home with half a sandwich but anticipate it will be gone in the next 30 min. Think what makes it so good it they take a little but of the center of the bread out...not too much but just enough so you don't fight so hard to get that beautiful bite of all the goodies. The bread is so perfect, a light crunch on the outside and that lovely soft center. You just can't go wrong it's so fresh! The staff was very kind, prompt and helpful...talented too. She was handling it all on her own! Great job - we didn't wait for anything we wanted. Another kind of oddly nice feature is their credit card receipts...they come with tNot only the calculation of the tip, but also the total is printed with a little check box neck to each option. Must solve a lot of addition errors. I liked it because It required little thought.

Gave this place a shot and I should've left when I saw it empty. Food didn't taste fresh at all. Only fresh out that plate was the egg rolls. Got a combo rice plate as those plates are usually good but damn it's a shame. They also used microwave because you can hear it as they warmed something up which I believe was the meat. All 3 meats off that plate were dry af! The veggies and rice were dry too! Disappointed. I wouldn't even rate it but if I had to I'd give 1/5.

My friend and I decided to try a new pho place seeing that this one had almost 5 star we decided to go give it a try. We read the reviews and everyone that commented said that they loved the place and everything went well. As soon as we walk in the server came up to us talking very fast. He told us to pick the place we wanted to sit at. Once we got sat we noticed that this place is FILTHY. The table stains that looked VERY old. There was two table in the back but in plain view that had clutter on it. The blinds had stuff splattered everywhere. And the window seal had dust,dirt,and leftover food. He come back and took our orders all while still talking fast and mumbled. The wait time was fast but i expect it from a place like this.Continuing on,once our appetizers came out he proceeded to reach out in front of us almost pushing me out of my chair and didn't say excuse me afterwards. The wontons were small like ones you get from a fast food restaurant. The spring rolls tasted like dirt like they didn't wash the produce correctly. The pho was probably the better part about the "restaurant". I'll never be coming here again not wroth the money nor the time. I don't even recommend coming here for a quick bite. The "restaurant" doesn't even deserve a 1/5 more like 0/5.

I've been here once befor, the parents were working, very very nice people even had a conversation about coming back. Came in today to see the son working, said hello and he said sit here ever you want, there was no one there, completely empty. I sat down to notice that the restaurant was very very dirty, say sauce all over the wall and blinds, looked like a murder scene, didn't even want to tell my dad till he noticed the same. Now onto the MAIN complaint.We ordered dumplings and my dad asked for it it to be extra well done (he likes his crispy) the boy flat out turns around and blurts under his breath "too much work" and walks fast, he aggressively comes back and asked are you ready ! My dad said no we aren't yet and he walked back and said something under his breath again, me and my dad came to the decision that he was crazy and walked out of the restaurant. Terrible experience, food was mid the first time too, save your time and go to nine mile pho just a couple minutes away, terrible service
