Pho-jita Fusion

SO MUCH FLAVOR! First time having the Phojita food truck ( thanks to my lovely apartment building that has them come and park after work hours ) and it was great. When I walked up to the window i already had an idea of what i was going to order and low and behold, the woman taking orders allowed me to sample the exact dish. I tried the red curry sauce over rice and was sold ! After ordering, she assured me it was enough for about 2 servings which was perfect because I usually have a late night snack before bed (Guilty Pleasure). I ordered the Red Curry Chicken as well as the mango sticky rice. They were both very good, the red curry sauce is so flavorful and piping hot with the veggies and chicken over their ginger rice *chef's kiss* amazing. The mango sticky rice was sweet and comforting. Although, I am going to put the mango sticky rice in the fridge and enjoy the rest of it cold later, I'll have to say I'm a very happy camper.Staff was lovely, if you have any questions or want recommendations, they are sure to help you out. I gave this a 5/5 because it was an all around pleasant experience. I look forward to visiting them every time my building has them out front

Pho-jita was at my apartment building today so we thought we'd try it out. The quesadilla was solid, I thought it was interesting that they use dark meat instead of white meat, definitely more flavorful. Although the quesadilla wasn't anything super unique, the thai mayo sauce that came with it was absolutely delicious! Would totally come back and try something else

While in downtown for the Houston Astro's championship parade, I was starving and thirsty! As I was walking away from the festivities to catch an uber, I stumbled upon this food truck.They had run out of a lot of items on their menu but still have their version of a quesadilla. It was delicious, packed with very flavorful meat and a spicy sauce. It was better than any simple quesadilla I had before. I love the asian/mexican fusion concept. They do take credit cards too!

Wow wow wow! I think their red curry alone deserves a 5 star! It comes with juicy chicken, tender eggplant and flavorful curry, full and balanced flavor also it comes with ginger rice, their portion is also generous. Their mango sticky rice is also delicious, mango is ripe and the rice is not overly sweet. Highly recommended!

So, I'm going to give 2 stars instead of 1 because I really did like their food. They came to our work building for our weekly food truck day and a group of us went down to try them out. I ordered the tor-thai because I thought the concept was interesting. My coworker ordered quesadillas. Both were amazing and both came in huge servings. It was definitely enough for dinner, but unfortunately, the two of us got food poisoning afterwards (hence the 2 stars). They have a lot of interesting concepts on their menu, I'm glad I at least tried their tor-thai. Seems like a good fusion.

Food is over rated, it's nothing different than the usual. What I hate is the rudeness, don't blame me for coming late when you ran out of ingredients. Nothing special

The best Thai/Mexican fusion around. Can never go wrong with the Thai chicken basil. Great people that own and operate this truck, one of the best food trucks around. They offer catering as well.

If you work in Greenway - This truck is parked at plaza 8 on Richmond. The owner knows his customers and is so friendly. What can I say about their quesadillas - AMAZING. They use the same flavorful meat for the chili basil chicken, the put a light drizzle of creamy sauce on top. This is one of our weekly go tos for lunch.

Excellent prices fresh hot food really nice people can't ask for more than that i'm excited to try this eggplant dish because not too many places make eggplant dishes did try the Thai vegetarian curry and it was so good spicy just right.

It's was on 2018 before the pandemic. Me & friends tried their food it's good & reasonable price. & also well diverse food.
