Pho Ha Saigon

Although I'm not a fan of noodles, I can usually tolerate it. The Pho here was not tolerable at all. My family arrived in Philly and naturally, my dad wanted something familiar (he was also disappointed in his Pho). Our bowls took quite some time to arrive to our tables, which I always felt these places are pretty quick considering the main staple is Pho with whatever variation they have. Then, I stuck my chopsticks in and their noodles was still hard. The broth wasn't hot enough to soften them. As for taste, take the basic pho with beef and boil it with just water. Other tidbits, they forgot my drink. My mum's pork chop was smaller compared to other restaurants (this is her go-to). It's possible that we came too early, but we already found another spot for future visits.

This place is tucked away next to the supermarket with their side entrance. Nothing special inside but you're going there for their Pho. This place has amazing food. I ordered large special Pho rare beef and iced coffee. One taste and you'll be amazed. Probably one of the best pho around. Packed with flavor and fresh ingredients. I recommend trying them out if you're in the neighborhood.

Takeout here when you have a common cold is the MOVE. I got two dishes that lasted me three full dinners while sick. And I'm starting to feel MUCH better now! :)If you want a soup EXPLODING with flavor, go for the Bun Bo Hue - it's reddish and spicy, and comes with an Udon-style rice noodle (substitution) and a nice amount of meat.I also got the Pho Dac Biet, which was good for its own reasons- filling, warming, lots of meat (tripe! Love it!) simple. I preferred the bun bo because more intense flavor, but get whatever suites you!As for delivery, no spills, everything was packaged right, and arrived swiftly through grub hub. Will return!!

Their systems do not work apparently so call if you really want to order (2) DO NOT recommend take out, eat in if possible as food tastes terrible from containers if you order soup (3) Plenty of parking as it's located in a plaza. The restaurant itself is really spacious with lots of seating. Service could be better as waiter was rude. I ordered dinner on a weekday through their website for pickup. The email said that it will take approximately 20 minutes for my food to be ready. To my surprise, when I arrived to pick up my food 35-40 minutes later, the waitress looked at me like deer in headlights when I asked him if my order was ready. He said seven more minutes... at that moment, I knew that he was lying as my order was not even sent to the kitchen yet. I waited and waited another 15 minutes and my order was not ready. After asking again, the guy admitted that my order was not prepared and to order through the phone next time... I had ordered pho, pork chop rice dish and a beef vermacelli dish. The pho was gross! Did not like it at all as the broth just tasted salty. As for the summer rolls, they were seriously a joke as they give you two skinny and tiny rolls for $6. The pork chop rice dish was decent but the portion was small as I wasn't full even after eating it all. Beef Vermicelli was okay, nothing extraordinary. Overall, I won't be returning here as there are way better options around. The food quality was just not there for how much you are paying.

I've been coming here regularly for about a decade at this point. I usually get pork chops over rice in the summer and meat ball + brisket pho in the colder months. The cool and crisp pickled carrots and radish that come on the side with pork chop rice feel great in your mouth in the heat of summer. A bowl of pho broth will quickly warm up your mind, body, and soul when it is cold outside. It feels like the portions have gotten smaller since the onset of the pandemic. Or maybe I've just gotten fatter. Anyways, I have started ordering a side of spring rolls and a Diet Coke with each meal here. Great taste. Great service. I love this place

Interesting to find this joint in a small shopping center where it shares its entrance with other stores and a supermarket. It seemed to look pretty authentic so was excited to give it a try. We ordered 2 orders of spring rolls which were OK. Definitely overpriced when it's $5.50 for 2 pieces. The large pho was actually quite large but we didn't like the brisket meat as it had a long ring of fat alongside the edges that all tangled together. It didn't look very appealing. Lastly, the pork chops were OK but thought the portion size is small and I didn't like the sauce they used to glaze the pork chop. I wish it was just plainly grilled. Overall, it's big and relatively clean but the flavors were a bit flat.

One of my go to spots for quick Vietnamese since they serve both rice and noodle dishes. My son is a broken rice platter lover and my daughter would eat pho every day if she could. So the best place I know that has both that are decent is this place.

This is my favorite place for pho the best place ever in South Philly loves this place so much and your food and the staff are very nice. I would recommend this place 10/10

Been coming here for many years and always order Com Suon (broken rice with grilled pork chops). This time when I went, I wanted to try something else so I order a big bowl of Pho. Tasted great! Meat was thinly sliced and tender.I also ordered spring rolls (one order comes with 2 spring rolls). Super crispy and delicious.

They're racist I came in earlier today to be seated into their restaurant and enjoy a meal. As soon as me and my family walked in they eyed us and start saying things in their language, the cashier never asked me was I dinning in or taking my order to go. Once I got finished ordering my food I tried to go and have a seat and he said " oh I made your order to go " . Once I looked around the restaurant they only had their race of people sitting inside of the restaurant. When I walked back up to the register I thought they were going to take everything out the bad and serve it to me in a the same bowl everyone else had. But the man took my belongings to the back and had another man bring it out to me.. I will never go back to a place like that like ever
