I just moved to the area and couldn't wait to get my hands on some pho and bubble tea so I looked up where the best pho shop in the area was and Pho Ever Cafe is legit! Such a cute pho shop! I got the brisket pho and absulutely loved the broth! It was so flavorful and got the honeydew bubble tea! The best combo! Can't m wait to eat here more!

The bbq spare ribs were incredible! So good, had a nice little bit of char, delicious depth of flavor and I could sit there any eat it all day!The house special pho was okay not great. In my opinion, it didn't have very good depth of broth. I would say it's not bad, but not great either.Ambiance is nice, clean and friendly. Prices are reasonable as well. It's in a nice mall that seems very up and coming. Overall if you are craving pho, this spot is not bad. If you want barbecue ribs, this spot is amazing!

Cold rainy days are perfect for pho, and the sunny decor inside Pho Ever is a big plus. We ordered at the counter and sat down. Summer vegan roll (with mango and avocado!) along with a standard pho tai and a veggie pho arrived quickly. I really dug the summer roll but my companion thought it was a little lettuce heavy. However, he really enjoyed the veggie pho, which had dumplings included in the soup. My pho tai was good but not explosive. Server was friendly. Would return again.

We are Vietnamese and had food for our family event catered by Pho Ever last Saturday. The owner was easy to work with when placing the order and was flexible when I added to the order a few days before the event. The charcoal grilled chicken was perfectly seasoned, very tender and delicious. The charcoal really gave it that authentic smoky flavor and my family raved about it. They even threw in some free veggie spring rolls which were delicate and delicious. Everything was ready on time and everyone was very kind when my husband came to pick it up. Would highly recommend Pho Ever if you need catering and would recommend this dish in particular. They do an excellent job and its authentic!

Shockingly basic food. The fried fish balls were decent. The bun dish was the poorest quality I have ever had. The veggies were pathetic. I got a few carrot shreds, a couple paper thin raddish slices, and the hard flavorless center of a lettuce head. The eggs rolls on top were meh. Very unimpressed.

I was sadly disappointed. Too expensive for what you got. The scant amount of short ribs were like greasy shoe leather. The crust on them tasted like burnt rubber. You could tell the griddle was dirty. Summer rolls were OK (it's hard to screw those up) but nothing we ordered had any seasoning. They also forgot to give us chopsticks, utensils or napkins. Will not order again.

It was great speaking with the owner Dien about his shop and the letter he wrote to Obama. The restaurant is decked out in modern vietnamese themed decorations and great lighting. The food of course is delicious. The noodles are the perfect comfort food that you can make just the way you want and their bubble tea is made with dairy free creamer and gluten-free tapioca pearls. All around a great spot that you simply have to try for yourself!

This was my first time trying this place and I was greeted upon my entry. I decided to get the Beef Pho (P1) along with a medium honey tea. I was asked if this was my first time at this establishment and upon answering yes, I was gifted with a Large tea instead. Excellent customer service! The beef pho was amazing and I loved the broth. Each table is setup either sriracha sauce and hoisin sauce. They do have chili oil upon request. My only citric about the food was the amount of beef given for the pho. It was not as much protein as I have received at other places but that wasn't a huge issue as I was full by the end of my meal. The place is beautifully decorated with an assortment of colors that really make the inside POP. I 100% will be returning to this place to eat.
