Pho & Bar

The quality has skyrocketed since the last couple of times! Flavor is bold, layered and absolutely perfect. Service is fast, ingredients fresh.Outside seating, bar and indoor table.

A pretty unique spot! I've been wanting to come and try the pho roll since it is the closest thing to a dim sum roll (Cantonese style rice crepe with fillings such as shrimp, beef, etc.) not often can you find a rice noodle sheet that is white and not translucent, it makes for a different texture. It's fun to eat and the filling was tasty. With the signature Vietnamese toppings such as peanuts and fried shallots which added a much welcomed crunch. The house pho had me sniffling! It was spicy for my standard (of course since I'm pretty weak in that department, lol) but I couldn't stop eating it! That tells me I enjoyed it very much. We came at a good time: not too busy and easy to find party. Service was friendly and attentive. The amount of food was perfect for digestion so we had room to explore this side of town with snacks in mind!

Really good and probably the best I've had in Denver. I love a good menu that has something new and not typically seen. The pho rolls weee this for me here. OMG, they were so good. The peanut sauce was amazing especially with the rice wrap. Wow. The pho broth was amazing. I like OG better than the Spicy actually. The packaging was great and very typical of others however the staff didn't overfill the containers. I have to been to their restaurant but I might pop in one day and sit at the bar portion for a nice Thai Coffee or Tea. It looks well maintained with plenty of lighting and seating available.

We came here for Friday night dinner and were able to get a seat right away. There was a beautiful mural on the wall of a lady with her back exposed and a wolf spirit. I thought I took a pic but sadly not. Although I plan to return so I'll take one next time. Anyways service was very good. The food came out so fast. We ordered the pork egg rolls, chicken banh mi sandwich and chicken rice bowl. Everything was very tasty. Prices were not expensive considering the portions were very healthy.

The house pho with grilled shrimp is by far my favorite entree at this restaurant. This last time around, I tried the pho roll and it was very tasty. I have also the tried the bahnmi beef sandwich which is another favorite of mine, and the bread roll was very fresh and filled with a generous portion of beef. VFC are always at my table when I eat here. Service has always been wonderful, and the painted canvas is stunning and makes for a great backdrop for pics!

Pho rolls were so good. I love bánh coun so I thought these were good spin offs. Can't remember the drink name but it was a signature drink with strawberry and it was super strong and not my fav haha. the lychee mule was wayyy better and i wish i got that instead. pho was great, wish there was more broth but meat was nice and tender and good portions. our server was super sweet and refilled our waters often. the art inside is also so beautiful!

4.5 - the house pho is amazing & the perfect pick me up for a cold day in Denver. this is a more upscale pho restaurant, with a full cocktail menu included, but it is pretty small inside (they do have a heated patio). I really enjoy all of their drinks and the apps I've had are good as well. I've always experienced good service both dining in and taking out.

Pho tasted very authentic!! Broth tasted very clean along with the amount of onions. ( I LOVE ONIONS) Staff was super friendly and knew my friends that are regulars. Came with surprise shots that made the beginning of my trip very memorable!!Very unique vibe inside and out, along with the beautiful mural inside!10/10

The apps and the vibes were great. The drink we had seen recently on IG Werewolf not available anymore and the pho broth wasn't my favorite.
