If you just want pho, this is a quick place to get it from. But the best quality but it's fast. They had a good number of people going in and out so they aren't doing too bad. Service was nice

Food/Taste/Flavor: 3/5 - A1) Spring roll is simple with just noodles, lettuce, grilled pork, and shrimp. No mint or any spices associated with it. The shrimp was quite chewy. The peanut sauce was warm and tasted different from what we're used to as it's a bit sweeter P1) Combination pho (large) with rare steak, brisket, meatball, tendon, and tripe. Not enough tripe compared to the other protein. HUGE bowl P7) Kid pho with brisket had a healthy serving of noodles but very little broth. The brisket was very dry but the broth was good Ambience: 2/5 - the restaurant was dimly lit. It has a slight smell of disinfectant when you walk in. However, he started cleaning (7:50 PM with 9 closing time) while we're eating so all we could smell was bleach after a few bites :((Service: 5/5 - really strong accent so difficult to understand but he memorized the order without taking notes Value for price: 3/5 - would recommend getting food to go so you don't have to deal with the smell. Food was okay, nothing spectacular but hits the spot

This place is convenient at best. We order the Combination Pho and the Combination Rice Plate. The Pho was decent but something was missing. Also there were no beef balls, not sure if we ordered the wrong thing but typically Pho Dac Biet has all the different cuts along with tripe and beef balls and ours didn't have it. The combination plate was what i was expecting from this place. It satisfied that craving but the items all seemed to have the same sweet sauce all over it. The grill flavors were also missing. The server and possibly owner was very nice and pleasant. He did splash some water on me while he was cleaning the table next to us while we ate. I would maybe have waited for us to leave first before cleaning but won't really hold it against him. I would only comeback if I needed to satisfy a Viet craving but the search will continue for pho in Denver.

Plate Combination: 9/10Spring rolls: 9/10Egg rolls 10/10Noddles with beef: 10/10 It's a small business with a lot of potential but you have to dine in to ensure you can get a proper taste of the food. I highly recommend the egg roles as those are go tos. The food is amazing and so is the service, despite the language barrier they ensure that we were served in a timely manner and double checked if we needed anything else. Again, the food has flavor and the portions are fair.
