Pho 8 Vietnamese & Chinese Restaurant

Y'all, you have to check this place out. We live just across the highway and my husband is a pho connoisseur (his word, not mine). He loves pho. Pho has never been my thing, but let me tell you, this spot has a bomb menu. The vermicelli bowl HITS THE SPOT. Add some extra fish sauce. We are so glad we started eating here. The inside is quirky but don't let that deter you. It is a charming spot with amazing food.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Pho 8, a Vietnamese restaurant that is now under new management. It was my first time visiting this establishment.For my main dish, I ordered the veggie pho with beef broth. One of the highlights of this dish was the tofu, which was fried to perfection. The tofu had a delicate and crispy texture that added an extra dimension to each bite. The broth itself was a flavorful symphony of aromatics, with the beef infusion making it rich and satisfying.In addition to the pho, my husband and I also indulged in the appetizer sampler, which included the fried dumplings. These dumplings were a true delight. Despite being deep-fried, they managed to retain a lightness that allowed the flavors to shine through. Each bite was packed with flavor, making them a perfect choice for those who love savory, crispy treats.One aspect that truly stood out during my visit was the impeccable service. The staff at Pho 8 were not only polite but also attentive, ensuring that our dining experience was nothing short of excellent. Their attentiveness added an additional layer of enjoyment to our meal, and I greatly appreciated it.

This was my first visit to this restaurant. My girlfriend wanted to try it and I'm a slave to making her happy. She is pretty, I can't help it. This restaurant is absolutely spotless. Meticulously so. Our waitress, who is also the owner, was friendly, fun and talkative. She was happy to tell us all about her place and her son and anything else we wanted to chat about. She was extremely pleasant and a joy to talk to. The food was freshly made, hot and fantastic. I had sesame tofu and my girlfriend had Vietnamese egg rolls. The portions were hearty and came out within ten minutes. We I'll gladly return to this place as we left full and smiling. This is a great restaurant.

We tried Pho 8 tonight for the first time and were very happy with our meals! The pho was some of the best we've had in the area (which is saying something) and the service was amazing.

Great food, great service, inviting atmosphere! Had the phở and Bún Bò Huế (Spicy Beef & Pork Noodle Soup) and loved it. First time trying this spot, as well as the noodle dish, and both were excellent. The new owner & management are doing something right!

My boyfriend and I chose to come here for dinner and were pleasantly impressed by not only the service but the food. I got the rare steak Pho and added extra chili oil, he got chicken with rice noodle. Both broths were so amazing and filling! The appetizers came out very fast and while they were good I am not sure they are made in house. We will be coming here again though for pho!

I went in today for lunch, and to my surprise I was the only person in here. I ordered a pork banh mi as well as their combo Pho with brisket, rare steak, tendon, tripe, and meatball. I've been to a few pho spots in the springs, castle rock, and Denver. The prices here are pretty good, and the food is even better. Everything tasted fresh and the owner was very polite. The Apple Maps location isn't accurate for finding this place as it's tucked away right next to the goodwill. Give it a try!

Only tried this place once but everything I had was delicious. The rare steak in the pho was so tender I thought maybe they prepounded it. All the fried appetizers were good. The fried dumpling I think are the best I've had. Sour apple boba is good for kids and adults alike. They wanted us to be sure to mention the place has a new owner as of three weeks ago. Will definitely give this place a second try.

The pho was delicious and the new owner is fantastic. He made sure we had everything exactly how we wanted it. Definitely recommend coming here for a great experience!
