Pho 79

Haven't been at this location for the longest time. Took a friend here for a bite. Noticed that it's under new ownership, so the name of this place is in transition. We ordered spring rolls to share. She ordered a small combination and I ordered a small rare steak. Pho is always about good broth. The spring rolls were delicious. The pho broth was decent. The wait time for food was excellent as it wasn't very busy. Everything tasted fresh and hot the way it's supposed to be. I will definitely come back again.

Hands down this place makes one of the most authentically crafted Pho in town - I always have a small side of fresh pho broth oil to enhance the flavoring. For the adventurous, Bún Bò Huế noodle soup is a culinary delight !

Worked from home today and decided to take myself out on a lunch date. I'm glad I picked this spot. It's a must visit.It wasn't too busy during lunch time, I got sat within seconds of walking in. The service was great overall. You also cannot beat the prices. They don't have a large menu selection but they do have a lot of pho options, rice and noodle bowls, smoothies, sodas, beer, and coffee along with other drinks.I ordered the rice combination bowl with a canned pepsi. I ate all of it, yum! I told my boyfriend we have to go again so he can try it out. The food was authentic and the vibe inside the restaurant is groovy. 10/10 recommend checking this spot out!

FANTASTIC summer roll and Pho. Best I've had in USA. Highly recommend.

Great spring rolls! My favorite is the combination noodle bowl. The veggies are fresh every time

Tendon was excellent and so were the wontons, the location is also not bad for federal blvd

So phoking good! Yeah, I said it. This place has some of the best pho in town, and the bonus is there are multiple locations (Westminster, Downtown Denver, and Southwest Denver).Pho 79 has some of the best broth. It's perfectly flavorful and light, so good that you don't really need siracha or hoisin. I typically go with a traditional large bowl of pho with rare steak, brisket, and tendon (so good), but this visit I tried a large bowl of shrimp pho. It came with about a dozen shrimp, a large portion of noodles, and a large side portion of bean sprouts/basil/jalapeños. The large is so big that I can usually take leftovers home - typically enough for another meal.One of the other reasons to choose Pho 79 over other pho places is their rewards program. For every dollar you spend, you get a point. The points range from 70 points (free spring rolls) - 500 points ($40 gift card). The rewards program counts towards to go purchases too, so I always do a lunch run for my coworkers. If it's your first bowl of pho or 100th bowl of pho, you should definitely check out Pho 79.

There were a couple customers walking around without a mask on and the restaurant did not reenforce mask wearing while not eating. I wasnt too pleased with that. Food was fine. Like an average pho restaurant. It opens at 10am so I could eat an early lunch and get on with my day.

We tried pho 95 and wondered if we randomly picked another pho place down the street how it would stack up. Pho 79 was the experiment and we wandered in without reading any reviews and ordered two pho and spring rolls. The veggies were not as fresh looking as the famous pho 95 but in all honest the broth and meat were very similar. Overall, the broth wasn't as good and it probably was a bit salty/had some msg - but wasn't so much of a differentiator. If you want to avoid the crowd and save $1-2 per bowl why not give pho 79 a try

I loved going here but now that they've literally changed everything the service is slow and the menu no longer give options of medium or lg or kids I don't know what happened but as I'm sitting here it's taking forever and the place doesn't seem to be running the way it usually does ALONG WITH THE SIP SPOONS didn't get any. The over all place is nice though I miss the bamboo to be honest
