Pho 777

Service was good but the food didn't taste authentic. I got their pho and it tasted different from what pho should taste like. I wanted something soupy and did enjoy the meal but it just tasted different than authentic pho. Their vermicelli noodle bowls are pretty good though! I would settle for it from this place if I wanted something in CR

Came here for lunch on a rainy Monday solo. They weren't too busy and I was seated immediately. Place isn't too big but it's cozy. I went with the chicken pho (small - $12+). Good subtle flavors in the broth and a fair amount of noodles/fixings.Kind wait staff, fresh & quick food ... enjoyable experience.

Been a customer for 8 years and have always enjoyed a wonderful bowl of pho. They have many other dishes and variants but my favorite is pho tai, or fine cut of beef slices. A small sized bowl is typically enough but adding extra meat really makes it a meal. So why haven't I written sooner? I guess today I realized (for me anyway) how to really differentiate one pho restaurant from another. It seemed for a long time it was like trying to differentiate between one Red Robin restaurant and another. What I've decided is the key differentiation is the broth. Different places make the pho broth differently. This particular restaurant makes an exceptional broth for pho; not salty, not oily, just a real pleasant compliment to the noodles and whatever else you're having in the bowl. Condiments of bean sprouts, jalapeño peppers, and Thai Basil are always crisp and fresh. The restaurant is very clean, the young men who run it are friendly and very welcoming. The service is also quite prompt but I do recommend going as early as you can for the lunch time (opens at 10am). I will also note the shrimp spring rolls (rice paper wrapped vegetables and shrimp) with a delicious peanut dipping sauce was and always is a great appetizer!

Pleasantly surprised to find yummy Pho in Castle Rock as I had heard it didn't exist here. I thought the rare beef Pho broth was flavorful and it had a large amount of all the typical goods to add in. My daughter and I split a large bowl and it was perfect! The milk tea boba I didn't realize was a thick frosty like milk tea with not much flavor , although the boba was the right consistency and yummy. Next time I'll try getting a Thai tea with boba. Service was ok, not extra friendly but food came out quickly. We will be back.

Tasty eats. Since it was a pho restaurant both my wife (rare steak) and I (seafood) each had a small bowl, which was plenty for each of us. For appetizers I had the pork spring rolls, served with peanut sauce (which I mixed with siracha). My wife had crab rangoon. They also offer dinner plates with rice. I will be back to try those.The service was very fast and attentive.

Soggy noodles. Rubbery chicken. Definitely not a place I'll come again. They used to be great!

We have been ordering from here since moving to CR, 10 years ago. Always delicious. However the last 3 times we have gotten pho for takeout, it has been terrible. Last night was it for me. Completely flavorless broth, chicken was like rubber. Time to find a new place

Delicious pho. A bit expensive but the food is good. Take out from a pho place doesn't work very well and the chicken spring rolls aren't very good.Went back and dined in. Excellent experience. Pho was amazing, lo mein was divine and the spring rolls delish

Best pho in Castle Rock!! I also love their spring rolls!! I usually just pick up and take home and they have always been so quick and easy to pick up. They have a patio area which is a nice option as well.

Definitely the best pho in CR. I go with the combo every time and it always delivers. We've also had the spring rolls and they are solid.
