Pho 75 Restaurant

Probably the best PHO in Denver. My husband and I come here all the time to get Carlos's PHO. He is the bet pho cook and chef in denver and does an amazing job. This food would not be as good if he wasnt here cooking. The place is always clean and very professional. The food is always amazing and consistent.

I returned for a solo lunch and decided to eat there. I was immediately greeted upon entering but the person who greeted me didn't seem all too excited or thrilled to see anyone. I was directed to sit anywhere in a section close to the register. The general decor looks very new and clean. However there is a slight smell of mop water throughout the restaurant. From there I perused the menu and found a well done brisket/rare flank pho. I ordered a small bowl because I wanted to head over to the bakery at M-Mart afterwards for dessert. The pho isn't bad but you can tell it's just run of the mill. Tastes like the broth was made that morning with minimal effort. It's not bad but nothing wows me either.At the end of the meal I went to pay at the register and when I wished the guy at the front a good day he seemed shocked. He seemed more interested in running off than welcoming guests or chatting with anyone. If you want a no nonsense place with ok food this is where you go. The food is ok at best so don't expect too much out of it. I'd go as a last resort but there are so many other places near here. I would go there first.

I have been going here as my default pho place for years now. I love the broth! I've tried a couple of other places but always come back to this one. I'm not super big on pho broth with a strong cinnamon flavor, so that's why I like Pho 75's broth. They did recently get new management and remodeled, and although I sometimes miss the hole-in-the-wall feel, their broth hasn't changed, so I still enjoy this place. One change with the new management is their crab cheese wonton recipe; they are amazing! So big and flavorful! It seems like they usually only have one server working at a time, but I always get quick service and a friendly staff member. Always a good, consistent experience for me.

This is a great place for spring rolls (usually). There was a little too much lettuce in the ones I ordered today. Their peanut butter sauce is to die for and this was no different today. I also had some egg rolls that were great!! Pho 75 is a great place to pick up food for takeout. I have also dined in and the restaurant is has a nice feel and is clean. Parking is in the lot.

New management. Tasteless foods. Got a call from them regarding giving me the wrong food. Grilled beef was super chewy and dried no flavor whatsoever.

1/5, never had to drench my broth with hoisin and sriracha to make it taste like something. This has been the worst pho I've ever eaten. Coming from CA I'm spoiled with the flavor and also the quickness of the pho being brought out. The only thing that allowed this review to get a 1/5 besides 0 not being an option for rating is the amount of meat in my large bowl of pho. If this is what Colorado has to offer in terms of "good pho" then I'll wait until I'm back in California.

Food is awesome. The new interior furnishing is amazing since new owner took over. Staff is helpful and the place is clean. Consistent opinion towards the restaurant for the second visit. Highly recommended!

Great flavor in the broth and all atound great food. Ambience was great and service was good. Only con that I will mention about the Pho is that the noodles changed to thinner and shorter noodles. Still delicious regardless.

Once in awhile me and the gang getting a craving for Vietnamese food. This is one of our go to spots especially on the weekend. To be honest we always grab take out since we can't leave work but the food is always delicious.Bun Dac Biet is what I had last time. I would give

The food is not fresh, very gross. I feel sick eating it. Vietnamese restaurant, but doesn't taste like it.
