Always great to get fresh hot pretzels at the Philly Pretzel Factory. The dips and party trays are awesome. Give them a try.

The pretzels are always fresh and staffs are very nice at the Glenside location. I placed last minutes orders for party trays on multiple occasions and they were still able to accommodate my schedules...:)

This location is in a convenient location. The store had my pretzel tray available earlier than I expected which was perfect for me. The owner seemed very friendly and helpful and even gave us some coupons to use for later. Amazing experience.

I ordered a large Rivet tray and some crosses for a holy communion party! They turned out great! Staff was helpful, friendly and had everything ready in time! I would highly recommend for any party, the pretzels are always fresh and delicious!

Called and ordered 50 pretzels this morning. Tim (99% sure that was his name) took my order. He was so friendly and helpful, when he asked if I knew the location I said "no, I'm not from the area" and he gave me two excellent landmarks: CVS across the street and the apartments the Philly Pretzel Factory is attached to. This turned out to really help. It was good looking out on Tim's part! ... We've been to the Wadsworth St location a few times so are familiar with the chain in general. Pretzels themselves were fresh & delicious as always. Put big smiles on the faces of the folks I was bringing them back for. We had a bit of a drive after pick up and I was impressed how well they maintained freshness in the car. ... my only complaint is that there was a 50¢/per container charge for basic yellow mustard and we asked for several just expecting them to be included in the price. But overall a great experience and definitely a tradition going forward whenever we're in Glenside, also known as Abington apparently?

Clean. Easy Parking. Party tray was available on time. Friendly staff. Very pleased. I will certainly return.

Very Good place for pretzels. Bad location with all the construction. Road construction should t take 2 years to finish.

Usually hot and fresh! Very friendly staff and service. Quick and easy for breakfast or lunch. For work, school, block parties, cookouts , sporting events and church functions Almost everything!

On a road trip stopped to bring home some pretzels. Ordered quite a bit and asked the girl to wrap them up. She says "I don't wrap them " I asked for a box and it seemed like an imposition for it. Young lady : you are one of the reasons I moved to another area. You are too young to be so obnoxious. If you don't like your job move on. You make the place you work for bad. If they allow this this to go on than I will take my business elsewhere and I will also let the schools know.

The owners are so nice and friendly, and the pretzels are always made fresh and they're delicious! The perfect place to get a party tray with dips and everyone is happy!They now have pretzecheesesteaks, cheeseburgers and something else that sounded really good'!
