Philly Chop Cheese Restaurant & Lounge

I tried ithem out today after seeing good reviews online . I will say the food was delicious and the service top notch. a very welcoming and friendly place in NE Philly.

I Don't go there often but the few times I did the food was enjoyable, never sat in, always took out or delivered it but would get it again

The food is fresh, wings were nice & crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside. The jawn was a filling sandwich, spring rolls were good as well. Staff is nice & pleasant. Food came out in a reasonable time. It's byob in the evening hours. I didn't try the hooka. I would eat here again.

"The one" was really, the one. So freaking goooooooood. I ordered from door dash, and everything came fresh and hot. Loved every thing about it. Wings were good, although it could use a little bit more salt. Fries were still hot and fresh, it's just your typical crinkle French fries, nothing too fancy. I got the chop cheese w/ lettuce tomato, mayo & ketchup aka "the one" it was so delicious. I love the idea of chop meat, swimming in melted cheese on a toasted roll. Can't go wrong with that. I would definitely order again no doubt. Will be trying the empanadas and egg rolls next time as well.

The food was great the owner was great and very welcoming. Only been one time that's why I'm giving it 4 stars but was a 5 star chop cheese. Hoping to go back soon.

Decided to get a late night bite after a long busy day and was excited to see Chop Cheese was open til 2 am! I placed a phone order for pick up and the young lady on the phone was very pleasant while taking my order and patient with my so-so connection. She said 15 minutes and she was right on the money! Our Chop Cheese fries were very tasty. I would probably not get the ketchup next time but that's a personal preference. I wanted to try it their way first. The dish was still hot when I got home :0) We also got their 12 wings which were hot and crispy and we enjoyed the Bang Bang sauce once again. The counter staff, when I picked my food up, were quick and very friendly and the security guard was super nice, friendly and funny. He even laughed when I said this music is really loud! Lol So, yes, be warned, you are greeted with blaring music on Saturday nights but what else are Saturdays for? LMAO

Saw this place on UberEats so I hit them up for chop cheese eggrolls, chop cheese empanadas, pizza empanada, and a limeade. From what I understand, chopped cheese is like if a cheeseburger was made like it was a cheesesteak. Eggrolls were great, cheesy, flavorful, and crispy. Chop cheese empanada was also very good, surprisingly large in size. One of my chop cheese empanadas was chicken buffalo which was good but too spicy for me. Pizza empanada was okay, a bit bland. Limeaid was good but they must have tried to mix the sugar and drink cold so most of the sugar didn't dissolve. My housemate got a chop cheese sandwich and cheese fries which I picked at. Sandwich was good, roll was super soft and fresh. Fries barely had any cheese on them, the entire bottom half was dry. Overall, good food and shows promise.

Chopped cheese was amazing! Fries fell flat though, they were completely overcooked.. but the sandwich won me over! Definitely will be ordering again!

Over priced oily as heck cheap in the meat salty it's just a regular ground beef no real chop two sandwiches and one drink 45$ like wth
