Win Hao

I absolutely laugh at the upper main liner who gives this place one star based on a delivery guy not backing out of the driveway...I mean what a total Karen. Hope that doesn't speak to the whole neighborhood.On the flip side I'm going to give this place 5 stars. This is some of the best upper echelon cash only General Tso at a great price point. The fried dumplings are great as well and are almost as good as the pork soup dumplings in Chinatown. A bit of a whole in the wall but fills a take out Chinese food need.

We ordered take-out from here and it was ok but likely not a place high on my list to return to. We got beef chow fun, walnut shrimp, boneless spare ribs, string beans with garlic sauce, and moo shu chicken. Portions are generous but the texture and taste of the dishes are just ok. The beef chow fun was a little mushy. The walnut shrimp comes in a watery sauce, which is very different from what I am used to. The boneless spare ribs were probably the best of the items we ordered but is a bit on the salty side. The string beans have a kick to them, which I liked but was surprising. The string beans were on the softer side. I've never had moo shu before and I think we just do not like the dish in general.Located in a small plaza with parking spaces but it can be hard to find parking. Lunch menu looks like they have some great lunch specials.

Our favorite Chinese food hands down!! We have ordered from Win Hao several times over the last year or so. Every time, the food is delicious, fresh and well portioned especially for the price. It usually ends up lasting at least a couple days. The food is consistently good and we have yet to have any issues and don't expect to. They also have Thai food on their menus which is an added bonus! I would have included a picture in the review but we ate all the food too quickly.

Best Chinese delivery I've had in the area. Would order from them again. All the online fees are a bit much though, in addition to delivery fees, etc.

Food is ok. Flavors aren't like what they usually are at other places. Portions are good for the prices. I don't know if I would go back.

Wow, this was the driest lo mein and fried rice I ever had. Dumplings equally dry and nasty.

This place never disappoints, the food even when cooked with oil is never greasy, the dumplings are a great size. I've had the curry mixed veg and the mapo tofu and the servings are generous without lacking in flavor. I don't order from any other Chinese restaurant around here.

I'm usually not swayed enough one way or the other to leave a review, especially when it comes to takeout. I'm not sure what they were aiming to create when they packaged up the order, it most certainly was not what you'd picture or expect. Literally plain noodles as Mei Fun and Chow Mein minus noodles (it contained chicken, carrots, and celery covered in an opaque white sauce)The black bean chicken was covered in a sweet and sticky sauce. I really was rendered confused, so much so that I checked the receipt twice thinking maybe my order was just a miscommunication. This is definitely not going to be a place I go for Chinese food in the future.

My family and I have been getting take out from Win Hao for years, and we just love it. The food is always so delicious and plentiful, we've only ever had a great experience. The staff are the best, always cheerful and kind and they make it easy to order by phone. If there isn't parking out front there's always a space in the back of the property. Definitely a Berwyn highlight!

Super disappointed that the delivery guy decided that our yard was a good place to make a Uturn so he didn't have to back out of our driveway. Huge tire marks in our yard and no apology from the owners. Just denial. Food was fine, but I'll never go back.
