Simon W. "Get the Crackling Roast Pig Banh Mi!This is one of the best things I've eaten this year! I've never seen this Crackling Roast Pig Banh Mi on any menu before so I don't know about the authenticity but this sandwich is seriously amazing!Everything you expect out of a great Banh Mi is here, great crusty bread, fresh pickled and crunchy veggies, and just great contrasting textures/flavors. The kicker is the tender morsels of Roast Pig and the Avocado creama of some sort which ties everything together. I didn't really get the crackling part but it didn't matter, this sandwich has a lot of great things going on! I tried one bite of this sandwich while driving and needed to pull over to finish the sandwich, I couldn't put it down! This mom and pop totally cares and made sure I felt welcome on this visit and future visits. I'll definitely be back again for sure! The only challenge is that there's no place to sit and even worse, finding parking in this area of town is downright insane. Order ahead on your phone and make a beeline to a safe place for a quick bite!"

Chow Fun in gravy with Chinese kale and tofu 2. Tang Tang wings, no rice and extra spice (mop up the sauce with broccoli)3. Kroeng stir fry with anything 4. It also only took like 5 minutes to pull together my vegetarian hoagie which was great. Heads up that it is cash only.I took it over to Franklin square since the weather was nice and I was happy with the fresh bread. I didn't get the spicy version but I think I will next time because I think it could use just a tad more flavor. It was still a great lunch for $7."

It wasn't very busy, so service was quick and attentive. We started out by splitting a bao bun with crispy tofu, carrots, scallion, cucumber, and hoisin sauce. The bao was nice and fluffy, but not the best I've ever had.For my main entree, I got the Bun Dau Hu Cha Gio Chay (vermicelli dish) with crispy tofu, a veggie roll, lettuce, cucumbers, bean sprouts, and peanuts. It was really yummy and refreshing on a warm summer night.Overall we had a solid dinner and I'd return, probably in the fall or winter for a cozy, warm dish!"

Miyah R. "I've made a couple trips here. Preferably, the only Vietnamese stop I'll go too in DE. Not that there are many anyways, but must appreciate one that will make me return. My usual would be the, Special Pho, that comes with all the meat assortments. Although, I feel at times that their broth is lacking something and I can't really seem to pin point it. Most places, summer rolls are in orders of two. However, this one serves four rolls per order. Which is a plus, but seemly their summer rolls are a bit disappointing and would be something I wouldn't order again. There were no herbs, chives, or a slice of cucumber. They used shredded cabbage instead of green or red leaf lettuce and I also noticed they used bean sprouts as fillings mixed in with the vermicelli noodles. This spot isn't the best or either the worst. Just somewhere in between."

I think it was the first pho in Philadelphia (I haven't checked this) it was also the first pho I ever tried. Pho75 (this location) serves the best broth I've ever tasted. Its not fatty (yay)! It's serious pho! My friend ordered the rib eye and brisket. I'd the beef and meatballs. The broth was the star of the show as it should be. The service was prompt and the ambiance is quiet at 2:30pm. No need to order the large, the regular size is huge! If you want serious pho, go there!"

Stephanie C. "I got the lunch special pho. You get to choose any regular pho and it comes with choice of Tom yum or wonton soup and egg roll or summer roll and 2 dumplings. Thai iced tea was $2. I got the Tom yum soup which I actually thought was the best thing of the meal. It had a really good flavor that I feel like most Thai restaurants lack. The summer roll was fine but missing the peanut sauce. It only had the other sauce that you use for fried dumplings. The dumplings were okay. I got the beef ball pho. I know a lot of places generally don't give many beef balls but this bowl was so sad looking. I think it might have been 2 beef balls cut in half for 4 pieces. The soup flavor was a little off, tasted a little too sweet for me and didn't have the depth that I was looking for. I'll give them another chance and try of the rice dishes next time."

Pamela S. "Yes, the Pho is pretty good here, but the star of the show is the bun thit nuong.I order delivery from here quite often and everything always arrives fresh, and we'll packaged. With it being summertime, I was not in the mood for a hot soup this time around and ordered the vermicelli with grilled pork. I was surprised to see smaller grilled pieces rather than a pork chop, but oh my gosh, this is so much better. The pork was so flavorful and so tender. I did take off one star because the amount of sauce provided for the dish was not quite enough to cover the amount of food. Please do not pass on this dish!"

This is a new practice for them, but if you want to swap hoisin for sriracha or chili paste, you can likely do that without paying the extra, but be specific when you order. If you want all of the sauces, you're likely to have the extra fee. If you sit inside, you can use the sauces as you please. Ju L. "Miss Saigon was a nice change of scene. At Miss Saigon, you still get your classic dishes but served in a lounge type setting. The cocktails here are AMAZING, by the way. Our party of 3 shared a bunch of finger food type dishes, including the Bánh Xèo Taco, Skinni Mini Bánh Mì, the Thit Kho, and the Combo Lettuce Wrap Platter for 2.Even though this might not look like a lot of food, the three of us were sufficiently full. Everything was delicious as expected, but nothing really blew us away. I have to say the Thit Kho was everybody's favorite dish of the night. A lovely, braised pork belly and pork ribs dish that was packed with so much flavor. The Combo Lettuce Wrap Platter for 2 came with 4 Bánh Khọt, 2 spring rolls, and 2 skewers, and was such a great bang for your buck for the variety and portions we got. The cocktails were super fun, and some even incorporated Vietnamese ingredients, like nothing I've seen before. The cocktails were incredibly well executed and tasty. I would love to have 3-5 of them, but then I would need to be wheeled out of the restaurant. I highly recommend the Miss Saigon cocktail if you like fruity cocktails. Psst, that's the one where they plant a big bubble on your drink, and then smoke flows out when the bubble bursts. Needless to say, we will be back!"

There has only been one time I came for the banh mi and it was not available - thank goodness! The food is always consistent, quick, yummy, and made fresh! My little one requests Pho 20 regularly, and while she is not currently employed to help with the tab, she does finish her food with a big smile on her face! The assortment of meat was very well prepared, including the shrimp, Vietnamese ham, meatballs, pork, and beef-the beef was my favorite. The sauce was flavorful and I was grateful that chili oil was available to supplement it. The space itself can seem a bit cramped. Both took a bit longer than expected to come out, even at 3 pm and only 1 other table occupied. I guess they make everything as ordered, so can't fault that.Broken rice dish was okay. Pork was bbq'd well, but too fatty. Everything else was fine, but there was no egg on top. I'm not sure if this has it on the menu, but elsewhere it usually has a pan fried egg.Iced coffee came pre mixed in a styrofoam cup with ice. A bowl the size of your head. I couldn't finish it of course, I never can. It was as good as Philadephia's "Little Saigon" pho.The Spring Rolls (summer rolls? salad rolls?) Rice paper lettuce wrap. Come in pork, shrimp and some other varieties. Peanut-Hoisin dipping sauce. Lots of lettuce, carrot and vermicelli and juicy-fresh. The meatballs weren't the best I'd ever had nor the tendon, which I like more overcooked and gelatinous (I got the #2 style Pho with tendon, brisket, flank and meatball) but it was quite good. The noodles were delicious. This was about the best pho I've had outside Philly, which seems to be the magic Emerald City Land and if you stray away from Washington Ave, you won't be getting any good pho around here. One time, someone tossed corned beef in the pho. Oh, no no no. Well, this pho escaped the galactic pho barrier and made it back to Earth. I didn't get to try Vietnamese coffee because it was after five pm and I don't drink coffee late, and I didn't check to see if they had bahn mi but I think they do. The Thai basil bentos were a nice flavor change from the typical teriyaki bentos. The steak hibachi came with grilled veggies and fried rice. Steak was cooked well and good. Service was great.
