One of my favorite west Philly spots!! This authentic Jamaican cuisine is always a great experience, I got the curry goat, rice and peas with cabbage and also the jerk chicken with rice and peas and Mac and they do not miss! The food is always so flavorful and the service is so quick! The staff is quite friendly and the overall environment is such a vibe !! I would always recommend this spot to both Philly natives and those visiting!!

Was in the area. So stopped by top taste for take out. Asked that my jerk chicken did not have alot of gravy. Got home ready to eat and opened the container to find my chicken smothered in gravy. Disappointing!! The chicken has just the right amount of spice/heat.

Ladies behind the counter were nice when taking our order, they had alot options so we ordered a little bit of everything. Platters are big and worth the money, food was very tasty and full of flavor. We didn't wait long at all for the food and they had a lot of juice options in the refrigerators, would order from again.

They have the best food I ever tasted from the islands of Jamaica curry goat, cabbage and yams. Rice and peas the best .I'm going to try the Lamb next

Absolutely delicious. We ate the ox tail and jerk chicken with sweet potatoes and cabbage. The first word out of my mouth was unbelievable. Safe to say that I highly recommend this place. Fantastic serving size and worth the price!

They were out of a lot but the jerk chicken and cabbage was good. They were out of oxtails and Mac n cheese so call before you go.

My daughter went o top taste yesterday and ordered me a white meat chicken platter large size. The lady behind the counter sneaked and filled the platter with all dark meat while my daughter was on her phone. Sneaky n slimy. My daughter still paid the price for a large white meat platter so this lady also stole money from me. I will never eat here again. I'm so pissed. Neither me or my daughter eat dark meat. This lady and this place are crooks and I want everyone to know so that they don't get ripped off too. The chicken was nasty so I only ate the sides. They deserve zero star

I don't not recommend I just brought a oxtail , rice and beans and cabbage platter yesterday found a worm in my food they tried to argue me that it wasn't a worm it's what they cook with and that another person also brought back the food they did refund me my money .

If it was possible to leave a zero star I would The customer service is unjustifiable rude For starter no one greets you or ask how can they helpThe lady at the front acted as if I was bothering her while trynna place my order .. she didn't listen to anything I said and gave me incorrect food in my order They have a zero refund policy A lot of money I just wasted on food I didn't even want DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY !!!
