Small Mexican joint right on the Main Street in Norristown. I came here to try their tacos arabes. I never tried them before and was excited. Honestly they tasted like pastor tacos on flour tortillas and they came with some radish slices. There was a lot of orange grease coming from the tacos. Overall they were good but not exactly what I thought they might be?! I found the prices higher here. My two tacos were $10. No chips and salsa were provided. I did ask for the spicy salsa and they brought me a very good red spicy salsa that seemed to be made with peanuts.

So, when starting out from Valley Forge trails on our bicycles, my friend and I had to stop for quick bite. The only constraint we had - our bicycles were rented and don't come with locks by default..!!This restaurant was the closest to the trails and we decided to check it out after quite some traversing the street on what was a holiday day to see if there are places with an outdoor seating as well.I tried to hit it up the idea of allowing us to bring our bicycles in and I couldn't believe we got an acceptance for it.My friend had ordered a cheesesteak and fries while mine was a veggie burrito. The one thing I can safely state is - the food was super awesome!! So was their service. This place did have almost everyone talk in Spanish. And seems to be quite an authentic Mexican fare too..!

Authentic Mexican food at low prices, Taqueria Puebla provides an excellent lunch option.Day 2 of Jury Duty, and it's time to take advantage of all these Mexican restaurants surrounding the courthouse. It's about a block away in a simple location on Main Street. It seems like they don't much out-of-towner business, as the staff seemed confused why I was coming in. They have an excellent three taco deal for $8-9, with me opting for the pollo (chicken), the Cabeza (beef head), and the Al Pastor (spicy pork). Double tortillas with fresh veggies on top of succulent meats, you get your choice of red or green sauces along with the dish. This place is criminally under-priced for the quality of the food they serve. It's worth the extra walk to give Taqueria Puebla Restaurant a try.

I've had a number of excellent tacos around Philly, but strangely these were the first that sharply brought back the memory of my only trip to Mexico. The flavors were identical to the street tacos I had in Zihuatanejo on the Pacific coast, 35 years ago. I had a plate of three tacos, one each of tongue, beef head and pork skin and they were all truly delicious. My daughter went with a burrito of pork al pastor and loved it. The woman behind the counter was really nice. My only regret is that we grabbed bottled cold drinks before we noticed the handwritten sign listing the day's flavors of aquas frescas. Icy cantaloupe drink on a hot day is an intense pleasure. I am looking forward to going back.

Oh my god this restaurant blew me away. I got the steak burrito (without the shell) to go and it was amazingly delicious.I actually had just eaten at Qdoba and couldn't believe how the flavors at this restaurant blew away the flavors at Qdoba. Truly amazing food. I couldn't believe how good it was. It makes me want to come again as soon as I visit Norristown.Thank you for the amazing food. 100% worth it.

Authentic taco experience, made to order the food was fresh and well prepared by the accommodating staff. We tried trio of tacos and a tostada - the beans on the tostada are NOT to be missed! Will be back next time we are visiting the area.

Yummy ! So far a very good taqueria for Norristown! I liked el Trejo but NOT the prices (not the best quality) the owner is a nasty soul with no grace for his food nor his prices. But this Taqueria Puebla is close and much better!!

My daughter speaks fluent Spanish and had done a university year in Puebla, Mexico, so we had to give this restaurant a try. It did not disappoint. It's always a good sign when you can order your Mexican food in Spanish...We were a party of four and tried the flautas, the enchiladas, and one of their enormous burritos. After we had pigged out on the freebie homemade tortilla chips w/homemade salsa, we were glad we still had room for the main courses. They were excellent and authentic. The enchiladas had the best molé sauce I've ever had outside Mexico. The chicken flautas were delicious, and the burrito was so big that my son had to take some of it home to finish it.My only regret is that I didn't order the horchata to drink. I didn't see that they had it until I was just about done eating. Bottom line: this is Mexican food!
