Sweet Nina's

This is the first time I've tried banana pudding, so I really don't know how this compares to others, but I thought the banana pudding here was delicious! Their Classic Vanilla flavor is $7, and all the other flavors are $8. We got the classic and the vanilla pudding with chocolate drizzle. Both were really good, and I don't think any of the flavors can go wrong! I thought the wafer bits on the top of the cup would be like a crunchy, crumble topping, but all the wafer pieces were soft. The pudding was very light, almost like a light vanilla whipped cream. I normally don't like straight up pudding, so I really like their balanced ratio of banana, wafer, and pudding. The amount of wafers they put in a cup made it taste more like a banana cream cake than banana pudding. I wish there was a Sweet Nina's closer to my area. I was surprised to find out that this is the only location and that they're actually a very small local business. If I lived closer, I'd definitely visit here often to support them!

It was our first time down to the market, and I've definitely found my new favorite sweet stop in Philly. Banana pudding is my favorite and the flavor options all sounded amazing. The pudding was fluffy and the flavors blended smoothly. Definitely going to have to try more of the flavors.

Got to make a pit stop to Sweet Nina's on the way to an event and had to get some of their delicious banana pudding. On Sundays, the only option is the classic banana pudding which is fine with me! I grabbed myself a classic and got right down to eating. They really make a perfect blend in proportion of banana to vanilla wafer. I'm not the biggest fan of too many banana chunks and banana pudding. There's about double the wafers. There are banana chunks which is perfect for me. I can't get over how delicious their banana pudding is. It's definitely worth the $7 cup.

My love for banana pudding, this amazing discovery was recommended to me and boy ohhhh boy. It was soooooooo good. I don't think I'll ever go back to Philly but IF I DO....Sweet Nina's is THEE FIRST STOP. Customer service was great. Taste was great and never waited in line.

As a Southerner, I was left scratching my head with this one. I loved talking with the staff and shooting the breeze with them, and they were super helpful and informative along the way. However, after trying the Caramel Pecan banana pudding as well as the Pineapple/Strawberry Pound Cake banana pudding, we were left underwhelmed. It's more of a custard than a true banana pudding. The mix-ins overpowered the "pudding" by a long shot, leaving the dessert unbalanced. It didn't taste bad, but I found it more enjoyable by reframing it as a parfait. They have so many creative flavors so the concept is there but the execution falls short.

Tried this locations pudding for the time. The many different flavors were very intriguing. The thick but creamy consistency was all really good. I would buy again. The customer service was very friendly..

Every time we're in Philly I try to make a visit and grab some banana pudding, but every time I've tried it's been closed... until now! We picked up three different flavors and were told as first timers that "you're in for a treat... you definitely won't be disappointed." Fresh ingredients and made fresh daily. The banana pudding was delicious! Creamy pudding with soft wafers and fruit. Worth a stop if you're in the market!

Hands down the best banana pudding I've had! Unfortunately I forgot to take a picture of the pudding since I was so eager to eat it. I ordered their original banana pudding and wow, it was just the right amount of sweetness and creaminess. Very cute little store inside Reading terminal and there are so many puddings to chose from. Service was quick and the cashier was very sweet.

Got the original flavour. Good balance of sweetness, cream, banana, and wafers. Would comeback for more the next time I'm in town.
