Really good! Dine-in experience in comfortable surroundings w/ warm service. Kicked things off w/ 2 giant mugs of hot jasmine & green tea. Fried Dumpling app- 6 good sized pork stuffed dough pockets nicely browned w/ soy-ginger dipping sauce (would've appreciated a bit more bite to the sauce, but could just be used to the saltier version).Entrées- Pad Thai Shrimp- loved it! Chewy noodles, chunks of tofu, sprouts, & layers of large, firm, shrimp. It did not have a lot of heat, despite chili pepper next to name on menu, but did have a nice clean taste. Shrimp, Beef, & Chicken Hunan Style did have some heat & a flavorful combo of veggies in brown sauce. Sesame Chicken had a good fry but wasn't soaked in oil or breading, nor cloyingly sweet, served on bed of broccoli. My only complaint, could've been more generous w/ the white rice. Priced fair w/ appropriate portion size. Can't wait to return & try some sushi.

Unfortunately my GrubHub+ experience in conjunction with Sakura is causing this review.Ordered last night and received a voicemail to call back from Sakura. To be informed that they did not include all of my sushi (special roll and spicy tuna roll) with my order.So my whole dinner, not there.And.....the rolls were shown on the receipt on the bag.So then to get refunded my money, ONLY for the price of the rolls from the order.That's a poor mark for GrubHub+.With the service fee, nice tip for the driver and food that my fiancé ONLY got to eat: he ordered 2 egg rolls, wonton soup and the Thai Mango Chicken, my bill was $42.So quality he said tasted of a canned sweet sauce and the chicken was cooked ok. Rice was a bit spongy. Not worth this lack of order and total cost I spent.Thanks WaWa and not Sakura for bailing out my dinner last night.

As for ambiance, I know the decor hasn't changed in years; it is always clean & pleasant. We stopped for lunch on Monday, 10/23/23. We were seated promptly as there were few customers bcz we were a bit early. I had 2 rolls & chose soup. The fish in each roll was a generous portion & tasted fresh & flavorful. My sweetie had human beef, which he said was well prepared & also a generous portion. I am pleased to recommend this restaurant.

The other evening, after seeing Dune (which you should absolutely do), we were STARVING (a three-hour flick will do that to you). We started driving around and landed at Sakura. They're only open for delivery or takeout right now (this is effective as of 10/22), so bear that in mind. BUT! We put in our order and we're driving away with it about 15 minutes later.Their menu is super extensive, with a huge array of Chinese, Japanese, and Thai selections (it took us forever to decide because everything sounded so good).We got (and, like I said, we were hungry):Wonton soupEgg rollsMiso soupSeaweed salad Shrimp tempura ALL of it was fantastic. Standouts were the egg rolls, which were fried to perfection, and not in the least bit greasy. Beautifully seasoned (we were sad we only got two). The seaweed salad, too, was wonderful with the addition of toasted panko (not complicated, but terrific). UPDATED to say that we enjoyed Sakura so much, we ordered delivery a few nights later. We shared summer rolls and a sushi sampler, both of which were absolutely delicious. If you're in (or around) Pottstown, definitely put this place on your "don't miss" list!

Get take out here every so often food is very good . I really just wanted to say i had ordered for on Christmas Day through grub hub when I got there the place was very busy with other people waiting as well. I waited about 20 minutes more into I got my food. No big deal it's Christmas Day and I work in culinary so I understand, but what I also saw was a guy ranting on and on about waiting for over an hour and saying how wasn't going to give them a tip. Really ? Some people just need to get their head out of their asses since covid it's been hard on restaurants keeping staff and the cost of items is unreal. Also they forgot my sushi but they called and gave me a free drink since I had to come back.

Everything was amazing!! They sat us right away, our server was on top of it and was helping every single table - very impressive! Food came out quick and hot, and was very tasty too! Very well kept and clean!
