I appreciated the protocol of calling and ordering. I actually didn't know about this so I had to wait for 15 minutes, but make sure you call ahead of time before going there. The person who answered the phone was very nice and polite. Gave me an order number to give back at the door to receive my food. It was very efficient and getting my food was easy. Food was delicious ! Definitely worth getting.

Decent!! 2nd time..flavorful..Mac and cheese is a toss up... It blends in well. Customer service is on point.John is always Accommodating when placing orders. Food comes out hot!

ROYAL'S FOOD IS SO GOOD nothing is too salty, too sweet, or bland. Everything is perfect! I just wish it was more peas in the rice & peas. But I Love their jerk mango salmon Lol it's this my second time gettin the same damn thing. I look forward to trying more items on there menu! Big up!

The food is absolutely delicious!!! The salmon is the best I've ever had I try to replicate it as much as I can but I still find myself ordering from you bc it's hard to get just right like u do!!! I appreciate ur business

Just moved to the area and this was one of the places we'd looked up ahead of time to try. Glad we did because it was delicious!We got two large platters ($10 each) and ordered additional sides to try. Our favorite things were:Curry Chicken = very goodCollard Greens = Amazing. As good as any I've ever had without being overly salty. Mac N Cheese = fantastic. What you always hope mac will be.The Corn Pudding = the GREATEST sweet cornbread style dish I've ever had. I just finished it a few minutes ago and I wish I had more even though I'm full. Will definitely be back.

Talk about good eating. SMH - Royals is Royal The first time I found this gem, as it was my first time they gave me a sample of every side item. Heaven, I was in heaven. I've had the oxtails and jerk chicken but my favorite is the Mango Wings. I enjoy every side as well. I've said I don't like reviews for Soul Food/Caribbean/Jamaican spots - but this spot is consistent. Every time causes me to remember why this is my spot of choice. I even do the travel for this good royal food. The staff are friendly and pleasant. It is now best to call and place your order. Once you arrive your meal is waiting. They take cashapp, cash and cards. You won't regret it. They also have a great tea.

The only reason this is not a 5 star review is because of the lack of communication.I wanted to surprise my family with authentic West Indian food for Mother's Day. So I did my due diligence, called ahead spoke with someone and did exact what they told me to do - come up to the location to place an order 2 days before to make sure the order is ready. I drove 20 minutes out of my way and I was sent away and told the complete opposite.I eventually got it all squared away the following day and was able to pay over the phone. The Jerk Salmon is what you want to order - with the Mac and cheese, peas and rice. Amazing! The other thing I love about them is; you get your money's worth!

The food tastes good! Just not the most authentic. I absolutely love the passion iced tea though. They sell it by the cup and the gallon!

I ordered a oxtail platter with rice and peas and cabbage. The oxtails were a little tough and the rice didn't taste fresh, the peas, some were not fully cooked. The cabbage was ok. I may order Again but it won't be oxtail.

I don't understand how they're still making you stand outside to order food and pick up. Covid is over. It's like they're being sneaky about making your food or something. Maybe the health department should pay a visit. The food is not the same. It's salty. I got sick one time from the oxtails. You have to be careful with beef from those type of places. You ask for extra sauce and don't receive it. I remember you use to could check your food inside. Not anymore. They could give you anything and you won't know until you open your food at home or in the car which is so bad. There are other Caribbean restaurants around that you can walk inside to safely place your order. The juice they serve will give you diabetes. I almost chocked from all the sugar it contains. This will be my last time patronizing this place. I rather make a trip to Jamaica when time permits and splurge on the authentic dishes instead. I was told by a Jamaican gentleman that once they move to the US it's hard to get the exact seasoning they use in their country. The same goes for Chinese food. The seasonings they use aren't the same in America. Glad I found that out.
