Floats, hard ice cream and friendly service! My 8 yr old son and I had an even better afternoon after a trip to Narberth Scoops. With the option for up to two flavors in a kids cup and multiple soda float choices, it elevated our day. The teens working were engaging, friendly and excited to talk about how the business came to be and how they're making it work. I love supporting a small, community owned business. And they sell Bassett's to boot! Sorbets were perfect for a summer day. My son recommends the root beer and peach ice cream float -- but I say, to each their own!

I visited on a Sat night after 8pm and there was a line out the door. Service was polite, respectful, and quick--though it probably wouldn't hurt to have three students working during busy hours instead of two. Can't go wrong with Bassett's ice cream, either, except the chocolate-covered pretzels in the salted caramel pretzel flavor tasted kinda stale. Portions are okay for the price (a regular/two small-ish scoops is $5.50). Their chalkboard menu doesn't quite show the full list of flavors, so if you're like me and would like to consider all options, be sure to check out the freezer labels. There's no indoor seating of any kind, in case that matters.

Village treats was so much better. Lack of flavors and toppings. Teenagers were on phone and service was slow. We'll be driving the extra 10 minutes to Hope's
