Mulberry Market

Yummy brunch and good drinks. It's a really fun place to hang out and the staff is always so nice.

Mulberry is really good. I tend to think of them in comparison to Sassafras but they both have their strengths. Sandwiches are a draw. Mulberry makes an amazing BLT and it's so reasonable. They'll get my business for that anytime. They're also open a little bit later, especially now during Covid, and they have beer (though it's pricey... but so is everywhere else in the neighborhood). They stock a lot of city living necessities and some fun surprises.

I was walking around Phili and needed a quick bite to eat. I checked Yelp and everywhere had bad reviews. I decided to try this market and I am glad I did. I ordered a simple sandwich and had no expectations. The sandwich was really good though! And, they have indoor seating, which was nice to get out of the heat. For a small market they had an amazing beer selection. So many I have never even heard of before. Workers were very friendly. Don't be discouraged by the bad reviews here.

This is a nice little market. I stopped in to get my favorite Harpoon UFO White beer from Boston. It is the only place in Old City that carries it. The staff was friendly and helpful.

A great local market with the flavor essentials. A really good beer selection. We got there at closing and they were herding us out but they let us hav a beer before we went to get our pizza.

Fantastic service from the Deli employees at Mulberry Market. I went to a Halloween Party the other night and needed to bring a party platter. Whole Foods Market was a little far, so I found a closer place on Yelp. It looks like a family-owned institution, the service with a smile was refreshing. The first time I walked into this business, I thought it was a little sketchy. If you're looking for ambiance, keep going, but if you want awesome food at a reasonable price, and wants it to go, this is the place. They offer a full menu of sandwiches, and subs/hoagies. I asked the Asian woman behind the counter if they make party platters. She said they do, and she could make it presentable. I ordered a variety of hoagies with different ingredients and had them cut into four pieces. She made it nice, and it was a hit at the party. The cost was extremely reasonable considering the quality.

Ridiculously expensive. I don't know how they stay in business. $14 and change for a 6 pack of Budweiser. No thanks.

We are traveling through Pittsburgh and of course needed a good hoagie. This is the place. Quant little store and the hoagie was delicious. They even had tables in the back that we could sit down and eat our hoagie. We definitely recommend this place!

Too hot and humid inside, so baked foods and Belgian beers are a hot mess. Uncaring staff. Locals have largely abandoned them and for good reason.

Typically have what you need if you are missing an ingredient for dinner or want some late night ice cream. The staff are very friendly and will help you find anything.
