I tried it last week on a neighbor's recommendation, and I was not disappointed. I ordered delivery: General Tso's chicken, sweet and sour chicken, spring rolls, and crab Rangoon. They are two blocks away, so maybe that's why everything was piping hot, but every dish was perfectly cooked, crispy when it should be, tangy when it should be. I look forward to more orders from them! It was disappointing when the leftovers ran out, lol!

I have ordered from Michael's a couple of times.The food is so flavorful and fresh. Very happy I found this place as delicious Chinese food in Philadelphia is rare!This has to be the best Chinese food in South Philadelphia.so far I feel they have been consistent. They come quickly, polite. Thankfully I have no negative comments.

This is my go-to Chinese take out spot. It's nothing fancy, just your normal Chinese take out - but it's always fresh & tasty. I order via Seamless and it always comes fast as well. -The General Tso's is the right amount of crisp & sauce - super flavorful.-I LOVE their wonton soup, the broth is to die for. - The pepper steak is also really delicious & the beef to onion & pepper ratio is perfect. - The egg rolls are usually good but the last time I ordered it was really doughy - I'm counting that as an off day. - The only thing that can be semi 'meh' is the pork lo mein. I liked it, but my fiance thought it was bland and had to add a ton of extra soy sauce to it.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Seriously, the food is SO GOOD. I ordered here twice in three days because I was blown away. They are cash only, but you can order on your phone using card or Apple Pay through the BeyondMenu app. I got the general tso chicken and this place is my fav in Philly. I used to like Master Wok in Liberty Place but Michael's food is cheaper (best lunch special), fresher, tastier, and a better value. Also really appreciate that they staple the containers shut so that your food won't spill out and love that they include a fortune cookie with my purchase. Try this place next time you're craving Chinese you won't regret it!!
