Stars are for service not the food. I've been coming to Green Garden since I was a kid. Amazing food & service. However the last 3 visits were terrible! There must be new ownership. I called & ordered they told me it would be done in 15 minutes. They only accept cash so I had to go to the ATM. While at the ATM they called me telling me my food was ready & to come pick it up. Mind you, 8 minutes only passed. When I got there my order was not ready. I waited for 5 minutes. After paying for my food, I asked the women that called me why the rush if my food wasn't ready. She ignored me & started talking in Chinese to the chef. I'm very disappointed, they need customer service training. Until then, I won't be back

Ive been coming to this store for Years!!! For more than 15 years to say the least. So it's snowy, it's Valentine's Day. The kids wanted something else... so we ordered. Now we have to drive out of our way to patron this store. We ordered and my husband had one stop before pick up. I get a rude call that I need to pick up my food now. I say, my husband is on his way. You understand it's icy outside right? NEVER AGAIN. If Sang Kee was not so far out we would have gone there. Don't be nasty to customers who are loyal to your store. But again, do they really care if we buy their food? It's all about the money. Not about service. I won't be back because of this. Lost a customer. This is a trying time for all of us. Just be freaking nice to people.

The food was very disappointing. For the price of the curry shrimp dish I expected larger shrimp. I called and asked where were my shrimp and how I had hair in my food and they were rude and laughed. The woman began speaking in her language to someone in the background while dismissing me. I will never go back.

I've been frequenting this restaurant since it opened (almost twenty years ago); the food is excellent, given it is a takeout place. The food is prepared in a timely manner--even when it's crowded; the staff are friendly and helpful. You can't beat their prices; they are more than reasonably priced.

This place is a go to when it comes to quick no-commitment Chinese food. It has a touch of class that most neighborhood to go Chinese spots don't have; (biased local opinion). Plus, it has ingratiated itself to the neighborhood . I always order the "shrimp with Chinese vegetables and brown rice", which is a meal that is awesome in so many unspoken ways. This place is awesome! Low key awesome!

Green Garden is a solid chinese food restaurant. Their shrimp and/or chicken in garlic sauce with rice is delicious. I also had their wings which were delicious too. The service is very basic, but all in all a good place for takeout chinese food at the right place.Check it out:)

I spent 20.70 on shrimp fried rice with xtra shrimp, onions scramble egg with sprouts! small Order of ribs that were over cooked dry, the shrimp in the rice they also were dry & over cooked I had to call to let them this was unacceptable! of course they claim they make plenty of shrimp fried rice no complaints well I'm complaining and will take the expensive loss. GO TO TJE CHINESE RESTAURANT in Market Square where I normally order & Never disappointed tonight I was being lazy I chose to give Green Garden a try. Nasty ass little ass garlic wings that are burnt and they throw sauce and garlic pieces all over . Nasty ass attitudes like ppl owe them something . I also ordered shrimp broccoli and rice and there were literally 4 shrimp and a shit ton of broccoli . Naw don't come here !
