"It's been a while since I've dined here because they stopped serving lunch following the pandemic. Last night two friends and I met for dinner, and it was one of the best experiences I've ever had here!I had made a reservation for 5:30pm. We all arrived early and they were happy to seat us early. They were starting to get busy (by the time we left the place was completely packed!). Our server, Mirabel (?), was wonderful -- very friendly, attentive, and accurate. Since it was the others' first time, I insisted they try the Estia Chips, which are a crowd favorite. Indeed, it was better than I'd remembered; in fact, one of the gentlemen in our party said it was "the best zucchini he's ever had." The house bread and hummus were also delicious; their hummus is one of the best.I opted for the Avgolemono (soup) and Dolmades as my meal -- both of which I've had on multiple prior occasions. Portions and temperatures were perfect and the flavor was out of this world! We all enjoyed glasses of wine (rose for me). No dessert as we were all pretty full.I am so happy I had a chance to come back and will continue to recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area. My friends were highly impressed and said it was worth every penny!"

"Estia was a proximity and availability dinner decision. It was getting late and my team was exhausted so we were looking for something nearby. I open my Open Table app and filtered for 5 people, tonight, and a few options came up. My coworkers opted for Greek, so that is how we got to the decision of Estia. Our local colleagues mentioned it was a good pick. The restaurant looked upscale and dim lit. There were some couples at the corner tables making out when we were entering, so it's probably also a date night spot. They provided complimentary bread and my team shared a recommended Estia Chips ($20) and Spread Pikilia ($18) which comes with pita and 3 spreads in which we picked the Htipiti, Melitzanosalata, and Potato Skordalia. For our entrees, my team ordered the Moussaka ($26), Tuna Tartare ($21), Arugula Salata ($16) with added Grilled Chicken (+$7), and Lobster Linguini ($45). I had their Chilean Sea Bass Plaki ($50). The group seemed to really enjoy the food. I actually liked the appetizers more than I liked my entrée. I love sea bass and tend to order it when I see it on the menu but this sea bass was really acidic with the sauces and the portion size was small from being the most expensive thing ordered. The staff here is obsessed with clearing your plate, sometimes before you're even ready. When this lady was trying to grab one of the appetizers, my coworker said she was still working on it and the funny thing is that they took my coworkers individual plate away. Struggles. We were like, I guess you eat off the serving plate? And then when she was clearing my other coworkers plate, she threw their fork and knife into my plate. I wasn't done lady. Sigh. Fine, take it away. For a high end fine dining priced restaurant, I don't like feeling rushed with the food getting cleared before I'm done with it. This place has potential, but they have some things to work on."

"Very laid back spot with ample seating in the back. Came here on a Saturday afternoon and left absolutely stuffed and satisfied. Definitely recommend this spot for a lunch or dinner on the cheaper side. Service was friendly and helpful as well. Lamb/Beef Gyro Sandwich: Solid gyro stuffed with meat, fries, sauce, and onions. This is a pretty filling one, so pairing it with apps is sure to fill you up. The meat was seasoned pretty well, and overall, this is just a great dish. "Still another well-deserved 5 star rating. This time I indulged myself and ordered the Moustakki Sampler Platter. I chose pork (belly) gyro, falafel, and steak souvlaki with rice and Greek salad and tzaziki sauce. Each platter comes with bread, the same pillowy soft bread that their sandwiches use. The pork was good, the falafel better, and the steak... whoaaaa.... that was the best of all. Thank goodness it wasn't cheesesteak meat but rather big chunks of steak on a stick. Two of them! It was all a treat to eat. I can eat a lot and I swear this is a massive portion of food in one platter. No complaints here! Don't be afraid of the price. It's totally worth it!"

"This is one of the new hot spots of philly and i can see why! The vibe and ambience is very meditarranean modern vibes but I wasn't loving the music, i felt like i was in a club and made it feel very hectic. we started with a cocktail that had aloe in it, it was way too sour for me and not enough aloe, not a fan.i then got the tuna crispy rice and the octopus. the crispy rice was okay, i've definitely had better and the rice was way too gummy and got stuck on my teeth. it wasn't "melt in your mouth" like i'm used to. the octopus though was DELICIOUS definitely my favorite dish of the nightwe then got the lobster pasta and the lavraki. both were good! the lobster pasta had a decent amount of lobster in it and the lavraki was delicious but i wish it came with rice or something starchy bc just the side of horta wasn't doing it for me. we the finished the meal with the chocolate torte and a scoop of the pistachio gelatoall in all, this place was good but i wasn't raving about it. it was a decent meal for the price and the indoor decor and vibes were nice. i'm not dying to go back and try something but maybe i just didn't get their star dishes!3.85/5"

My hubby's office had ordered takeout from here in the past, and as picky of an eater as he is, he talked about how good it was; so we thought we would try their dine-in experience together.We arrived around 5:45pm to a fairly empty restaurant, which often gives me pause; but as the night went on, it quickly filled up. We were seated and tended to promptly. The interior is cool and inviting, with Greek artwork and upbeat music to enhance the ambiance. Our server was attentive and blunt in a fun, friendly way -- make sure you bring your sense of humor so you don't take anything personally!I had a bowl of the Chicken Avgolemono soup, though the smaller cup would've been more than enough. It was nice and hot. My husband and daughter both got Souvlaki platters but didn't want their Dolmades so I happily ate those. I also shared their fries and part of my daughter's Pork Souvlaki.The Dolmades were some of the best I've ever had and the fries were amazing. But the pork. Listen, I rarely choose pork as my protein and I was very unenthusiastic about it, but it was possibly the best pork I have eaten in my life. It was super tender and juicy and absolutely full of flavor. Together with the fresh pita, tzatziki, and cucumbers... I didn't have words. My husband enjoyed his Lamb Souvlaki, but he tried a bite of the pork and shared my sentiments.We shared a piece of Baklava for dessert, which was also delicious. It was a wonderfully satisfying meal!Restrooms were bright and clean, albeit you have to walk through their office-like area to get to them and kind of feel like you're intruding.If you are in the area and like Greek food or want to try something different, I highly recommend giving this spot a try. Grecian Delights is an inexpensive and absolutely DELICIOUS counter-style restaurant. Plus the friendliest most attentive server.Best thing we had were the Greek nachos, which were so unique and delicious. Had all the Greek salad toppings paired with fried pita chips. Came with tzatiki sauce and tasted even better when hot sauce was added. I'm sure paying extra for meat would've elevated it. $6 during happy hour!Second best thing we had were the Dolmades. I loved the fresh pita that came with Skordalia. The puréed mashed potatoes were delicious, but honestly the pita bread that paired with the dish was the star. So warm and fluffy that I wish it came with more! That dish was also only $4 during happy hour. Last thing we tried were the $3 chicken skewers. Nothing mind blowing, but juicy meat that was grilled to perfection and not dry whatsoever.I cannot wait to come back!"

They charge a credit card fee which is understandable for a small business."

The wife is in the front of the house and the husband Likki is in the kitchen cooking delicious hot meals. I heard the pizza is delicious. There were so many carry out pick up orders for pizza. Next time we will order pizza. We had the grilled shrimp appetizer which was delicious. Also served hot pizza crust bread which was delicious. I ordered roasted vegetables and date had seafood linguine which was on the specials board along with other entrees. The food was cooked to perfection. The serving sizes are nice for the price. I can't wait to return for dinner. They do not have lunch service. When the weather is nice they have outside seating. The husband came out to engage in conversation and ask about our dinner."

I actually thought we already had our dinner (and that eating dinner at 6pm would be a bad idea) but bae had other plans in mind.We were initially going to do dumplings and scallion pancakes (for obvious reasons) but I started feeling guilty about eating carbs and grease so decided to order mediterranean instead. Classically we ordered fried feta sticks, greek nachos, dolmades, I ordered a greek salad (tryna be healthy and shit), pita and hummus, and my little dolmade ordered pastitsio. Looking on the menu online to get this info for you I'm noticing that they also have an entire menu section of FRIES: FETA FRIES!!!, ZUCCHINI FRIES!!! and YEEROH fries which have meat on them but also a side of their "special yeeroh sauce" oooooooohhhh. Anyways it's probably for the best. The fried feta sticks were delicious. They were served with this marmalade which was an interesting combo. The hummus was ok but too salty for me, better hummus is available at more traditional hummus places in the city. The greek nachos were disappointing. The pita bread they're served on is a really interesting idea and adds a lot in the ways of texture but there were WAY too many onions for me. Also the tomatoes didn't taste the best. I had the same complaints about the salad however the dressing in the salad was delish. The dolmades were very good. I haven't had much of an opportunity to sample authentic items at some other Greek places in Philly but I'd probably edge on the side of trying another place next time!"

I ordered the lamb and beef with spicy tzatziki sauce and onions. But my SO correctly pointed it out that there are subtle differences between Greek and Mediterranean cuisines, and the lack of seasoning could be because of the authenticity. "This place is awesome. It has authentic Greek food at a great price point. The service was very quick (the guy seemed like he either owned the restaurant or his family owned the place). He was constantly checking up on us with his adorable Greek accent. We got the Grape Leaves and Baba Ghanoush to start out with. They both were amazing. The Baba Ghanoush was perfect. It was creamy and had chunky tomatoes and some cheese in the mix.The gyro meat was delicious. I really liked how fresh all the ingredients were. The whole wrap was super warm and toasty. The tomatoes and lettuce were crispy as well. The place also has a whole bar in the restaurant if you did want a drink and not just amazing Greek food."

First off, the gentleman manning the cash register was so kind and friendly, I loved his vibe and sweet smile.My husband thoroughly enjoyed his Diavolo which he said wasn't too spicy ( we eat very spicy though), and I loved my vegan gyro. It's been ages since I've had a gyro due to dietary restrictions, so I am so happy to have this option! The only thing is, I didn't taste much of the eggplant at all - I'll be curious to snuff that out the next time I try again. "Super cute, good food and great service! We dined with my husband and parents for a birthday dinner on the patio and had a great experience. Our server, Dylan, was helpful with recommendations and answering questions. We shared the mezze, spanakopita, lamb shank, chicken spinach feta, moussaka, and shrimp orzo and all were delicious! Amongst five people that was more than enough and the dishes were easy to share family style, which I always prefer. As it got dark, the outdoor ambient lighting came on and it was very pleasant to enjoy coffee and baklava while we chatted."

"Although the reviews are good, I thought I'd be underwhelmed. I was wrong. It was delicious and packed full of ingredients, especially protein. Although both were good, I think I favor the yeeroh meat over the suvlaki meat due to size and eatability. The pink and yellow side sauces are a waste. In my opinion, you can mix your own mayo and ketchup or mustard. Save room for dessert. These were the real highlight and 6 stars all day long. We tried the marmalade-ish orange cake and the crispy pastry with vanilla custard....amazing."
