Designated area for plant based items including my new favorite Meati steaks. Small but arranged in a manner that I can make a quick pit stop before or after work. Nice wide isle in the produce section with plant based items easily accessible. Sanaya was an absolute gem in self checkout. It was 7am, the self checkout register kept telling me to remove item from the bagging area. Sanaya jumped right in to help with my various produce that needed to be weighed while the kiosk/machine was doing its own thing. Thank you Sanaya for saving the day.

This is an excellent store that has a variety of produce, dairy, meat, and most necessities that you could need.Staff were super friendly and accommodating, helping me find things that I needed.Prices are also extremely fair here, especially being in the center of downtown Philadelphia.

Popped in here on the way back from Reading Terminal Market to the PATCO station. It was new to me and I was surprised how clean and modern it looked on a beautiful Saturday afternoon.OMGGGGGG, the shelves are lit up like Christmas.Really liked the seating area, a rarity in Center City lest some unwelcome transients might want to camp out here. The only downside that I saw was that the self check out area was really tight and hard to maneuver between people's shopping carts, personal trolleys and baby strollers.

I must say this is a great location and Giant Heirloom Market is taking full advantage of the various offices and workers that will be more than happy to grab breakfast..lunch...and dinner on the way home! This Giant is larger than expected with many specialty areas (Plant Based; kombucha station). The surprise was the large 'taproom' with a vast beer selection! There is an ample wine offerings! There is a Starbucks area with a nice seating area!I work across the street from this Giant location so I know I will be a frequent customer and I am happy about it!

Finally they put signs directing the entrance door.Every time I come here, I always go to the meat section to look for discounted pack of chicken, sausage, or ground beef.I also like the beer selections.

My visit today at this location was challenging.I'm able to find the items that I need, shelves are stocked and there are no challenges there. I seem to run into poor customer service here with the staff. Today, unfortunately, the staff member was honest with me about not wanting to be bothered or working during the time frame of my visit. I extended grace and spoke to the shift lead on duty, Jorge. Usually when I go to the beer/wine section, I have to find someone to check me out because the counter is always empty. I've visited this location twice this weekend (Saturday & Sunday morning). On Saturday morning, a lady watched me wait at the empty counter for a few minutes (she was standing at the bathroom door with a guest) before she stepped over and shared that the area was closed due to being serviced. Self check-out seems to be the only option here. The self check-out area is often congested and crowded - I am not a fan of self-checkout but this seems to be the circumstance here. The store is clean and bright.

The food hall is pretty darned awesome. This is a high end supermarket and it's been executed well in such an urban location. I've seen markets like this with Marks & Spencers in the UK. Pretty cool.Three stars because the beer tap room, that looked pretty amazing, ended up being pretty strange. First, it took three associates to figure out assigning my wristband. I don't know if it was my "foreign" drivers license from North Carolina or what, but they took ten minutes to get me started. Then, they've done something really weird with the taps - these blue inserts for sanitation? It would be awesome to understand that before I wasted three ounces of beer spraying all over. And finally, the tap room itself is loud with two TV's echoing throughout a marble space. It's very distracting when I was looking for a spot to have a chat or even do some laptop work.Yes, there's a free wifi that worked well but no power outlets.Figure out the tap room and make it more intuitive, they'll have a winner.[Review 17770 overall - 571 in Pennsylvania - 1291 of 2022.]

I love the convenient location of this Heirloom Market! Close to Jefferson Station and easy to get to from the escalators outside the doors? Check! Open early and late so commuters can pop in? Check. It's the best! It's a small store, so the selection is limited, esp. for gluten free folks. (Like really, if you need GF, walk a couple blocks west to Mom's Market at 11th & Chestnut.) But the location can't be beat! I run out of bagels and need some before heading home from the office? Nbd. Heirloom's got me covered. And this location is so much better than the University City location. The check out area is tight, and I mean TIGHT. If you have a cart or stroller or wheelchair, it's tight. The other aisles feel wide, so I'm not sure why they didn't shave a couple inches off the other aisles and add room in the check out area. It's dark and cramped. So, enjoy your shopping experience and then check out fast. So glad they added this location!

I absolutely love this market especially because of the location. When you get off work, you can hit the market before you get home. Psssst, I'm only sharing this with my Yelp squad. They make $5 slushie drinks in the back, you'll pick up food you didn't need. If you peep around the corner, there's a sitting area. You can purchase, wine, alcohol slushies and beer, sit in the back to woosah. There's flat screens on the wall to watch sports. Feels like a home before home.Given a play and tell me what you think Be careful, it's a creeper. It's so clean, convenient and cool in there.

What a beautifully crafted supermarket. I wish I had taken pictures to document my experience, but I visited during my lunch break and was short on time. I can confidently say that all shelves were fully stocked, the inside of the store was clean and bright, and they have a very wide selection of plant-based foods. There's large LED signage indicating where to find certain items such as Produce, Sushi, Land & Sea, etc. I especially loved the self-checkout area. You can use cash, cards or mobile pay at each of the stations. My only gripe is that I wish there was more room in between each station. Otherwise, the process was quick and easy! Beer and wine is also available with a separate checkout counter, but I didn't dive too deep into that area. Nice Starbucks inside with plenty of seating, too. A great spot to grab a coffee with a friend and enjoy the ambiance this market has to offer!
