Oh, my lanta! Frosty Falls is the best place to go if you have a sweet tooth! The prices are higher than any other ice cream place I've been to but you get a lot! I ordered the Half Baked Sundae with Funnel Cake and wow, I was so full! I suggest coming here on an empty stomach because the servings are big and you will be full! The other positives to this place are they are LGBTQ+ friendly, have vegan options, and nice places to sit. The only thing my sister and I were not fans of were the pretzels. They were extremely salty.

If you live in the surrounding areas, Frosty Falls is a great ice cream place to visit. Their location is ideal, next to the river--beautiful scenery. As for ice cream, Frosty Falls is comparable to Petrucci's in KOP. Frosty Falls' soft serve is slightly of better value than Petrucci's, but also a tad sweeter.

Great "small-town" ice cream shop with a wide variety of flavors and some interesting combinations. Something for everyone: hard and soft serve ice cream, shakes, sundaes, water ice, chipwiches and even ice cream cakes.Lovely well-kept space. There is a small outdoor sit-down area with a few tables and chairs. You are also welcome to sit closer to the water where there are a few benches.Prices were fair. I paid about $5.50 for single large scoop on a chocolate waffle cone. It was very good. All staff there were great...very friendly, patient and helpful.I hope to return again when I am in the area to try out some more items.

Just went for the first time this weekend after driving by numerous times. So glad I tried it!!My bf and I ordered a Cereal Killer, one of their cereal offerings that was peanut butter chocolate galore!!! Definitely enough for 2-3 people. It hit the spot for my Reeses craving. Layered with chocolate, reeses peanut butter, vanilla soft serve and reeses puffs. You cannot go wrong. Service was so nice and they took pride in the presentation of their product. Cant wait to go back for more treats. The outdoor seating is nice and relaxing near the river!!

So cute! Love the spirit of the place- would love it if the house was open! Appreciated being able to get a homemade old school ice cream cake.

Frosty Falls is amazing! Let me break it down... Location: Perfect! Right next to the Schuylkill River. Covered seating with tables as well as benches right in front of the water. Service: A+! The lady who took our order was very friendly and patient while we decided what we wanted. The menu is covered with tons of tasty options so it took a minute to decide. The staff at the second window for pickup were just as nice. Safety: They got a great safety protocol in place. Up one entrance and down the other. The floor is marked for social distancing. The staff is wearing gloves and mask. The utensils are prepackaged and they have hand sanitizer and individual wet wipes available as well. Finally THE ICE CREAM. I had the half baked sundae but changed the toppings out a bit. It was delicious and the serving size was HUGE! The banana ice cream is phenomenal. I couldn't have been more pleased with our visit. Great job Frosty Falls!!

Located just by the Schuylkill River, this ice cream location comes with a great selection of desserts, helpful service, & a sweet view. I really enjoyed the ice cream that I ordered since it's tasty & at a reasonable price. There's a nearby walking trail that I enjoy going to, & it's a beautiful place to just relax with some ice cream. Highly recommend!

Have I mentioned lately how much I love soft serve ice cream? Frosty Falls is one of those places I've driven by many times without stopping, mostly because it's only open during the summer, or I'm running late and expected elsewhere, etc. So one day when I found myself in the area, craving some soft serve the stars finally aligned and I headed over to check out FF.The building itself clearly once was a residence that was converted to the store. It's a wee bit confusing coming up to the place as the front door is still intact, giving the impression that perhaps they have indoor seating. They don't, it's strictly order-at-the-window. There are some tables and chairs on their porch, in a grotto and a couple of gazebos st the edge of the parking lot. There are also two park benches facing the falls so you can enjoy your ice cream while checking out the falls. I was there on a somewhat stormy early evening, so it wasn't crowded. I was able to order quickly from the cheerful staff, who promptly presented me with a substantial 'regular' sized twist (chocolate/vanilla) cone with chocolate jimmies. I quickly took my first bite and mmmmmmm, is it good. Creamy, sweet but not overly sweet, no graininess or that funky aftertaste from the 'frozen treat' stuff you find at those all you can eat buffet places. Delicious. Definitely on my list. Good stuff.

They switched from Bassett's Ice Cream brand to Turkey Hill, and now offer fewer variety of flavors. At $3 for a single scoop, I'd prefer it to be something a bit more special than what I find in the grocery store.Servers were very friendly, albeit preoccupied with the ruckus happening across the street.

The lady at the front window was so nice! I went up to the window and she said that square was down and I didn't have cash. She was so so so nice about it because she gave me 10% off coupon for the next time I come back and a delicious FREE ice cream sandwich! I'm only in town for a little but I am definitely going to come back before I leave!
