Very clean and staff is friendly. Many Asian products that you won't find unless closer to the city.

My wife and I really enjoyed shopping at Ebo's Fresh Grocery, a clean and tidy market. You know, a little friendliness goes a long way and most grocery stores, including Asian groceries, are sorely lacking in this department. Though Ebo's didn't have everything we were looking for (we'd like to see some more Japanese and Taiwanese products), the owners are obviously sincere about making this market work. Prices seem very fair and the vegetables were fresh. It was nice to be able to speak Mandarin with the owners and be welcomed. We came away with most of what we were looking for, and found some special items too, like some nice purple sweet potato. The store is probably not 100% stocked yet---or is at least still evolving and will only improve with time. Looking forward to shopping at Ebo again. 很高興找到這家很可愛友好的華人小超市。覺得Ebo 的有禮貌老闆們很開放,願意接受客戶的建議。がんばって, Ebo!加油 !

I was impressed with this Asian grocery! Even though it is small, the produce looked fresh and they had authentic hard to find snacks and condiments that I needed. The employees were super friendly and helpful, and the area was clean and organized. With Chinese music playing, it really reminded me of grocery snack shops back in China. They also sold bakery items and roasted duck from Chinatown, reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

Cute little grocer. New and clean. Super nice owners. Certainly always glad to see an Asian grocery in the suburbs. We're more looking for southeast Asian staples and this was a little more Japanese/Chinese/Taiwanese regionally so not really our cup of tea but anyone looking in that direction should be quite pleased.

Clean, well-organized, and fairly priced Asian grocery store with all of the East Asian ingredients I was hoping to find. There is plenty of parking and the employees are helpful.

The cleanest Asian market you'll ever see. It's well organized with staples you'll need to cook Asian food. It's much smaller than the newly-opened Hung Vuong for sure, but it also provides a much more efficient shopping experience--you won't feel overwhelmed and get lost in the endless aisles. The owner who runs the register at Ebo is extremely friendly and helpful.

New Chinese/Asian grocery store alert!Located in the Swedesford Plaza shopping center, it's not big market, but very clean and well lit inside.Nice selections of Asian vegetables, fruits, price is not as low as Chinatown lower than some other suburban Asian markets. According to the owner, the produce comes in daily, which is great to know.Frozen section (dumplings, buns, fishballs, etc) contains some nice brands that I could only find in New York/North Jersey previously. They have meat and Seafood (frozen and live), especially live fish, lobster and crabs (seasonal).Tons of noodles, rice, tofu, dried goods, condiments, sauces, and big selection of snacks.Super nice owners. They kept telling me that they would continue to stock their shelves daily. If you need something specific and can't find, ask them; they get their supplies from Philly and New York and are willing to find items when there's a demand. If they're unable to find it due to supply shortage, they would tell you. I really appreciated their honesty.Real-time updates via WeChat group, but it's mostly in Chinese.I would wait a bit until they are fully stocked, but there's definitely great potential to be my go-to Asian grocery store.Note: their current closing time is 7:30, not 8pm.

A search of Asian grocers in my area on Yelp does not bring this place up for some reason.Anyway, seredipitously came across this place, in some random search for supermarkets/grocers in the area.Located near the Gateway Shopping Center (on the other side of 202, in the shopping area with Golf Galaxy).Only other local Asian grocer I know is Gong's Market in Malvern/Frazier.Clean interior. Small store so you won't have too many choices but well stocked with most of the staples you would want. Biased toward the Chinese customer but you can find some of the more popular, more typically Japanese and Korean items, like Furikake, KimChi and Gochujang. Being relatively small, there is only one brand of KimChi. Nice selection of different Chinese sauces.Fruit and vegetable section a little sparse when I visited but I suspect how well stocked they are depends on the time of the week.Picked up some Pea Pod Stems/Shoots (which you can't find at Wegman's or any other local supermarket.Even have fresh seafood in the back, if you are into that.Prices reasonable and certainly very convenient. It will be my new go-to for Asian food items.Much better than driving all the way to the Upper Darby H-mart.Please spread the word as I am sure many do not know about this place yet.
