I'm honestly surprised we haven't been here before. For one, the spot is exactly what I want from a local brewery. There is a good amount of inside seats but the outdoor seating is plentiful and diverse. We sat in the backyard area but they have tables across the street, which also would be a lovely time. Cornhole available in the backyard area.In terms of the beer options, there's a nice amount of variety. I enjoyed the IPA I got and for $7/pint, this seemed very reasonable. The bartender was a delight-super nice, super friendly, and really seemed to want to socialize with the customers. I wouldn't necessarily buy these beers to go, but would come back to try some of the other ones in house. The parking in the area is super easy, which is always a plus for Fishtown/adjacent.

No food, but good beer, plenty of of seating, and welcoming atmosphere thanks to the staff! I just wanted a beer and a brewery sticker while on a work trip, and had a great experience!

Pretty cool vibe inside this place as soon as you walk in. Cozy atmosphere with assortment of tables and benches to sit at inside. Also a game room in the back to lounge with friends. Bartender was great and let us try some stuff, and the ciders were decent as well. Pretty big selection to please anyone, and they can also make mixed drinks. Also had a big outdoor seating area to bring your dog. Outside food is allowed which is always great. Nice spot thanks.

Nice hometown local Philly vibes here. Decent outdoor space and parking (unheard of!). Be advised ciders are dry and tart and not sweet. Wasn't particularly a fan of the children at the bar and outdoor space.

Philly is a pretty cool city to explore if you know where to go and where not to. The Philadelphia brewing company is a newer watering hole for me since it's not a part of town I frequent but really do like. It almost feels like it's not part of Philly since it's so far north from south and center city. Anyways the beer selection here is great it's not the repetitive IPA you find everywhere which means they're doing something right. They're offering you options you won't get at other places. I had the black cat lager since I prefer darker beers. Very smooth and refreshing. Vibe was very mellow l really liked how they repurposed building to make it into a brewery. Tons of seating inside and a nice outside area as well. It's not your typical brewery that's all modern and looks like it's running off investor money, this feels more low key mom and pop, they have their own style.Bartender was very friendly she's a good fit for the job. Definitely would come back here, it's my kind of brewery.

Many many moons ago, we took a taxi to PBC.... The area was so shady that he didn't want to leave us and said "I'll wait outside until you are ready". And he did but boy have things changed. We took an Uber from Fishtown and walked back to Fishtown afterwards- boy has the area changed completely. Gone is the one room tasting room and now there are several rooms / areas you can sit at w even an outside area. Beer is solid. Will be back next time we are in. Would highly recommend.

Five stars for the beer garden, chilling out here under an umbrella with my dog, a beer & a friend in fine spring weather is about as good as it gets. Three stars for the beer, all five options on tap are totally drinkable and fine, but none of them truly yummy. I really like that you can buy half pints. The Kenzinger is their main brew, on a hot day I'm glad to drink it. Their black lager was interesting but a bit too much hops for a lager, too similar to an IPA for me. Kudos for having four ciders on top! But, I'm not a cider drinker so I can't give you a review.Free parking! No kidding, they have a private lot with about eight spots. Bring some food, although sometimes dudes across the street grill $1 hotdogs.

My local brewing company. They have a very welcoming business. Large beer garden across the street, a patio and small area and bar inside. Lots of fun events, including live music from time to time. Great selection of Kinzinger beers, lagers and ciders. They also have some very tasty craft cocktails! I really like it here, you will too!!

Haven't lived in Philadelphia in a few years so I was pleasantly surprised to stumble upon this spot in Kensington. Shows how much the city is transforming. Dog friendly space to visit with tons of indoor and out seating. A variety of beers local to Pennsylvania. More partial to cider which they also have on tap. I wasn't that impressed with it. Can't put my finger on it but it just want for me. As a whole, I very much enjoy the space. Drinks could've been better but I can see myself coming back.
